Value, knowledgeable, reliable, trustworthy I had to work the day they came to install my air. I have a dog every time they went in and out of my house they close the doors and make sure my pup was safe. He means the world to me so that meant the world to me also, thank you guys if you need financing these guys can work with you. If you don’t hire these guys, you’ve already done the wrong thing thing.

Went out of their way to ease our suffering after old unit went down in 114 temps. You just do not find many companies that every thing is great. Hope lots of people see this and call if you are needing a/c help. You will not be sorry. The Brummetts.

I scheduled a time with them to come out and possibly add some freon to my aging unit. I advised what sounded like a younger man on the phone my unit had retrofit freon from a previous owner and he said no problem and assured me they had it on the truck. They no called no showed for the appointment. I called the next day and spoke to I believe Austin was his name to see perhaps I made a mistake on the time and he said I wasn't even on the schedule. He told me they didn't even carry the freon my unit used but they may have an alternative and worse case scenario it would be $1200.00 to get it through the summer which was fine since I was planning on replacing the unit anyway. They were to give me an estimate on a new unit to be installed over the winter. Scheduled and called them the day of the appointment and they said they would be there. They no called no showed again. Their reviews are great and I wanted to give them a chance especially since they're local.

We first used them last year when we replaced a A/C unit completely. Brad was so Awesome and professional and fair. They did what they said and kept on schedule which I loved. We have since sold that home and now in a new home so we called Always Fair Heating and Fair to service our A/C unit again on time and very professional. We will continue to use them and we recommend them for you ask well... Thanks Always Fair Heating and Fair for a job well done...

My old Trane was over 20 years old, inefficient by today’s standards and it was noisy. However, it was still a reliable old AC and I could have gone another year or so but the roof seal began leaking under the unit. I needed to get the roof repaired ASAP so I decided to replace the AC at the same time as well. I got bids from several contractors and spoke in depth with each company’s representative about their prices, products, warranties and service plans. I did a lot of research on air conditioners prior to meetings so I knew when I was being treated fairly or when I was being sold a bill of goods. Unlike a couple of the other bidders, Always Fair Heating and Air was patient and answered all of my questions without “puffing the goods” or talking down to me (female senior citizen). Their price fit my budget and they were able to install my new unit quickly. The installation crew was friendly and professional and they cleaned up after the work was done. Always Fair has lived up to their name. I recommend them. They won’t disappoint you. UPDATE. They don’t respond well to emails. They’re very busy. I recommend that you call them.
UPDATE Always Fair has been sold to Lee’s Heating and Air. Lee’s came out to service my unit for the upcoming summer heat. They were quick, efficient and very reliable. Their Service Tech was very helpful. They were honoring the free service warranty that Always Fair had given me. I did a review on Lees as well.

This company is extremely professional and the crew that came out today was quick and efficient handling our air conditioner installations. We had both AC’s replaced and couldn’t be happier!

I had a brand new split 3 ton heat pump installed this past week and I wanted to take the time to leave a review on how wonderful the experience was from start to finish. Over the course of a little over a week I received several quotes from multiple AC companies and ultimately decided to go with Always Fair Heating and Air. The process was quick and courteous and we have no complaints. We feel confident all of our future maintenance and service calls(if needed) will be just as quick and courteous as the purchase transaction was. Thank you again Always Fair my family is grateful for warm nights and looking forward to cool summers.

Rude and unprofessional. I was collecting quotes for a new a/c and found these guys on Angi’s list. They sent an immediate quote, that was a good price. I let them know I was looking at options. Austin emailed me and wanted to schedule a time to do a “Walk through to make a materials list and take measurements” however, when Brad showed up he was only showing me pricing paperwork, which I already had been sent via email. No measurements were taken, he didn’t seem interested in looking at the unit at all. Didn’t go into the attic. The whole exchange was very unprofessional.

I decided to go with another company for a better price, they were very respectful, professional, and thorough with the inspection.

When I messaged Brad to tell him I was going with the better quote he got angry with me and sent me a nasty text message saying it wasn’t cool that I had him come all the way out to my house when I already had the pricing. Which makes no sense, because they were the ones saying they needed to take measurements and do the walk through.

Keep in mind Brad is the GM. Good luck if you decide to use this company.

I just want to say, thank you to Brad and his team for helping with this process. Always Fair AC is a great company for people who are looking for a great product at a decent price for a professional installation. They are courteous and always professional. I Got a Trane!

Excellent in all aspects of the A/C business. No hard sales, "Always Fair" actually sums it up if you compare to bids from other companies. Customer service and installation was great highly recommended.

They did an excellent job replacing my old HVAC. Jessie and Luis was very professional and courteous. I witnessed their workflow and the quality of work done. Brad (The Manager) was straightforward and honest. I got several quotes from different contractor for the same unit I was interested in and Always Fair Heating and Air has the best pricing! Highly recommend them!

Follow-up review (One year after installation):

Had problem with the A/C (Sensor was triggered on the condensate line). Called them at night and service was at my house early in the morning. Fast actions and very professionals. I am very pleased with my fridge repair. When I called I was expecting to have to wait a couple days to see a technician but Ruslan was able to come same day. He is knowledgeable, professional and I am so relieved now that my fridge works again.
