Back in September 2024 - during one of the hottest months in Arizona (it hit 112°F!) - my A/C unit in Scottsdale started acting up. It’s a powerful 10-year-old system that had always been properly maintained, so I knew something wasn’t right.

I brought in a tech from a well-known company in the Phoenix metro area for a $20 inspection. He immediately tried to upsell me on a complete system replacement. He claimed repairs would cost over $3,000 and said I should just finance a new unit through their program. It felt like a total scare tactic.

That’s when I called Ruslan. He came the same day, inspected everything for free, and confirmed the unit was still solid and definitely did not need replacing. He gave me a fair quote - just $1,200 to replace a few AC operations critical parts. He completed the job within a few hours, and my A/C was back up and running the same day.

Can’t recommend Ruslan enough. Honest guy, skilled, and someone I truly trust. Minimal downtime, no hidden costs, no dramas, absolutely no BS - just excellent service at a reasonable price.

A busy Saturday morning and our commercial ice machine went down. We needed to serve iced beverages in this 110 degree heat so it was pretty urgent. I called Global Appliances and Ruslan was right on it. He was attentive and understanding and put me on his schedule same day, on a Saturday! Once he arrived, he quickly identified the issue and fixed it right away and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. Great service, great expertise, great pricing, fast & friendly.
