We had several companies to our home to bid new AC units. We selected the team at State 48 because of their commitment to customer service, quality, and just being friendly. I will hire them again, just hope it’s in 20 years!

State 48 came to my A/C rescue quickly, professionally, and with options to care for my aging HVAC system. They were so great that I've signed on to a maintenance agreement that's a win-win. Looking forward to working with them again.

This is a must company to go to for your AC needs our Technicians name was Bryan he was amazing Kind and courteous of our time he was very informative. He let us know what he was doing as he was going through the process, he was very clean. He cleaned up after himself. I love the fact that he stayed in communication with me about things he was not just out to get money. He was out to make sure the job was done right at a fair price, the company itself is awesome. I would highly recommend them to all my friends family anyone.

The State48 team is an excellent. Very easy to work with. Had 2 new units installed May-22 and the process was very rewarding. Peter’s team from Sean down to guys like Chris have proven to be very “comforting”, just like the AC/Heating systems. They all worked with me to get the system I thought was best for my needs and the recent yearly maintenance follow up was a breeze. Chris was fantastic and he indulged me in a little conversation that proved to be informative as well as fun. Trustworthy and knowledgeable are their hallmarks.

I don't know how they do it... They are so well orchestrated and tightly managed. They always pick up the phone on the first ring. They are friendly and polite and proactive and reasonably priced.

Peter runs a great team there with Stacy on dispatch and Sean running the field crew. We are on their annual service plan for all three homes, and they have built so much trust and professional equity with my family that we now just call or text when we have a problem and trust that they will take care of it. And they always do.

Stacy, Sean and the entire crew at State 48 are reliable, responsive and knowledgeable. I called with an emergency situation at my home and they arrived within 2 hours. You can’t find that response time with any other HVAC companies. We will be customers for a very long time!!!

State 48 home services was referred to us by a friend. We decided to go with them for our AC replacement. There was some challenging aspects to installing our air handler and our installers were professional and worked through the obstacles. We are very pleased with the service we have received from State 48 including the follow up and making sure we are happy with our new AC unit. So far everything‘s working great and we are very happy with our purchase.

This is a little long, but worth the read if you want an excellent HVAC company. It is easy to get 5 star ratings when everything goes well, but when you have problems, that really tests a companies metal! Sean was great at making the bid, very detailed and professional. Oscar was the installer and he was working very hard and did excellent work, then his rookie helper accidently put his foot through the ceiling taking down my sheetrock and dinning room light. As a former paramedic, I was glad the helper was not hurt, but my ceiling was a mess. They cleaned it up and said they would have a sheetrock guy out later the same day! They were right, he was there at 5pm to 6:30 and did such good work it looked better than before!! After the install I had one room that was 10-11 degrees hotter than the house, after a few trips out Oscar came out with the equipment to put in another vent, and they did it for free! I feel like because of the ceiling, but I was NOT expecting that and was so pleased!! My house is old and this was the only way to take care of that room, I have no internal dampers. Now the room is only 3 degrees different, I mean who does that any more?? All I can say is if you need a company that is professional, hard working and honest State 48 is the only way to go!!!!!!!

Stacy was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the process. Sean was fantastic to work with - knowledgeable, professional, and never pushy. The installation team did excellent work, even in a tight attic space (I checked it out afterward and was very impressed!). I highly recommend them and would definitely use their services again.

They were pretty outstanding throughout the whole process. Stacy was exceptional. She handled all the administrative paperwork, the tax deduction paperwork, and the rebates. I highly recommend them.

I had all new equipment, a new split system, and a line-set installed. They did it all within a day, with exceptional quality, and even made it visually appealing on the house.

Justin and Stacy were absolutely phenomenal! It was like having family service our home! State 48 only hires quality people to do quality work! I won’t go anywhere else for any of my AC needs! We got a new AC a year ago and they schedule the one year maintenance something I would have forgot to do! I cannot say enough good things about this company! Stacy is super personable and goes above and beyond! Justin was great when he came over to our home for the maintenance check! He called with an ETA prior to his arrival, had show covers on, asked form permission to do things, and was just overall all a stellar and professional guy! Give them both a raise because of how great they treat their customers! I’ve definitely been referring State 48 to all family and friends!

Stacy in the office was fantastic, very friendly and she seems like a great asset to the company! Keep her! And Justin came out to do a maintenance on my ac unit. He was very professional, compassionate and informative. He told me what he was doing every step of the way. He related to me a a personal level unlike some other serviceman. I will recommend state 48 to everyone.

I purchased a new AC upgrade and State 48 was assigned to my account. They were very quick and organized! The ac was installed in no time (4 hrs). I had a small issue with my Nest (existing equipment) thermostat blowing a fuse after they had left and they sent someone back over to correct it within a couple hours! Great customer service and I would not hesitate to use them again! Thank you, Stacy, Pete, Gabriel Sr, Gabriel Jr and Sebastian! Excellent job!

The State 48 team installed a new water heater and recirculating pump in our house. From start to finish, the process was smooth and transparent. Great communication from Stacy and great installation. I had two other bids from plumbing companies and State 48 beat them both on price and, importantly, did not try to pressure me into a tankless unit. Without reservation, I recommend calling them to see if your home need fits in their scope of work.

My name is Marlene and I’m a board member for Hopi Relief a non profit organization serving the Hopi Nation. We were recently preparing for a trip up to Hopi to provide Thanksgiving meals and needed some help loading. It was 6pm the night before our trip (we usually leave at 3am) and had to load 250 food boxes. We were prepared for at least 2 hours of work. We saw Hector in his shop and asked if he would be willing to drive his forklift over to help load 6 pallets so we didn’t have to do it by hand. He graciously agreed and even came all the way back when we realized we forgot 2 pallets! He offered to help when we needed and gave us his cell phone number. We are so thankful for Hector’s kindness and support. Integrity means so much and Hector was willing to help without any questions. That says so much about the Desert Breeze and their President!

When our heater stopped working, Maria came out in the evening to check it. She was kind, patient, and very knowledgeable. Maria found the issue quickly and replaced a small part right on the spot. She tested everything before leaving to make sure the heat was back on. Her professionalism and friendly nature made the whole experience pleasant. We ordered air conditioner service and were extremely satisfied! The craftsmen arrived exactly at the agreed time, worked quickly and neatly. The whole process was explained, all questions were answered and even advice was given on further operation. After cleaning, the air conditioner works quietly and efficiently, like new. It is nice that the service is not only high-quality, but also customer-oriented. The prices are adequate, and the result exceeded expectations.
