We needed a full AC replacement after years of issues, and this company did a fantastic job. They helped me choose an energy-efficient model that fits the size of my home. The installation crew worked quickly, replaced the old unit, and balanced the airflow to every room. They also sealed the ductwork, which improved overall efficiency. The new system runs much quieter than the old one. It was worth every penny.

We have been clients since 2014. Their team members are extremely friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Also very reasonable with pricing.

When the temperature was 117% Morehart A/C squeezed me in to repair my air conditioning unit the same day I called. The tech (Tom) was at the house exactly at the scheduled time. He was professional as well as considerate by wearing a mask and booties over his shoes when in the house. He thoroughly diagnosed the problems and explained every last detail of what needed to be done to resolve the situation. This service was outstanding and would be highly recommended if ever needing an A/C repair.

Brian Sturgeon is the most professional service representative. I always request Brian for any of my service needs. He is always on time, courteous and, explains everything that he is doing/checking and then goes over in detail the service performed. He always gives me the information as he is performing the service so there is never any surprises at the end of his service call. Additionally, I bought my A/C unit from Morehart (Brian was my sales rep also) six years ago and they have taken extremely good care of me. I can't say enough good things about Brian. Wish Morehart could clone him.

We tried to install the thermostat on our own and of course it was a disaster. We blew a fuse and almost immediately started feeling the heat. We called Morehart and they were able to squeeze us in same day which was amazing enough but they also worked hard to come earlier since they knew we were melting. Brian was friendly, professional, informative and got things done fast. We just became customers for life!

I needed a new Heating-A/C system installed and Josh, Tom and their installation crew came to our home and installed a brand new upgraded system in one day. 2022 Update: Tom Greene was sent to our home after we called because our home was heating up rather than cooling and we experienced loud whistling and whirring noises coming from the AC unit in our attic. An Expert in his area and able to thoroughly explain mechanical problems that even a dummy can understand. Tom not only found the leak in the line but he really inspected the entire unit to include the installation design to let us know how we can continue to keep our home at a comfortable temperature and also have sound/healthy HVAC unit. If we have to call on Morehart for repairs again we will always request that it be Tom who services our unit.

We built our home in 2014/15; it was Josh Morehart who designed and had our HVAC installed. We found the pricing fair and reasonable. And we’ve had no problems hearing or cooling out home.
We also contracted with Morehart to do our yearly maintenance. They are always prompt and they do a great job. John Sturgeon is the tech who has recently been servicing our unit; he is the most polite and personable representative of the company that we have dealt with…other than his father Brian, who has also in the past serviced our HVAC. We have had a couple other technicians from Morehart come out and like John and Brian, they all have been thorough, professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

Every technician that has come to service my AC over the years have been awesome and honest. I have an aging system that I have been praying lasts just one more summer. The tests show that the unit is on its way out. I was told a few years ago to just save my money and put it towards a new unit rather than pay for parts that will not prevent me from needing a new unit. Three years later and still chugging along. However, it is declining in its efficiency and truly needs to be replaced. I like how they give it to you straight and they do not try to sell or recommend anything you do not need. I find Morehart has very honest and reliable techs and that is why I keep coming back. They really do put customers first.
