Called Morehart after having another company check my AC. Their tech identified the issue in 15 minutes, after the other co.pany missed it. The part was ordered and installed the following morning, fixing the issue. Tech was on time and communicated well.

The AC Tech, Dave was fantastic. He was friendly, answered all my questions and did a great job getting the AC system up and running and also made sure the heating system was functioning properly.

Morehart Airconditioning has done my seasonal inspections over the last few years. Our A/C was not keeping up with the demand needed to keep our house at the setting in the house. I called Morehart on Monday, and within 2 hours Brian was at our house. He said a new unit could be delivered on Friday between 7am - 9am......... Brian went over every detail of what would happen during that time. On Friday the installers arrived and removed the old unit and set up the new thermostat in the house. They said now we just wait for the crane operator to arrive. I said he is sitting outside waiting. By 10:30am My new A/C was installed and up and running. The customer service and professionalism of all the Morehart staff, has always been Top Notch, 5 Stars to me.

I would recommend Morehart without reservation, to those in need of a reliable A/C service.

All their technicians are great but Tom and Brian are the main ones who have visited on my calls. They let me know exactly how my system is working and the few times, it needed some minor upkeep to stay ahead of a more major issue, they have been fantastic and affordable in keeping my system running at it's best! They used to be Bush Supply & now they are MORSCO. Still the same wonderful and helpful people. I believe you have to have a contractors license or know someone who does to purchase from them. They are helping me find a ceiling mount fan coil for a condo in Phoenix.
