It started with my son saying there was water dripping from a light fixture. Oh yay... My regular AC guy was unavailable so I called a friend who works with remodeling and he suggested HiCo. I called and was told up front what the charge was for an after hours service person and when one could be by and who would be coming. Within a short time the service person arrived and another short time later, the blockage was cleared and he showed me pictures of my cracked secondary pan which would need to be replaced. He didn't have one with him and they have them made for each specific unit so the additional repair couldn't be done immediately but with the blockage cleared, there would be no more leaking in the near future. I am keeping them on my contacts because of their professionalism, very reasonable pricing and the honesty and integrity of all the people I spoke to and had contact with. I would also suggest them to anyone looking for fair priced,honest work that is done with integrity. I had my regular AC guy replace the pan within two days as he carries the parts for ICP units as that is the unit he installs whenever possible. Yes, HiCo Air Conditioning is a great group of people to trust your AC repairs and replacements to.

I don’t usually write reviews, but Hilco AC —and specifically Logan and Omar—earned this one. I had a persistent, hard-to-fix leak in my Trane HVAC unit. Logan and Omar didn’t just show up—they showed up with purpose, professionalism, and a level of dedication that’s rare in any industry.

Have used HilCo since 2004. Purchased 2 AC units from them. Any emergencies (including weekends) calls have been handled promptly. Always on time & just a great crew. Will never use anyone else!

We love HilCo! We have had both our ACs and hot water heater replaced by them. They always go above and beyond. When we first moved into our house, the AC had to be replaced. HilCo installed the new one, and two weeks later the compressor stopped working due to some sort of manufacturer issue. HilCo came back out, put a new AC on and fought with the manufacturer to have them take back the bad AC. They didn’t charge us a penny to rectify the issue that wasn’t even their fault. The same thing happened with our hot water heater. A little over a year ago after having a new one put on, something started to leak within the heater. Even though it had been a little over a year, HilCo fought with the manufacturer again to have them give us a new hot water heater and they came and installed it. Once again, they didn’t charge us a penny. They are fair, honest and the best in the business. They are always professional and they put their customers first. I’ll never go with anyone other than HilCo.

HilCo maintains our commercial and residential properties in the Phoenix area - Logan and his team not only do great work but are excellent communicators. This is a first class operation. I would recommend HilCo to anyone who would ask without reservation.

We received a great deal, and the installation team delivered truly top-tier service. They went above and beyond to make sure we were fully taken care of throughout the entire process.
Our home has a two-system setup (east and west), and we just replaced the west-side unit, which was more than 20 years old. During the installation, the team noticed issues from a previous HVAC install done by a prior owner’s contractor. Some of our attic ductwork had been damaged, and HilCo repaired it for us as part of the job. They also brought the flue for the new system up to current code, helped us choose the right smart thermostat, installed it, and made sure we were comfortable using it before wrapping up.

The team was incredibly helpful, kind, considerate, and informative. They checked in with us throughout the entire installation, gave accurate time and pricing estimates, and delivered exactly what they promised.

Our new HVAC system is running beautifully; and it is noticeably quieter and far more energy-efficient than our old unit. We are beyond impressed.

Clark responded to my residence same day I called them. Very professional and gave me options to correct problem. I had a new heat pump/Ac installed within 4 days of my call. I would not hesitate to recommend Clark to all of our friends.

We had an AC installed by this company before the summer, and we were thrilled with the install and performance. The owner was incredibly knowledgeable and clearly explained his recommendations. Then today we had our first tune-up to get ready for the winter. First, they called to see if it would be okay to come 30 minutes earlier than the window previously given- great communication! Then, their technician Elijah showed up and was amazing! I have a very talkative and outgoing four year old and three year old, and he was so incredibly kind to them and explained what he was doing while working on our outside unit. He was knowledgeable and friendly. We’ve loved every experience with this company so far and would definitely recommend!

Contacted Clark Heating during holidays after HVAC stopped working. Dave inspected on a Monday, provided multiple options with reasonable pricing and installed new unit by Thursday. System works great and installation team was clean and professional. Highly recommend!
