David Clark and crew (Gabe and Robert) did a great job installing an air conditioning unit in the upper floor of our 1948 historic home. We really appreciated their professionalism and timeliness in completing the work. Highly recommend this company.

My Ac went out on a Thursday, I called 6 different ac companies and none of them could even see me for a week. I called warlock and spoke to the owner Bill, he said he understood my situation and was able to see my AC system right away. After talking to other companies over the phone they had mentioned that all I needed was a new condenser that would cost me around $6000 since I have a 20yr old system. I had been told that my furnace could stay and it wouldn't be a problem. Bill and his crew from warlock inspected my system and gave me a very honest quote to replace me entire system, and I am so glad they did. My furnace was rotting away and I had no idea! Bill and his crew worked very clean and efficient. These guys are true professionals. They installed the entire system in one day and it looks good! I can't even believe how cold my house is upstairs and downstairs. I highly recommend warlock for any kind of work, these guys are real professionals.

Bill came out and replaced my AC capacitor in record time. I was stressed over what the tech coming out would say needed to be done, but Bill is a professional with integrity and was able to fix the system with an affordable service charge. Highly recommend!

Quick response time from dispatcher to technician, my call was just after 5pm. Above and beyond helpful technician! I got home from work. House was at 85 degrees, thermostat was set to 78. I couldn't get the fan or compressor to turn on from the thermostat. Technician knew his stuff! His trouble shooting questions led us to the problem in under three minutes by phone alone, and he advised where to get the part. Technician also offered us an appointment, if needed at the time for the next day. Other places I called prior to Worlock were booked out two or three days. I called the technician back twice to ask questions about the replacement part. He was very kind and willing to help by phone, I'm sure after a very long, hot exhausting workday. He saved us money, but more importantly time as our house had heated up to 88 degrees in just the hour it took to diagnose and resolve the issue. Arizona in July is no joke. Truly grateful for the technician that responded to my call! Will be referring business here and adding to my contacts!

Our AC went out Monday evening about 6:30 ( about 115 degrees outside) I called several larger AC companies to try and get someone out , was not able to get a commitment when they would be there. I did one more search on the internet and Worlock came up, called, Bill answered and told me he would be there 7am the next morning , he was able to get the old unit (14 years) up and running with a new capacitor. Unfortunately the compressor failed about an hour later, called Bill and he returned within the hour. I made the decision to replace the entire system, your team was able to reschedule some work and did the replacement the following day.
If there wouldn’t have been an issue from the factory with the new condenser the job would have been completed in about 5 hours, even with having to go to Gilbert to pick up another condenser it was complete and running about 5pm.
We appreciate the effort of the entire team and will definitely use and recommend Worlock in the future.

The best service there is.i was called at 8pm because Bill wanted to confirm my next morning emergency service call as well as concern that I had no AC for the night. He walked me through a way to start my AC unit so would have cooling for the night. Showed up in the morning and repaired my unit.

We couldn't be happier with the service that we received from Worlock. They were extremely responsive, coming out for a repair call within 2 hours on a Saturday. Bill was very knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to educate us on our system and how to use it efficiently. We received honest recommendations and service. Worlock AC was outstanding for us! Our AC went out and after having multiple companies come out and give us second opinions about what was happening Bill from Worlock AC found everything that was wrong and additional things because he exposed our piping and found our aluminum pipes that Chaz Roberts installed were leaking in multiple places. They were able to get us a new AC unit and replace all of our pipes the following day. Which was greatly appreciated with the Arizona heat. Everything was completed in a day and fixed to high quality standards. All of our rooms in the house that night were cool which was a previous issue we were having and everything was SO much quieter. They were also able to get us the same unit other companies offered at a lower price which was great. Highly recommend working with Worlock AC! Yeah

When our AC unit went out, we had 3 companies come to our home and many more quotes & offers on the phone. The first 2 companies got off the roof and pitched their products they wanted to sell. Bill Worlock got off our roof and had found multiple other issues, including exposed & weathered electrical wires from loosened conduit. I had to get up there and see it for myself, and he was right, this was a big problem. A glaring problem that the first two AC companies never noticed, but were quick to just make a sale. Bill not only completed a thorough inspection, but provided affordable solutions. Worlock wasn't brand-pushy, but provided us with many options, and we chose Carrier, the units that we had already researched and wanted. Worlocks prices were below market, and their professional service went well above anyone else, and were a refreshing joy to work with. We have the assurance of quality installation, as well as the warranties provided through Worlock and Carrier. We greatly appreciated the straightforward talk, and Bill & his wife explained everything and answered all of our questions. They are a Family business, and we can't recommend this family enough! We witnessed integrity in action, as some other issues arose during installation, and Bill and his son & crew handled everything quickly and effectively. Apparently my home had some other hidden surprises, and nothing was too difficult, and at no added cost, such as running brand new ground wire from electrical panel up through conduit to the roof and the two new Carriers we purchased, as the old units were not grounded! WOW!
