I was thrilled by the job from Semper Fi.
The technician was very nice, explained everything to me, and did the same when I called my son about what to do. He actually talked to my son about what he found!
They were here the next day to do the install. For the first time since the power outage that damaged my system last year I'm not afraid to use my heat or air.
I already have recommended them to my friends and neighbors.

Semper Fi came to my home and we discussed my HVAC system issues. I decided to have it all replaced. These guys arrived at the time we discused there was no hanging around they went straight to work, it was all work from start to finish After they finished I was shown the finished product , it looked fantastic . The techs are great, dispatchers helpful. This fix was for a thermostat that was replaced with a non wifi. I called for them to come out to replace. Kind of a hassle, calling, waiting, etc. for something they did.

Overall though we had a great installation and service.

Semper Fi replaced my AC two years ago. Everything was fine till few weeks ago when it started malfunctioning. They found the problem and fixed it. It was not AC problem, it was bad house wire. Technicians were on time, very pleasant and knowledgeable. I will definitely use this company again.

Great experience with my HVAC technician Danny C. very nice and cordial. He patiently explained the key components of my 2 AC units and any issues encountered with pictures. Was very thorough as he took his time outside, inside, and up in attic. His visit was not rushed and trying to get in and out quickly as i've experience with others. I had to take advantage of the summer special with military discount, i would say was quite the bargain. Awesome employee and i will request him personally for future service needs.

I entered a drawing for a new ac unit, afterwards I had a complimentary tune up. I had 2 technicians that came out, both were very friendly and courteous, knowledgeable about what needed to be done. I thought they would be just checking my ac unit outside only, but they checked everything down to going in my attic checking my duct. I was amazed with that, also went through everything with me on-site and what I need to do to keep a good ac running. Thank you so much

Stephen from Semper Fi came out to do a courtesy inspection on my 20+ yr old units. We spent roughly 2 hours going over everything including the attic. He gave me a cost to keep the units running and also cost on an entire replacement of both units. Very detailed in explaining to me the pros and cons of replacing vs maintaining. Semper Fi’s office reached out to me a few days later and have been very professional and easy to work with.
Mike and Joey followed up with installing 2 new units. Very professional and courteous. Answered my questions and explained what and how they were going to proceed throughout the install. Once complete, walked me through the operation process of both units. Cleaned everything up. It was like they were never there. All around great experience. Highly recommend.

We just finished up our winter maintenance with semper fi and it was a great experience. Our tech was friendly and professional and was in and out in just the right amount of time. The only thing that I noticed was a little mud tracked into the house, a small price to pay to keep our units running at peek performance. We have a maintenance agreement so I can’t comment on the price of the service.

After we purchased our HVAC system from Semper Fi, they offered us a free plumbing inspection and evaluation. Our technician was thorough and frank about the condition of our pipes. No high pressure sales, just honest information. Highly professional!

I recently had a positive Google review for Semper Fi. The installation experience and quality of work were fine. The employees were respectful and great; I enjoyed the gentleman who originally came and sold me the new unit! However, the old unit and the hardware were left in front of my residence for some time after being told it would be handled late that night. I called many many separate times in the following week(s) because I had them lovely two legged copper strippers infesting the pile that remained in the front yard (video below). I was told I'd be contacted during my calls to Semper Fi, and never was. I provided many messages for instructions to contact me to unlock the rear gate and remove the approx 400-500 lbs of cement from the old unit, but I had no luck. One day, the trash was gone, but the slab in the backyard remained where it remains today. I continue to leave messages, and “dispatch” always says they will get hold of me and never contact me, except once on (05/10), saying someone will contact me in 72 hrs, and I won't bet on it.

The first person, Cameran, who sold me the new unit, was awesome and went above and beyond with his service. He contacted dispatch, came over to see if he could move the slab, and has been in contact with me. However, I figured he was also unaware of the slab. But I give him a lot of credit for making attempts.

I still need work done by the subcontractors they hire, but I am told to call Semper Fi if they don't contact me.

I feel like I'm in an endless loop of being told I'll be contacted, then no one does, and I call back. I get placed on hold as if the rep is asking questions, then told " we're working on it,” meaning the removal of the slab.

I’m disappointed and frustrated that I get the run around.

We were very happy with Semper Fi - our furnace took a long time to go from the overnight setting to the day setting so a tech came out that same morning that I called. He was relatively new and fixed part of the problem so the very next day another tech was dispatched (a seasoned one) and he took care of the problem, checking and re-checking and keeping me posted of everything that he did. Very courteous, both of the techs. Main thing: problem fixed and in good time!

These guys are always honest with what's really wrong with your AC or plumbing and much more. They are not just trying to get the next person to buy their stuff. They're actually out there to help you to solve the problem. I had plenty encounters with semper FI members from the heating and cooling division and never felt pressured to buy anything. From the people scheduling to the people entering your home everyone is very nice and pleasure to do business with.

The tech was punctual and professional during his visit. I appreciated the candid evaluation he gave me about the condition of my 19 year old, roof mounted system. He also worked diligently to secure financing for necessary repairs. 5 stars to the tech and Semper Fi Heating and Cooling.

Bryce from Senper Fi Heating and Cooling came out to diagnose an A/C issue. Extremely thorough and professional. He took his time and explained everything in detail and look at every option to repair but we knew it needed to be replaced as heat pump system was 25 years old. Their price on new system was very reasonable and with the 20% veteran discount, it could not be beat. Highly recommended Semper FI for honest and professional service.

Sender Fi is the best AC company I've had the pleasure of coming across. They always go above and beyond and take the time to explain everything. They make things so easy and u complicated. One year ago I had my heat Pump/Air Conditioner replaced by Semper Fi. Not only were they economical, they recommended the best Unit for my house. They were fast, courteous, and clean. They removed every bit of the old unit along with all other packing and scraps. The unit has worked flawlessly and my electric bill was lower as they predicted all year. They just returned to do a free annual checkup. Everything was great. I decided to add an additional module to condition and sanitize the air. Again they were very courteous, quick and cleaned up thoroughly. I recommend them highly. It’s great to find an honest Company that also supports the fine Military Men working to keep us safe.

Semper Fi came out to finish repair to my AC unit. They were timely (even came out earlier than expected) and did a great job. In addition to installing a new condenser coil, I had purchased a new thermostat that I was going to install and they installed it for me without extra charge. The amount charged and the quality of service were both topnotch. The techs who came out were professional and informative.
