David and team replaced 2 AC units for us recently and we couldn't have been more grateful for the professionalism and education. As a recent transplant to Arizona, we had a lot to learn about general care and maintenance of our AC units. David, Kassandra, and team were top tier professionals from start to finish. They were patient, professional, prompt, and very fair - always going above and beyond to ensure an exceptional service experience. Honest, hardworking, skilled professionals are hard to find, and I'm so glad we found David and team.

AC solutions were amazing. They explained every part of the install. My Honeywell Thermostat had some problems at first. But Dave came out and helped me resolve it. Customer service is amazing. The AC unit installed drops the temperature in the house so fast. I would recommend AC solutions Air conditioning to anyone who likes great products and customer service. You guys ROCK!!

I was referred to AC Solutions Air Conditioning and Heating by another HVAC company who no longer services my area. I cannot say enough good things about the outstanding service, experience and communication. I highly recommend them. They are local and take pride in a job well done. We have been doing business with David at A/C Solutions for over 15 years. We have found him to be honest, cordial and trustworthy and his quality of service and timeliness have consistently been excellent. David inspects the problem, explains what he finds and provides cost effective options that don’t necessarily mean a replacement. On June 30 (Sunday morning) we noticed that the house wasn’t cool. We unsuccessfully tried a few things ourselves and ended up calling A/C Solutions in the late afternoon. David was out promptly Monday morning and after considering the options he provided, we chose to replace our old unit.

David made the arrangements to have the unit delivered the next morning and he was out bright and early – 5:30 am – to begin the installation prep work. All went very well and we have a brand new, less costly than we expected, Trane unit that we are very happy with. David spent a long time at our house working outside and in the attic to be sure everything was perfect before he left. We would not hesitate to highly recommend David and his A/C Solutions team.

David and team did an amazing job in replacing my AC unit. David was recommended to me by a friend, in my 1st interaction, I was impressed by his thoroughness and professionalism. I knew I was going to hire these guys within 10 minutes of my consultation. I would highly recommend using AC Solutions Air Conditioning & Heating! I am updating my review because I’m just so happy with this company. My mother-in-law’s AC went out on the weekend, because of course that’s when it goes out. I told her to call AC Solutions because they are such a helpful company. They've fixed and replaced AC units for other members of my family for years. David, the owner, was here the next day in the blazing heat. He was thorough, and got to the bottom of what was wrong. My mother-in-law’s exact words were, “He laid his hands on the unit and it started back up!” He was honest and told her that her unit is 30 years old and would likely need to be replaced soon. When it does, we will definitely be calling again. David’s work is high quality and I recommend his company to anyone who asks.

David came out and inspected my AC for the issue I was having and gave me my options. No high pressure sales pitches, just a very low pressure conversation with my options and no up selling me on anything I didn't need. He ordered the factory replacement parts that I needed and installed without issue. Super friendly and professional and had the parts in fast.

I utilized AC Solutions but cannot recommend their services. The scheduling was fairly straightforward and Cassandra was helpful in that regard. The owner David came over to diagnose an issue with one of my AC units with a freezing refrigerant line. After confirming an appropriate charge on the line he checked the associated unit in the attic and came to the conclusion that a new controller board was necessary, since he could not find anything else wrong with the unit. He said it would be $700, even though the part was under warranty since my unit is only 2 years old. I agreed at the time, which was on a Thursday, and waited over the weekend for a possible part delivery from the manufacturer on Monday.

The weekend gave me time to further analyze the problem with the unit as well as reach out to other reputable AC contractors. Another AC company actually quoted HALF the price AC Solutions was charging to install the warrantied controller board. It turns out the actual swapping out of the controller board on my particular unit only takes a matter of minutes, as confirmed by the manufacturer, other AC companies, as well as actual repair videos online with my EXACT unit. Fortunately, after allowing the unit to completely thaw with the working fan and replacing the filters the AC unit began cooling perfectly with abundant air flow over the evaporator coils.

I called Cassandra on Monday morning to relay my concern about the price of the labor installation and was told that the $700 cost actually included their time to fill out the paperwork to get reimbursed for the part, the time to drive to the parts distributor, and even the wait time for the distributor to retrieve the part from the back of the parts distribution center. I thought $700 was excessive and Cassandra, who was actually very pleasant, arranged to have David call me before arriving for the repair to discuss the work order. David called a few minutes later and proceeded with a ONE-SIDED, defensive conversation which included him actually saying I could relay my concerns to the next AC company, ALL before I could even speak. He was rude, condescending, and very unprofessional. He then said he would refund part of what I had paid for the initial diagnosis because that’s “how he does business.” Once I was FINALLY allowed to speak and express my concerns about the pricing and necessary repair, I told him he could KEEP the money I have already given him because that’s “how I do business.” I ALWAYS pay for services rendered, even when a problem is misdiagnosed.

Any business owner should be confident enough to answer simple questions concerning pricing and necessary repairs without getting defensive or being dismissive as David was, both on the phone and at the initial diagnosis appointment. My recommendation is for anyone considering utilizing the services of AC Solutions to get a SECOND opinion before trusting their work. I did and it saved me a lot of money.

We needed HVAC service and we're so glad to find David & Kassandra Estrada at AC Solutions. David came, assessed the situation and fixed the problem. He also did some good education regarding our system. Very helpful.

The absolute best service company around! They are fast, fair and experts in their field of AC and Heating solutions. I called with an emergency AC situation on a Sunday evening at 8:00 pm and Kassandra called me back within 15 minutes and had it scheduled the following morning at 7:00 am.
David (the owner) was early to the appointment, was very knowledgeable, professional, and proficient.

We were fortunate to find Dave with AC Solutions about 2 years ago. Our AC went out on a Friday night on the hottest day of the year. Our warranty company that we were using was unable to help us until Monday. After several referrals from our neighbors we reached out to AC Solutions. He came right out and immediately ordered a part we needed. In the meantime, he went to great lengths to set up portable air conditioning in our home to help us get through the weekend. Fast forward 2 years, we decided to upgrade our AC unit. We used AC Solutions and it was one of the best install projects we have ever had. Our home is constantly at 66 degrees and our AC unit is AMAZING! We are so thankful for his responsiveness, service and attention to detail. We recommend AC Solutions to everyone we know!

Called at 8:30 PM on a Wednesday because it was 85F in the house and the AC wasn't blowing cold air. David arrived about 20 minutes later, diagnosed and explained the issue to me in detail, then had the AC back up and running about 09:15 PM. He even performed a quick tune up and gave me some tips for how to set the zones and wash off the coils to keep it running smoothly. Will definitely be using AC Solutions for future annual maintenance and repairs!

David is always prompt. Cassandra calls ahead to narrow down arrival time, but has always been within the scheduled appointment time. David is very professional and friendly. This company not only showed up in a flash years ago when I needed a full replacement, when it was time for service and parts wear out, they showed up within a couple hours and fixed everything with am smile and. Absolutely incredible service!

David was very knowledgeable and professional and got here within a very reasonable time I think only an hour and fix the issue in less than two. We had to have the whole fan motor replaced. He gave us an honest price for it. And had our AC working and less than two hours will definitely be using again didn’t charge a different price for coming out late in the evening!

Our AC started blowing hot air this day and I called AC Solutions because they are close by and had glowing reviews - they did not disappoint. David (the owner) arrived within an hour of calling, and our house was getting hotter by the hour so we appreciated the timeliness. I had my AC checked a few months prior by another company and showed him their report (just for reference). Previous company recommended a lot of upselling (over $2k), I settled on doing some of the work myself for a fraction of the cost resulting in a new capacitor and a hard-start/compressor-saver and skipped the rest, one of which included them wanting to add 3lbs of refrigerant for $567. After David reviewed the report I handed him, he quickly got to work, and I watched his entire service call. He was safe, clear, polite, and professional. He quickly determined that the hard-start/compressor-saver I had installed (he verified it was correctly installed too) had failed after only 2 months. He verified my capacitor was good, then disconnected and removed the hard-start/compressor-saver. AC compressor fired right up. He said although it wasn't necessary, it could not hurt re-add a hard-start/compressor-saver (optional) and gave me the nomenclature of a reliable brand with the correct power for my AC unit in case I wanted to do the work myself again. He also inspected wiring, fuse, and power panel but also checked refrigerant just to be sure. The refrigerant was full, so he informed me the previous company was bolting on costs because they probably work on commission, no refrigerant was in fact needed by my unit. David is a straight shooter and had my AC back up and running in less than 15 mins with no upselling. Work and service call was about $100, totally worth it to be cool again. I highly recommend this company - so much so I let him add an AC Solutions sticker to my AC for when I sell my house, the new owners will know who to call! 5 stars+!

One of our air conditioners quit on us just before Memorial Day weekend, the other one was on its last legs. We called A/C Solutions, and luckily David was able to schedule our installation of two complete HVAC systems for that Saturday. He assembled two teams to accomplish this in one day! What an amazing job! Due to Davids’ attention to detail, his ability to address any concerns we had and the team’s professionalism and skill we were up and running by 3pm that afternoon. We were amazed! We would absolutely recommend A/C Solutions to anyone looking for the best of the best!
