5/12/2025 Miles was FANTASTIC! He fixed the issue & got me back up and running. Miles is courteous, professional, safe, and extremely knowledgable. OH....and price at the end was very reasonable. I would definately call Air-zona Air Conditioning again.

Pat, George and the team are awesome. They do what they say, take great care and pride in their work. And are very professional. We’ve used them for a decade and have bought multiple units. They’re the only AC team we use!

Very happy with the professional service I have received from Air-Zona over several years of needing my air conditioner repaired and components replaced. Everyone I have dealt with, from ladies on the phone, to service techs, all the way to the owner have been friendly, punctual, knowledgeable, and efficient. Always has been a great experience with Air-Zona air conditioning! Their texts are so polite, respectful and knowledgeable. Today after their inspection they came back out just to reset our thermostat correctly, which was so helpful. And they didn’t charge us for the call. Such a great company!

I’m always impressed with the level of customer service and honesty from the technicians and staff. Miles H. was amazing as usual. He has been servicing my 23 year old AC unit for years and has been able to keep it running. I would highly recommend this company.

Miles came out to our house today because our 23 year old AC was not working. He was able to get it up and running in less than an hour. He was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. He didn't try to pressure us to purchase a new AC, although he offered for us to speak with someone if and when we were ready. We would definitely recommend to a friend!

David provided excellent service. My AC unit would not run at all and it got up to 93 degrees in the house. Air-Zona got David to me the same day (about 6 hours later) and was able to diagnose the problem and fix it rather quickly. He determined the root of the issue to be from poor wiring that was done by a separate company and not only fixed the fuse that blew as a result, but also fixed the wiring to hopefully prevent the issue from occurring again. All around great experience with them.

I would highly recommend Air-zona Air Conditioning. They were on time, knowledgeable, and friendly. The service tech told me that the owner tells everyone on the service team that "The number one thing is to always do the right thing". This shows in the quality of their work and how they treat you as a customer.

Miles did a great job diagnosing by wine cooler issue and got it fixed. Great, expedient and honest service.

We had our new heat pump installed on April 8, 2025. We were very happy with the entire process. All of the old equipment was carted off the same day. Any mess was totally cleaned up. The outside install looks great and we were also provided with photos of work done in the attic. We had shopped and feel we got a fair price on our system. Garrett came to give us our estimate. He was extremely pleasant and we didn't feel pressured. We had done a lot of research and he answered even more questions and also gave us additional information to use in our decision. This company is in good standing with the BBB, the ROC, and APS. Our installers were Jose and Orlando. They were also helpful with any questions we had and were extremely polite. Hopefully getting our tax credit will go just as smoothly. Now looking at heading into the hot summer months, so we'll see how new unit performs.
