Miles is a true professional. He can to my house with one mission, that's to get my AC operational. He is knowledgeable on the systems he supports. Miles is sharp technically and efficient with great results. I highly recommend and will continue to use his services when needed.

I am completely sold on this company. The issue I called about was promptly addressed, evaluated, and explained in terms I could understand. A solution reached, problem solved, with no upselling involved whatsoever. These guys are legit!

The fact that I can call and get someone out to check on the coolers within 24 to 48 hours time is great. We have a large warehouse that is only cooled with "swap coolers" so for me and the staff this is a great plus.
My supervisor and warehouse manager appreciate that the technician is familiar with our "units" and that they communicate very well on what happened and what needs to be done to get it running well again.
The receptionist, are always friendly, positive, and I do not have problem hearing or understanding them.

Great job working on our AC! Timely, clean, fair price, and really easy to work with. Highly recommend them.

July 19th - I have just had another issue with my Air Conditioning and Angel was superb! He was very professional and polite and went above and beyond to ensure my air was working. He even changed my air filter. Thank you for the assistance today and I appreciate the whole team.

Highly recommended this company!!, A/C went out in the middle of the night and called them first thing in the morning and before 4pm they had me up and running!! Was so not expecting the unit to be up and running the same day!! They were in total communication and made sure I was well taken care of!!! This company maybe is very good with HVAC. But will need to request a professional for mini split to help diagnostic the root cause. I have pay the visit for their diagnostic report however the round crimp-style connector in there report didn’t fix my issue. It was the H3 high pressure sensor from factory daikin mini split didn’t connect it. Overall I have a good conversation with their service manager. Just can’t trust the technician they sent to my house.

They explained everything clearly and completed the work efficiently. The pricing was fair, and the quality of service was outstanding. I’m currently 7 months pregnant living in the AZ heat with a family of 4 (two little kiddos) and my a/c unit went out. A technician from Air-zone was able to come the next day to check out the issue. He came and stated he was able to switch out fuse and fixed it but never stayed to see if the a/c kicked back on. He saw the thermostat which is a nest thermostat and no error code were on and in his mind it was working but we have yet to have the a/c turn back on. We have called multiple times to try to have him come back to actually fix the issue of the a/c not turning on and every time we call the staff member blames the thermostat and that it’s out of their realm of work. Excuse me aren’t you guys supposed to be professionals? Why am I over here switch out wires and switching on/off the breaker to figure out this issue that I paid you to do. I even switched out the thermostat to my old one to see if it’s really a thermostat issue. And still nothing, this is the worst treatment I have ever dealt with when it came to company. I will be reporting this the BBB. This company is a SCAM do not work them, i’m warning you!

I love the fact that you get a knowledgeable person when you call and she is very helpful. The tech, Miles Hughes, takes the time to explain things and offer suggestions and doesn’t try to sell anything not needed. I trust him.

After meeting with a few HVAC companies, we bought our new system from Air-zona. Garrett was informative and thorough with options and answers to my many questions. Installation was smooth and John the technician made sure I understood the system along with a tutorial of the thermostat. Very happy to have contacted them.

The service provided was exceptionally thorough and direct. Our technician demonstrated a high level of professionalism, arriving promptly and completing the inspection efficiently.

Great tech and an honest company. They quoted me far less for the repair and, more importantly, discovered my units were still under warranty. My old company was ready to charge me a high price for work that should have been covered. I really appreciate this company's integrity and professionalism.

Our tech, Miles, arrived right on time. He was polite & very professional. He introduced his younger partner as an apprentice. I like that this company is training the future generation.
After checking out the outside unit & the air handler/furnace, he
explained that he had found two minor items that needed repair but could wait until our spring maintenance. After discussing what each of the parts do, I felt no pressure or that it was urgent to replace the parts today. After I asked for the price, which I felt was very reasonable, I approved of the replacement.
I have always had excellent service from Ari-zona Air Conditioning & would recommend to everyone.

Air Zona was honest and did the right thing! I signed up for their Yearly Maintenance plan as I TRUST Air-Zona!

Air-zona heating is the best. Miles does a great job and comes twice a year to check things out. By belonging to their service yo receive a great price point. I always make sure it is Miles that comes as he is very professional and does a great job explaining everything. Give them a try.

Called and got next day service. None of this 4 hour window of time. David showed up and was very polite and professional. This place has gained a customer for life very responsible pricing for the work that was done. Thank you for the amazing experience.
