Another update: In October, we had A/C Solutions install a complete new system, which was nearing the end of its life. The install included the heat pump/condenser as well as the air handler.
We continue to be extremely satisfied with the service he provides. We are grateful for his knowledge, expertise, and professionalism. The communication provided is second to none. We compared his estimate to his competitors, and found his to be very competitive. We would highly recommend his services!

Update: We called David again several years later and had great communication and service again. So glad we found him. Would highly recommend him!

We called AC Solutions on a weekend evening. Communication was great. They were super busy and because of our tight schedule we had to work around, they scheduled the owner, David, to come out to diagnose and make the repair. He was very professional and his explanation of the problem was great. We would recommend using this company.

David and AC Solutions were excellent, once again this spring. We feel so much more going into the summer knowing that David inspected our units thoroughly and helped us reduce a noise concern. As always, we received honest feedback and fair service at a reasonable cost. David continues to provide friendly and knowledgeable about everything HVAC. He has now serviced our house multiple times for both A/C and our furnace and is excellent with both. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

A/C Solutions is the only HVAC outfit I trust to do only the work that is needed, to do it well, and to charge a fair price. David gives good advice about what work will make the A/C operate as it should rather than replacing the unit. Besides that, he has a great personality.

Had a problem with our condenser and needed replacment. David and crew came in and replaced full system - furnace, coil, condenser. Did it on a saturday. Was in and out in about 4-5 hours. Clean, efficent, professional. System is working perfectly (just in time forthe season) and quiet as a mouse. Highly recomeend AC Solutions for all of your AC / Heating needs !!!

It's never a great night when you get a call from a tenant at your property saying that it's 82 degrees in the house in the middle of the summer in Phoenix. That's exactly what happened to us last night and so we had to find someone to get over there asap. Called a couple of the big name companies and the earliest that they could show up was the next day between 10:00-2:00pm. That wasn't going to work for us or the tenants so we kept looking.

We found A/C Solutions, Inc via a Google search and seeing that they have great reviews we gave them a call. Not only did they answer but were able to get to the property within 30 minutes! I met David there and he went through everything and found out that the only issue was a blown fuse (thank goodness!). He was able to swap out that fuses and continued to test everything else to make sure there weren't any additional problems. Once he was finished up after spending an hour or so at the property he hit me with a massive bill of $61 for the two fuses and their $18 trip charge. To say my mind was blown is an understatement lol.

We had some issues with our AC and ended up needing a new unit. We went with AC Solutions based on reviews and we're glad we did. David and A/C Solutions provided a world-class service and customer experience! From the initial inquiry to the end result, they were extremely communicative, prompt, and extremely professional. They truly value you as a customer and ensure everything is followed through and explained thoroughly. We've already referred them to our friends and family.

Our ac stopped blowing cold and being the middle of summer, we were grateful David was able to come out so quickly to assess the unit. Unfortunately, we needed a new unit, but we knew that day would come being that it was almost 20 years old. David was able to provide us with a portable ac unit for the master while we waited for the new ac to be installed. The overall experience with AC Solutions was great. The new unit was installed within a couple of days. The crew was very friendly and respectful. They worked quickly but efficiently and did a great job cleaning up after themselves.

We had a situation where one of our refrigerant line sprang a leak and caused the outside unit to stop. Due to the heat, we needed immediate help. I called and spoke to Cassandra and she had David at our home in about 30 minutes after he finished another job. Within a couple of hours he had the leak fixed and it was cool in our home. The cost of the refrigerant has gone up drastically over the years and this caused the bill to be higher than we expected, but that's not something they can control. We appreciated they were able to get to us so quick as we probably would have had to get a hotel room, so we saved that expense.

This is the Best Air Conditioning Company I have ever used. David is Friendly, Honest, and goes the extra mile for the Customers. I Give them A+. My AC went out last summer when it was 116 Degrees out on a Holiday Weekend and I called AC Solutions and they came out immediately and got the unit Repaired and even got the Expensive motor covered under Warranty.
Update: I decided to Replace my Air Conditioner in March of 2020. A/c Solutions Hooked me up with a complete replacement. 1 Day the Job was complete. My Electric Bill is 1/2 what is was and we don't hear the unit running. Best upgrade we could have hoped for. Thank You AC Solutions.

When I called the company and paid for the tune-up I mentioned about noice in the ac blower. The technician did not check properly and instead mentioned there is nothing he could do at that point. Then within 2 weeks the ac stopped working. When I again called him to check he was on time however was charging more for the job and when I asked for discount he turned back saying he got bigger project. Then I had to call other provider and got the job done for 30% less price. Dont trust this company pricing and they are not being professional. If you challenge their pricing then they will not provide service and you will loose couple of days to conatct other companies. So better dont call them in first place for any ac service unless you can wait for longer time and pay higher price.

I had Air-Zona AC do a routine maintenance check on my HVAC unit today. Their tech David was on time, professional and answered all my questions. He explained everything he did, as well and was very friendly. I was very happy with everything. I would highly recommend Air-zona Air!

I'm impressed! From the phone call to the home service, great communication!!!!! Bill checked the thermostat, filter and closest vents then went up on the roof. He spent time, determined it was frozen, showed us the icy pictures and, once defrosted, fixed the problem. He was very clear when explaining what was happening and also gave us alternatives. I think this is the first time in about 17 years that I trusted what I was told!!
