Semper Fi has always been professional and great to work with. They respond / get service persons out very quickly and if more help is needed those persons come quickly as well. I never feel "odd" around the service persons. I recommend them for all your ac needs

Semper Fi installed two new units at my home a little over a year ago. It was time for a check-up and I scheduled it. I had no idea how intense this check-up would be. The technician must have examined every detail as it took three hours. In the end all was working and the technician made some suggestions for upgrades. This was a great service and I feel as though there will be no issues with these units. The service was at no cost to me.
Advice: You should as whomever installs your units to complete a duct cleaning, install surge protectors, add UV protection and any other luxury items at the time of installation. All within the cost of the units and installation fees.

I had a really good experience, the tech was nice, kind, and knowledgeable. I ended up purchasing their yearly maintenance package for $12 per month, that price is unbeatable for the Services that they give you throughout the year. My tech was named John and he said that I could ask for him for future services which I appreciate since I don’t like having different people all the time. I would give this company a try if you’re looking for a new HVAC:/AC /plumbing company!

I have been usung Semper Fi for a few years. I live kinda in the middle of nowhere. Lots of other companies didn’t want to service my property. Semper Fi always gives me advance notice and shows up promptly. The are excellent at evaluating and giving me options. Excellent service

Prompt, courteous, professional. He did a thorough cleaning and inspection, advised me that everything looks good. He found a drain P-trap leaking in our guest bathroom. That saved a huge repair. He will send an estimate of installing a pressure regulator valve and whole house filter system. Excellent company to deal with. I Highly recommend Semper Fi HVAC

Semper Fi did a great job. From the initial consult with Josh and the install with Fernando and Brandon. Everything went smoothly. Fernando and Brandon arrived on time, giving me notice they were on their way. They worked a full day on my two HVAC units and got it up and running. Semper Fi schedules a drywall repair to come out and refinish the attic access since they remove the trim to fit the attic equipment and they neatly stack the old unit on the corner of your property for a scrap company to come get. Mine was collected within an hour of the install team leaving. It's a great system they have. Definitely recommend

Our hot water heater started leaking a couple days ago. We called Semper Fi, since they had replaced our AC unit 2 years and we had an excellent experience with the company and great maintenance service since. Semper Fi was able to have someone come out the same day, it was later in the afternoon, but our tech Anthony did a wonderful job, and took out the old water heater, because it was unsafe, and came the next day with the new water heater, and had it up and running, in no time at all. Our tech was very professional and knowledgeable about his work. We are so happy with Semper Fi and all the techs both with the AC unit and general maintenance to our recent experience with the hot water heater.

Had issue with my AC unit. Tech came out next day, got there early(they called and confirmed it was good to come early and of course it was), fixed my issue and explained what it was. They were very polite. Great service!

Excellence service and a professional job. I’m a bit OCD and a Mechanical Engineer so when I like the work it must be good. I was in a pinch hot water heater went out and Semper Fi figured out a schedule to service that day at a fair price. I knew I couldn’t lift the 50 gallon hot water heater now that I am 70 years old and would need to get help moving and disposing it. Semper Fi not only had my back they were my back. Great job.

We came home from vacation to find no hot water. Scheduling an appointment with Semper Fi was easy and quick. The technician, Sam, called to see if he could come earlier than our 3 PM appointment – 3 hours sooner! He arrived on time, asked good questions to diagnose the problem, and determined the lower heating element was bad. He even showed us the good upper element. After removing both, we could clearly see the damage. Although the top one had some life left, we decided to replace both. Sam then inspected the anode rod, advising it had about 12-18 months left and should be replaced in a year. No pushy sales pitch, just honest facts. The area was left clean, and Sam did a great job getting our water heater back up and running. I would highly recommend Semper Fi services. Thank you.

Persistence..... I had an mini split installed in July of 2025. A crew consisting of Jared, Cooper, and Matt did the installation efficiently and with a great degree of friendliness. Unfortunately the unit would not connect to the internet, leaving me with a fully functioning mini split which nonetheless was "dumb". Another crew was subsequently sent but no avail. All in all, Marcel, Shawn, Billy and finally Fernando and Brandon appeared, first replacing the Wi-Fi module then the entire unit, but all to no avail... until Craig Lindsay arrived. Craig analyzed the job, resourceful and cleverly tried unconventional approaches and was ultimately successfully. I now have a fully functional unit which pleases me greatly. Also pleased is my sweetheart who, parenthetically,was aloof to all this because she did not miss one moment of comfort from the date of the initial install to the final date where the connection to the internet was secured. I'm pleased to say that now both of us are happy, and additionally that my interactions throughout with all the personnel, both over the phone and on site, were with pleasant, friendly, and confident people. It took a while, but this appeared to be a special case, and thank goodness for Craig, the job was finally solved. I'm impressed with the persistence, the resolve, the determination, and the relentless drive to make me happy. I believe that Semper Fi stands far above a standard firm in that regard. Frankly, I like being treated special, and I was likely because my problem was unique, but I hope never to experience it again as I am sure you too feel the same. Now, with all that said, if you don't mind I'm going back to the comfort of my TV set....and in the meantime, God Bless all of you.

We decided to get a soft water system installed. Our plumbing technician, Anthony, did a great job explaining the installation process and benefits. In the process of his plumbing inspection, he discovered issues with our water heater. We decided to get a gas tankless heater. Once again he explained benefits and the installation process. Everything went as planned. Anthony did an outstanding job!!! We were highly satisfied. We definitely recommend Semper Fi and Anthony.

I wish all companies were like Semper Fi. I had them put in 2 heat pacs, and they did an excellent job. Afterwards they checked up on me to see if there were any issues. One unit was having problems with the thermostat and they promptly came out and replaced it. Didn’t fix the problem though, so they came back out and figured out what was going on. Turns out the thermostat was too close to the intake (which wasn’t their problem) but they went the extra mile and relocated it at no charge. Now it’s perfect like the other unit. Awesome company!

I called around for price checking and found Semper Fi had the best deals for A/C replacement. When calling, the person who answered was very professional and listen to what my needs were. That was on a Saturday and had appointment for Monday morning. The techs that came were very professional and courteous. I had been in the same field for forty years and I understand how it is. I give Albert and Jose a 10 out of 1. So keep up the great work guys! As everyone says Thank you for your service to me, back at you guys at Semper Fi! Thank You for the dedicated work you all do! If I could give a 10 for a google review, I would! Great job! No complaints here!
