Worlock came out super fast and had my AC fixed in less than 30 minutes. Everything has been running perfectly ever since. The team was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. I really appreciate how quick and reliable they were — highly recommend!

Bill and his crew were the most efficient and well trained team I have experienced in a long time. Each of the four member team had specific tasks and performed them with precision. Bill, as the owner, was a hands on participant and had his own tasks. From start to finish, it was a 5 hour job to replace both the outside AC unit and the air handler inside. Very pleased with the outcome - unit was blowing air at just below 40 degrees before they left !

Worlock replaced two heat pumps and two air handlers at my residence in December 2024. I waited to see what the performance was like for the summer. All I can say is the Goodman R32 systems they recommended are excellent! The systems are much more efficient than the units they replaced, cools the house quicker and runs quieter. They had some challenges replacing my older systems, but persevered and I am 100% satisfied.

Just had Bill and his team at Worlock AC install a new AC Heat Pump at our condo and we are extremely happy with the job they did! Bill took the time to explain what was needed and why and was able to install a new unit right away to fit our schedule. Highly recommend his team to anyone looking for a new AC.

Amazing HVAC company! Wish I called them first. When the temperatures dropped recently, discovered that my heater was only blowing cold air. I called 2 companies (including 1 used prior) & never heard back. A friend referred me to Worlock, from my first call they were responsive & the epitome of great customer service. They apologized they couldn't get me in same day, but got me in the following (Sunday). Bill (owner) came to give me estimate. Turned out the prior company did a very unprofessional install, that he showed me with photos as evidence. (Own 2 story home & unable to verify.) My Trane model was discontinued & couldn't be serviced. Bill suggested a new efficient USA made unit that his team installed 2 days later properly, raised, fully sealed & with electrical grounded. He showed me photos as proof & explained the follow up expectations I would receive from his wife. Great support from a local family-owned company that cares = highly recommend!

We recently moved to the Valley and chose Worlock Air Conditioning to service our units for the summer based on their excellent reviews. We were impressed with Bill's attention to detail and thorough explanation of our unit's condition. We knew when it was time to replace our furnaces and air conditioners, we wanted Worlock Air Conditioning to do the work.

From the start of the project until the end, Bill explained every step and documented the process with photos. The family-owned business is truly family-run, and we interacted with Bill, his wife, and his son. We were impressed at the kindness and professionalism of everyone in the family and the crew; they helped make a stressful situation less worrisome.

I received three quotes for this installation and decided to go with Worlock. they were not the least expensive but did give us a more robust system than the other two companies. Spoke with Bill on three separate occasions and he was very helpful in explaining the equipment and features of his install. The day of the installation went very smoothly. The Worlock crew showed up on time and completed the job in a very professional manner. I am in construction myself and know how many flakey companies are out there so when I find a good i like to pass it on. If i could give this company more stars I would.

Called Worlock AC for a quote to replace 2 HVAC units. Bill the owner came well prepared with documentation and preliminary quotes written down for me to see. I could tell that he knew the equipment and the installation process. Both the 5 ton and 3 ton Goodman units were installed in one day. The crew was professional and answered in detail to my numerous questions.

AC is important, especially in AZ. My AC was blowing warm so I scheduled a service appointment and the tech was more than helpful and explained everything. The only thing it needed was refrigerant. Showed me the reading and explained what everything meant. Told me what filters I should use and to change them monthly since I have pets that shed a lot. He was in and out in no time. I highly recommend Semper Fi Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing! Honest, knowledgeable, and friendly. Can’t get any better than that.

Semper Fi did our installation of a cooling unit and does regular service on it. Each time they are very professional, competent, and courteous. I recommend them for anyone with HVAC issues.

We have had Semper Fi technicians to our home for HVAC and plumbing issues. Each time they were on time, very polite and fully explained what they were going to do and when finished they explained what they accomplished. We will schedule additional work with them as needed. Very satisfied with Semper Fi.

If I could give zero stars I would. If you would like to be treated like scum, go ahead and give this company all of your money! They will act like they’re helping you on the phone but nothing will actually get done. I have had damage in my house for the last month and they STILL have t done ANYTHING after telling me they would send “their best guy” out to check out the problems. Absolutely disgusted by this company. From Alicia the office manager who will call you once you complain enough, but then she will just pass you to a “warranty manager” who never actually reached out. Instead, they used their assistant, Spring to reach out to me and of course she had no idea what was going on. Once I explained it to her I was assured they would be out in just a day or two. Well it’s been a month and I haven’t heard anything. I have to be the one to follow up with them. I’ve dealt with this horrible service for 3 years now because they can’t seem to get it done right the first time around. Just truly horrible experience the last 10 times I talk to this company. Hopefully an honest review will get their attention.

Good Afternoon Everyone, it's Friday,....I would like to say Thank you so much Semper Fi, heating and Cooling for services rendered yesterday, my tech was Ryan, he was right on time, for my appt. I explain the issue, he trouble shooted the issues, I needed a motor, he had one one the truck, luckily. Ryan took care of me, without even asking I was given a Military discount, I so pleased and thankful for the professionalism he displayed getting my hot home back to normal, my salute to you Sir. I give credit when it's due, So too all of my Fellow Jarheads please come out and give Semper Fi heating and Cooling a shot, you will not be disappointed This Marines is very satisfied Outstanding Service...

Always on time. Always informative and provides photos from unit and device readings used to measure pressures and output to help you understand the issues. I give 4 stars only because they are very assertive selling products. Even after I said I was not in a position to make a purchase (the unit still has life in it and for other reasons stated), I was still pushed to try and get approved through their financing program. When that did not work, I was called multiple times with steeper discounts as to entice me to buy buy buy.

Anthony was thorough and checked all the plumbing for leaks/issues. He told me of what not to use to clean and why. He investigated a leak to make sure it wasn’t going into the wall and how to fix it. He checked out my water softener and gave me suggestions to improve its effectiveness. He gave me a printout of everything thing he checked with the cost of fixing the minor issues I have. Semper Fi should be very proud of Anthony. He is the best!

Semper Fi did an outstanding job! Great technicians, reasonable price. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them for all my heating and cooling issues!
