New to AZ and Bill was quick to call and set up a system maintenance. Arrived on time, thorough evaluation of all systems and was ready to repair a couple of items I knew were nearing the end of useful life. We contacted Worlock Air and Heating and they set up a meeting for the next day between 2:00 and 4:00 and Bill the Owner arrive at 3:00. He was very informative and explain the various systems. He physically climbed up on the roof and reviewed the system that we currently had. He then informed us of his findings which matched what our concerns were. They were at our house the next day and finished the entire job in less than 4 hours. We chose Worlock Air Conditioning & Heating due to their professional attitude, quick response, immediate service and they were a local business and family owned. Very nice people to work with. I will for sure be working with them for followup maintenance on the unit.

We can't recommend Worlock Air Conditioning enough! From start to finish, it was a great experience. Our a/c unit stopped working and they were so fast to respond. Great family owned business who cares about their customers. Very knowledgable, kind, trustworthy, and respectful of our house when doing the replacement. I had a inspector come out and found issues with HVAC unit.
Warlock was right on time took a look at the unit and found a few additional items to make the unit safe as well as the home. Top professionally. very quick and followed up with a full write up and pictures. I also had a roof person there at the same time and he said he liked how well Warlock Air sealed the tubing to ensure roof wouldn't develop any leaks. Top notch and I will save their card for any future work needed.

Very happy with the newly installed HVAC unit which was timely installed with no unpleasant surprise nor extra costs or complications.

Excellent customer service. My A/C went out late on a Friday, they were able to get me up and running the following day. They hunted for parts across the valley and came back to my home to complete the job. Rebecca, one of the owners, kept me in the loop on everything, she also was driving out to Mesa to pick up additional parts. Highly recommend, professional and explained everything to me.

Worlock AC was great to work with. I recently had Bill out to my house to replace my aging AC unit that broke down. They were recommended by family members who had similar work done on their home. I am grateful I did. Worlock provided a very reasonable price for a new AC unit and had it installed within a few days. When performing the work they replaced my AC unit, thermostat, wiring to the breaker, sealed my ducts and replaced a damaged elbow seal. The whole process took only a few hours and I was amazed at their professionalism. Bill had pictures of the before and after of each piece that was replaced. Bill and Rubecca were very easy to work with and took out all the stress of a big repair like this. I would highly recommend Worlock to anyone looking for AC repairs or a quality install.

Our AC went down and it was 114 degrees ! Called on a Sunday and a friendly real human answered the phone and arranged an immediate service call. The owner himself arrived in less than an hour ! promptly troubleshot and isolated problem. Replaced bad part and had us back on line in an hour. Have not seen such professional and knowledgeable company in a very long time. Worlock has earned all my business from this day forward. You won't be dissapointed.

Worlock was referred to by friends of my wife and I. To the estimate by Bill, and working through my home warranty company, Worlock was on point. Everything was organized, under control and on schedule. The techs (super cool dudes) arrived professional and took care of my home as if it was there own. They cleaned as they go and left no trace of trash, material etc.

Ac went out late Thursday afternoon. I thought it was going to out until the next day as I contacted a company who said they couldn’t come until the next morning. Then I contacted Worlock. They said they would have someone out in about two hours. Bill came, diagnosed the issue and my Ac up and running in and hour. Great service and Bill was great.
