Had an awesome experience with this company! First called late Wednesday afternoon and Leo showed up within the first half hour of time window and quickly diagnosed a bad part on my 4yr old system, charged me exactly what the service call was quoted over the phone. Next day after researching and determining the part was still under warranty, replaced with new part and did an overall check of my unit. I was charged the exact labor quote I was given the day prior. Leo never tried to sell me a service contract or suggest any unnecessary maintenance. I will remain a loyal customer and recommend this company to all my neighbors.

Tom was hands down the best technician I have ever had the pleasure of working with. We had a nightmare scenario with the A/C and he showed me and my family a ton of empathy and got us back up and running. Very prompt service they were at my place in less than an hour of my call. I would say this was one of the best experiences I’ve had with any company not just a/c companies. I highly recommend doing business with morehart they certainly deserve it based on my experience.

From start to finish Morehart is an amazing company. They were very friendly and professional on my initial phone call to set up service, and they called me with a reminder a day ahead of the appointment. I was extremely happy with Brian who was fast and to the point with what was going on with my AC unit. We had the best experience with them! Our air conditioner went out on a Saturday and they had someone to our house within the hour. Our tech Brain was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and took his time to explain everything and answer all of our questions. I love how they sent a picture of the tech who was coming and then sent pictures to our email once the job was complete. Very impressed!

Tom Greene came out to service my 3 AC units today. He was professional, honest, very knowledgeable and did a very good job. I was having some issues with my office getting warm during the day and he found the issue and fixed quickly. I would highly recommend Tom and Morehart AC for any job. Even scheduling an appointment was easy and the office staff was friendly. I know I am in good hands with the Morehart Team.

Most professional AC experience in 38 years of owning homes. They were able to get our system up and cooling within 14 hours of first contact. Every other AC vendor told us 10-14 days to get to us. We were told by the vendor who installed the unit we had no warranty at all. Morhart tech Brain was able to determine we actually had 10 years of parts warranty. That saved us $250. Our system was repaired and blowing cold air 30 minutes after arrival. I would highly recommend Morehart for any repair in your home. We will be using them for our yearly system review.

We have been using Moreharts for a few years now and they have always been spot on. The quality of their service is incredible. John has been our main tech and incredibly knowledgeable and his service is unmatched. Our AC went out last night called them at 8:30am up and running by 11:am on a Sunday morning. These guys do a good and honest job for me. I found them through a friend who is difficult to please.They do my twice a year check ups and anything I need in addition. Plus they like my dogs. Friendly company to work with.

My husband and I have use several different departments of Morehart AC and I can honestly say these guys are not only professional clean, but honest. I know of several times where we could have been BS on some items but instead they were honest about our water heater issues they were honest about our Ducting from our house and saved us thousands of dollars. We know we could have been taken advantage of, but with Morehart we weren’t. We actually had received a quote from another company and they would not have been able to do the work or they would have billed us for work they wouldn’t have done. We truly Thank you, Morehart you’re our lifelong HVAC company.

We have used Morehart for over 10 years at 2 different houses! Anytime we have an issue with our HVAC or water heater, my first call is always Morehart and they are at my house within hours! We even know some technicians on a first name basis, as they have worked with us for years! I cannot recommend Morehart enough!

Based on a recommendation from NextDoor, I called Morehart A/C when I came home at 6PM and my unit wasn't blowing cold air and the inside temp was 84. John Sturgeon (service tech) arrived before 9pm and checked the unit outside and climbed up in the attic with his flashlight and informed me the motor was shot. He said he would call Lennox and check if the part was under warranty 1st thing in the morning. Sure enough, he called me at 9am and said the part was covered (6 yrs old) and I was just going to be charged for labor. He installed the new motor that day! I was thankful and very impressed with their ultra-quick service and professionalism!! Highly recommend!
