I went in to buy some plumbing supplies and the gentleman in there was so mean because I was not a contractor but I bought them anyway for my water softener system That I needed so my plumber to plummet in but my plumber brought his own and I thought I would take my kids back and get my money back well it’s been a while and during remodel I lost the receipt and I talk to the same gentleman that I bought it from and he says no receipt can’t take it back.And he was so rude and that I’ve taken back things at Home Depot and without a receipt and other places I just assumed that he would take it back because he knew I bought it there because I bought it from him I think he was the manager there are you the bald person I’m not sure ,Could not exchange them for any other products bad customer relations there I would never deal with this person or this place ever again and I’ll let people know about it

I walked in with a shower valve. Not knowing the year, manufacturer or type, I felt lost. I had just left the "Orange Box" place with no assistance. I set the valve on the counter, the man took one look at it, named the maker and type then walked me right to it. Amazing service. I will definitely be back.

Usually, I get treated great here, but when the young guy at counter doesnt know whos next in line, then skips me just because even tho I mentioned I arrived first, maybe I should have went next door, its a small thing but its the principle, if you dont know, try asking.

I loved this place. It doesn't look like a home Depot in terms of cleanliness. But they have a lot of things. The best part are the workers. They genuinely care about your problem and are super knowledge about plumbing. And if they don't have a certain part, they won't sell you something cheap and that might work. They're ready to recommend a place where they know that you'll find what you need. Staff is very friendly.

My husband and I walked into the store and were greeted by a very rude employee. He sarcastically asked what we were looking for, we told him and he cut us off and started rattling off a bunch of questions. We gave him answers and then he acted as though they might not have what we needed. Well sure enough they had it, plus 8 more on the shelf. Grateful the store had what we needed, but not thrilled with attitude the employee had. He was very cheery, polite and nice to every other MALE customer in the store, except for my husband and of course me. There was zero need for his terribly rude attitude and his completely ugly demeanor towards us.

Great staff, clean store, had just what I need and it did not break the bank. Glad it is open on sundays now.

This store has a great customer service. I had a water heater that failed within the warranty period. The manufacturer recommend this store for replacement. In this store they were very helpfull, no hassel, quickly they took care of all the warranty paperwork and provided the exact unit I needed.

They should stock more parts. Sometimes I cant find pex a pieces I need. Otherwise the staff are kind and it's easy place to shop.

I went there the other day because I was having difficulty finding the parts needed to replace or repair the valves in an old condo a couple of miles away. I went to them because I thought that they'd be familiar with the old style valves. I walked in but I had no luck finding out the manufacturer of the valve body that the condo has in it. The amazing person behind the counter came out to offer assistance and I explained the situation to him and he didn't even hesitate to walk back and get something and then returned and said try these seals to solve your problem. I asked him how much do I owe you and he replied nothing it's on me. I have been to several places before going there nobody could help me except for the man at the Van Marke plumbing. I went back to the condo and put the seals in the valves and it fixed the problem. I was so relieved and happy that I finally got it fixed. Thanks to Van Marke plumbing. Wonderful people who work in that store. Great ,helpful for others to get what they need and great customer service skills. I will always go back when I'm needing plumbing parts and in the area. Awesome place and awesome people. I give them 2 thumbs up and would recommend them to anyone who is in need of plumbing parts.
