I was scheduled for service on Friday September 16th between 12 & 4 the plumber never showed. So I called on Monday to reschedule for Wednesday 21st at 8AM the plumber never showed again. When I called to complain I was told there was an emergency. I said why didn't you call and let me know because my time is important to me as yours is to you. The man on the phone hung up on me.
This is the worse customer service I have ever encountered. Never again will I use this company and told everyone I know not to use it either.

Terrible service! Made multiple racist and sexist comments and “jokes”. Also completely disregarded my sayso and sawed where he wasn’t suppose to. Now I have to find another plumber to fix the horrible job he did!

I have used Beebe plumbing twice within the past two weeks. I must say I am more than 100% satisfied with the service and the work of both plumbers that were assigned to my projects. Both plumbers were very polite, friendly and diligent to make sure we were completely satisfied with their work. Lastly, the fees for service and parts were extremely fair. Kudos to Beebe Plumbing. Well done. I recommend you in the highest degree!

I had a leak next to my water box. My water company said I had to take care of it because it was past the meter. I called Beebe Plumbing on a Friday and was told they could come out and give me a quote the following Tuesday. A little later they called me back and said they could look at it the same day. Then they FIXED the leak the same day for less than they originally quoted. EXCELLENT customer service. Friendly, fast and efficient employees. I highly recommend them.

Great service! We were scheduled to have a hose bib replaced but found the night before that our hot water heater was also leaking. Mark handled both without needing to reschedule. He was friendly, professional and efficient. Highly recommend and will use for future needs.

Mark and Alex were great! They were super friendly, fast, honest, and put up with my hovering around them. I've had a few other plumbing companies come out and tell me I had bigger issue's than I had. One company quoted me 1100 dollars. Beebe quoted me 600 but ended up doing it for 400. These guys were a huge help on the phone and in person. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely rude and terrible “service”. Cracked our granite because he chose to saw off our faucet with an electric saw. And then this guy called his supervisor to tell him what he did and the supervisor had the audacity to tell us that the cracks were already there!! You used an electric saw to remove our faucet instead of simply unscrewing from below the cabinet. Unnecessary time wasted, unusable faucet/sink/dishwasher, and now a broken granite countertop. Absolutely shady business and a big scam. Not to mention when I reached out to the plumber and the supervisor I was dismissed completely. I will be reaching out further.

Owner Terry Ruffing is very unprofessional, seems like he may be catching some backlash from poor installations in new homes around AZ. Would not recommend him. I’m not sure why he’s taken such a liking to me, but he comments some pretty horrible stuff on anything I’m involved with.

Worst experience ever!!, plumber came to replace faucet in kitchen and decided to use electric saw to cut off the faucet from above instead of unscrewing and removing from below. He ended up cracking my granite around the faucet in process. He did not even discuss the options prior to proceeding with sawing the faucet. I was working that day from home and heard the sawing and once checked on it , I noticed the damage. When I saw the cracked granite, was upset and questioned and he tried to reach out to his supervisor and explain what happened. The supervisor, Mark said that they were stress cracks and that they were old!!, I explained they were brand new and not there before the work that was done. he said he would not pay for repair of granite that their employee damaged with his choice of sawing the faucet off without my consent. I can’t believe the poor response from the supervisor on this serious matter.i have not been able to use my faucet, sink or dishwasher for last two weeks. The employee had the nerve to have me sign a paper on his way out saying it was to show he was there but not sure why he wanted me to sign it. All he did was saw off my faucet, break the granite counter around the insertion site and leave me with no faucet and cracked granite that needs to be fixed now in addition to placement of new faucet!!, so disgusted with “service” I got from their employee and Mark the supervisor. I will pursue this further and they better have a supervisor that will followup on this and make it right, other wise they will not stop hearing from me and see further actions. The original faucet had separate handle in place that employee, Joe removed and put in the silver piece seen on the picture in place of it. He glued the crack to right and left and glued the piece. Was planning to glue the rest of the cracks and place faucet still. That’s when I said No, that is not a repair and u have to have a supervisor come and take a look. This was on Thursday and haven’t heard anything from Beebe plumbing staff.

Came across this guy on a Facebook post of Katie Hobbs. She was wishing Arizonans a Happy Thanksgiving. He decided to rudely comment on it, insinuating she could choke on a bone. I've attached it here. As someone who claims to be "extremely passionate" about his business, he decides to knock liberals right there below the picture of his business. This is unprofessional and childish behavior, and I don't know about you, but I wouldn't trust this person with any business needs. The other reviews of this business scream "steer clear" from this company!

I had an excellent experience with Collin from Bebe Plumbing. He was punctual, pleasant, and professional throughout the entire visit. I especially appreciated that he respected my request to call 15 minutes before arrival, which made the process smooth and convenient. Collin quickly identified and addressed the issue expeditiously, and his friendly demeanor made the whole experience stress-free. I would highly recommend Collin and Bebe Plumbing for their outstanding service!

Dennis added a faucet to the side of my house so I don't have to drag a hose across the yard to water my garden. He did a great job, showed up on time and the price was very reasonable.

Happy to say we've trusted TP in all 5 of our homes. We started when it was Dennis and his father and we were just married. Here we are 4 homes later and 26 years older. Trustworthy, friendly, knowledgeable and dependable about says it all.

We needed a new line to the pool with hard water due to a new watersoftner. Dennis installed a new line to the auto fill for the pool, some new faucets and a pressure regulator valve. They did a beautiful job. Very professional and most importantly it was a good price.
I/we will call Tolifson Plumbing for any future needs and recommend them to our friends within their service area.

I had a Water softener and Reverse Osmosis system installed. He was Amazing! He was prompt and professional and knocked it out a lot quicker than I imagined! Very satisfied with the price and workmanship. I now feel like an, “ I know a guy” type of homeowner! Definitely will go to him for any future plumbing problems or projects. Definitely recommend him to all of my friends, family and any folks out there looking for a good plumber and not a corporate rip off!

Update: Dennis did reach out to me and reimbursed me for what his labor charge would have been. I updated this review to 4 stars as I think the communication could be improved. He is a 1 man shop and the quality of work and professionalism was great on the original installation. He no longer services my area.

Had a water heater installed October 2019. It started leaking. Left 3 messages and still no response. Been without hot water for 4 days. Finally contacted another plumber that can service the unit under warranty.

If you need a plumber that acts fast, shows up when he says, and knows how to fix it right the first time, CALL DENNIS! Seriously, the best. I will use him for all my plumbing needs. He does not try to rip off his customers with his prices, they are always fair, and he makes quick work as a one man team to get whatever you need done.

This company provides great services with great prices. Professional plumbers who provide excellent customer service and work, always on time and respecting my home by leaving it clean when done.

We had a clogged drain line At our home, they came out the same day gave us options to fix the problem. We chose to use their trenchless technology. The guys were great Took care of our home as if it was their own job was done professionally and very efficient in a timely manner. Highly recommend these guys.

Thank you Phoenix pipe bursting for your with a horrible situation. I called them because I had RAW sewage coming out of a pipe in my front yard. They came out and gave me a Free camera inspection of my sewer and found a hideous looking root problem. They replaced my whole main sewer line with minimal disturbance to my front yard landscaping.

Phoenix Pipe Bursting did an excellent job replacing the pipes in our 1960s home using trenchless technology. Their team was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain the entire process. The work was efficient with minimal disruption, and our yard was left in great shape. They were punctual, honest about pricing, and clearly experienced with older plumbing systems. Everything was completed as promised and our plumbing issues are fully resolved.
