Great customer service when I called. Walt was at my door within minutes of my call. He quickly fixed the leak in my tub’s overflow line. He completed a thorough test before finishing to make sure no leaks. Professional and courteous.

Walt is second to NONE. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and fair. He responded quickly to my plea for help. Smiley Plumbing does the best work in a timely fashion. I can't thank him enough for saving the day. And genuinely a really nice guy. I will never call anyone else.

We needed an expert on gas line installation and we found that expert - Walt with Smiley Plumbing! We had two separate jobs… One was to test one of the gas lines already in the home that was connected to a fireplace, and the other was to install new gas line into the house for our gas range. Smiley Plumbing covered all the bases, to include ensuring the proper permits were obtained, and that the proper hoses would be installed (hoses required by city code). We are very happy with the work and know that we will be using Smiley plumbing for all our future gas and plumbing needs! Thanks again & God bless!!

My original plumber told me that the cleanouts to our house were buried under the driveway and we would have to excavate the driveway, bring up new cleanouts and pour the new part of the driveway. I tried to find a company to do the work, so I called Smiley Plumbing based off their reviews. Walt went to the house and was certain that the other plumber was wrong. He was so persistent in trying to find cleanouts at our house. He spent an hour and a half looking through the yard to find them. He found them buried deep under rocks and cracked. His price to fix them was very fair and the work that he did was superb. His communication was also excellent! I am so grateful I found him and will be using him from now on.

Walt is awesome. He takes the time to explain what he is doing up front and what the alternatives are. We have had him out to our house twice. He is very thorough too. He takes the time to explain how things work, what to do to keep it working well, and what the risks are. He warrantied the work as well. He was very clean and respectful. The second time out, I had an opportunity to chit chat with him a while and he is an all around good dude!

This afternoon was excellent. Walt is extremely knowledgeable, and honest. I appreciated his customer service, and ability to help with my plumbing situation. If you want someone who is a real Plumber, and owner, give him a ring, he’s seriously happy to help. Plumbing is his passion, my kitchen sink works, and he gave me a plumbing plan for the future when I am ready. There was no sales pressure, just wanted to take care of his customer, and keep them.

Called him for a macerating toilet, which is an unusual plumbing problem. He charged 150 to show up and troubleshoot, and wanted another 150 to caulk a small hole, all within an hour. He called the manufacturer and troubleshot the problem to the best of his ability, but the pricing structure left much to be desired. I understand a fee for a service call to keep the business viable, but would be happier if they charged for an hour, whatever work could be completed in that time. May just not be the right fit for me

We hired Walt back in August for a faucet leak and to reset a toilet. He was honest, reliable, and fair with his prices. Communication was excellent, when the appointment time had to be adjusted. I would definitely use him again for any plumbing needs!

Found out we had a leak after traveling. Came the same day we called and was able to tell us what was wrong and fix it same day.
He was incredibly friendly, gave great advice about the leak, insurance, warranty, and other things he noticed about our plumbing.
Definitely going to be a long time customer.

We can not recommend Smiley enough. Unfortunately, we've had multiple leaks in our house. Each time, Smiley has been incredibly helpful with plumbing and advice. He cares about his work and customers. Friendly with our pups and baby, who just want to see what he's up to. Walt is an extremely dedicated plumber, something we just haven't experienced with other companies.

Walt came out to work on my water heater to do a yearly inspection. He explained everything about what needed to be done and when. He also did a great job with the inspection. We had a great conversation while he was here as well. I would recommend him to anyone with their plumbing needs!

Walt really knows how to fix a plumbing situation. Doesn't cut any corners and had all the parts in his truck. Finished the job in record time and has a 2 year warranty. I recommend him and will use him again in the future.

Walt showed up very quickly on a Saturday morning to help us with a water main leak. He was very honest and reasonably priced (there were things he could’ve easily charged for but didn’t). Despite having to do some digging and replace really old piping, he was in and out in no time. Highly recommend him.

I had a plumbing emergency yesterday - a break in my main water service line to my house. The first company to come out - a major company in the valley, sent only an estimator, who basically told me to call a leak locator. THEY COULD HAVE TOLD ME THAT ON THE PHONE! My next call was to Smiley Plumbing. Walt came out and said, "well, let's see where this leak is. He pulled out his shovel and got to work. Found the leak very quickly, and had it repaired in less than 3 hours. Not a bandaid either - a quality, warrantied repair job! Walt and Smiley Plumbing have jumped to the top of my list for plumber recommendations.

I got the gas dryer installation. Walt did wonderful job. He understood the customer needs and made sure we are satisfied with the service. I highly recommend Smiley Plumbing for all the plumbing needs.

The Smiley Plumbing team is amazing! We previously had a well-known, large plumbing company come out, and without even attempting to identify a solution, they immediately told us we needed a new water heater at a cost of over $8,000.

When Walt came out, he took the time to assess the situation, relit the pilot light, and the water heater has been working perfectly ever since. He also provided us with a quote for a replacement in case we need one in the future and it was nowhere near the $8,000 we were originally quoted.

Walt is honest, reliable, and truly cares about finding the right solution. We would highly recommend Smiley Plumbing to anyone we know.

We recently went to visit a friend Who lives in Peoria AZ. It was a very nice city kind of like Surprise AZ. I love the atmosphere of the whole city. We stayed at our friends house of few days.
While we were there, the toilets got clogged. so we were using the toilet in the master bedroom. Then it got clogged too. :(. My friend look up Peoria Plumbing on her smart phone and called the top 5 there, left Voicemails. Peoria Plumbing Pros called back right away and they were at the house within an hour because they were local. They were very professional and courteous. Both guys had face mask on the whole time and keep a 6ft distance. They got both Toilets fixed fairly quick and their provided excellent value. I highly recommend them to anyone living in Peoria AZ. cheers...
