My experience was amazing once Reddi technician Alex Cruz got to working on the plumbing issue in my kitchen. He was polite and explained what he was doing every step of the way. Don’t take my word experience the services that Reddi provides and the expertise personnel who work on the job!

Reddi services is great. I have great experiences with all of their technicians. Matt Mattox came down my HVAC heat inspection. I was satisfied with his work and received quotes for future work I will need done. Reddi services also comes in a timely manner and has not left waiting, usually can get same day service.

Our disposal had stopped functioning. We didn’t know if it was reparable. Turns out that it needed to be replaced. Our technician, Tim, did a fine job of removing the old disposal and replacing it with a new one. He was knowledgeable and pleasant. We have used Reddi Services in the past and have been pleased with their work.

What a great company to work with. I had a leak from my water heater this afternoon and called Reddi Services. Within 2 hours, the technician, Chris Shuck, arrived, with a new unit, and installed it. Gave me the price ahead of time so no surprises. Explained everything, went over all details, and was truly an all around nice guy. Thanks for taking care of me so quickly, I appreciate it.

Kevin is such a helpful and kind technician. I can't say enough good things about the service and all of the techs that have been out to help. They come out within a couple of hours of me calling every time and charge a very fair price to snake my outdoor lines due to tree roots. Very reliable and fair price. Would highly recommend. I would not call anyone else.

Chris at Reddi Services was awesome! He took the time to describe the expected services to be provided along with an estimate of time and expense. He performed the services quickly and took the time afterwards to clean up and then make sure I was completely satisfied. Chris did an excellent job and I would definitely recommend Reddi Services.

Professional and communicative. Need a septic tank cleaned, inspected, and repaired. Reddi Services took care of what we needed to prepare for the sale of our house. Cost was a little high, but I understand what happens when repairs come into play. Would use this company again if I needed their services.

We had a pipe burst in our bathroom and had tons of water spraying out of a hole in the wall for several minutes until we could turn the water off at the street. I called Reddi Services and Pepe came to our rescue! He was professional and incredibly knowledgeable. He not only replace the broken PVC pipe with new copper pipe, he referred an emergency water damage company that came out to help solve this huge problem. I am excited to work with Reddi Services again and continue working with Pepe! He is amazing!

I made the right call to have Reddi Services come out and look at my air handler. They were able to come out the same day after 5 PM to diagnose the issue I was having. Chris S. was my technician and was able to give me all my options and a plan of action for the following day. They were able to call me the next day as promised and came out to fix my issue. He explained all options and the fix thoroughly. He was honest and fair, which is rare nowadays. He even gave me suggestions on how to maintain my system and other services their company offered. I’m extremely happy with the service and would recommend them to anyone in need!

He always quickly diagnoses the issue, and resolves the problem every time. I highly recommend Reddi Services. Alex was the service person that came out to my house to move my washing machine connections higher so that I could reach them. He did an outstanding job and when he left the work area was clean and very neat. I think it pretty much sums it up to say that Alex went above and beyond what I was expecting. I will use Reddi Services again if I need them and I won’t hesitate to recommend them to friends and neighbors.
