Very happy with the service. Roland was very personable and professional. We had a few other plumbing companies come out to try and survey our situation and they either couldn’t figure out what was needed to solve the issue or gave us outrageous quotes. Roland was very knowledgeable, honest, and fast. He gave us a fair quote and was able to come out and get the problem fixed within a few hours. Havn’t experienced any more issues since. Tankless water heater maintenance.

I highly recommend this plumbing company. The company is very good, on time, and honest. Roland did an excellent job on fixing my water leak and he also is very kind and very friendly. You won’t regret using this company if you are in need for a plumber.

I bought my house and had issues with my tank heater not giving enough hot water. Roland was kind enough to come to my place late Friday evening, replace the heater element, he also replaced the T&P valve that was stuck shut. While at it, he upgraded the discharge port to a ball point valve that will help me empty/clean the heater easily once a year. No handle for the valve is shown since i keep that one separate since i have small kids and do not want any accidents.
He used professional spare parts, not the cheap ones you can find at any store. I can only recommend him for all your plumbing needs.

Ronald at ER tankless water heating is awesome! He went above and beyond. In a time where customer service is lacking Ronald gives me hope that it is not yet dead. Our water heater started leaking Saturday morning, I found ER Tankless water heating on google read the reviews and gave him a call. He arrived within the hour gave me a quote and had it changed out the same day. He is knowledgeable, honest and respectful. I highly recommend Ronald.

My mainline got clogged and sewage started backing up on a Saturday evening. When I called ER plumbing, they answered right away and sent someone out within 45 minutes. When Roland got here, he was kind, friendly, and got right to work. He was able to get the mainline cleared and we were back to being able to use our toilets and showers in no time. I highly recommend ER plumbing!
