Chris did a great job installing my leak detector. Ran into a few issues, but didn't let that stop him. He was professional and informative. Would highly recommend.

We have used Reddi for years and loved them. Christian came today to do our yearly plumbing and HVAC inspection and he was great. He was on time, friendly, and left all of the areas he was in super clean. We feel very lucky to have found this company!

Matt H did a great job diagnosing and servicing the AC unit. He kept us notified about the process and communicated well. The service took until the next day due to the need to procure a part, but Matt H fulfilled his promise to work on it first thing in the morning. He provided great service overall for this job. It was a big job with a big price tag, but we feel like the price was good regardless. Thank you!

Bryant Laffarga came out tonight, we had a clog in the check valve. He was professional courteous and very friendly. We put our call in at 8:30 PM and we were taken care of by 9:30PM including the 30 minute drive. This was easily a 5 star experience! Very reasonable

Backed up Septic Tank - technician Marco Prieto came to our home in Litchfield Farms within a couple hours of my call. He diagnosed our issue pretty fast with his down hole camera. He was not in a rush and went above and beyond doing little extra things to show/teach me some things about my septic system . Very grateful. I will likely be using Reddi services to pump out my septic. Thanks again Marco!

I got a quote for a soft start assist from the company I had a service contract. Even with their included "member benefits" and a "credit" for them incorrectly putting on a hard start assist on, it felt high, so I reached out to Reddi to get a quote. Chris G was out to the house in a matter of days to give me an estimate with and without adding the Reddi service contract, which were both less than the "deal" I was previously offered. Since it is a "newer" thing going into systems, Chris made a point of coming out to do the install himself.

Unlike my previous HVAC service provider, I don't feel pressured and sold to every time I talk to them. It's simply them trying to make sure my HVAC and plumbing work like they're supposed to.

Bryant was my service technician. He came out on a Saturday which really helped. He listened to all the details of the issue I was having and checked everything to assess the problem and was able to fix it right away. He was very polite and respectful.
The scheduling staff were also very nice and accommodating.

Dylan came out and tried to fix the problem, but it was a larger problem than we thought due to the septic tank. He was amazing. He tried his best to get the job done. We'll be using Reddi Services from here on out.

Bryant was excellent and professional service. There was a water leak between floors coming from upstairs tub. He provided and install new overflow kit.

Matt and Alejandro were fantastic, professional and quick! We have had Matt come to our house a few times and he is always so helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. I never fell over charged either with Reddi.

My main shut off valve stopped working. I was doing a repair on my bathroom sink and the water would not turn back on after turning off the main water supply. It was a Sunday morning. I made a same day appointment through the website and had a technician come within the hour. Chris Shuck was very knowledgeable and took the time to listen to what happened and explain to me how he was going to fix the issue. It was great service, and pricing was reasonable. I plan to use this company for any future plumbing work.

The last time Reddi Services came to my house to pump my septic system, was not a good experience. The septic was not actually pumped, instead the guy just sucked out whatever was in the dry well and called it a day and charged me $828.00 for about 20 minutes worth of work.
This time the guy actually dug around and found the septic tank and was able to pump out the actually tank. He explained everything to me so I knew what was going on. He spent a good 3 hours working and charged less than the last guy!!

Alex was such a great plumber. The job (clogged drain behind my washing machine) took 2 days to fix and was not easy, but he took the time to make sure it was done correctly. Very professional! I will definitely use Reddy Plumbing again.

Chris was excellent, communicating every step of the way about the condition of our AC/Heating unit , the repairs, or the choice to buy an entirely new unit. Much different approach and attitude than others who have visited for an HVAC diagnosis, as the theme with others has always been to push for a total replacement. Chris found and fixed all the problems. Very competent, thorough, with a helpful attitude. Signed up for an ongoing service plan and we will buy our new HVAC system from Reddi when it is time to replace it. Highly recommended.
