I can't say enough good things about Roland at ER Tankless. Our water softener failed and unbeknowst to us, the sediment got into our plumbing lines. This caused our washing machine to fail twice due to clogs in the water intake line. The appliance repair company said you have to get your lines flushed.

We called another (major) plumbing company and the tech (more like a salesman) came out and gave us quote of $1500 to flush the lines and told us we would also have to replace the water heater as there is no way to completely clear the sediment from the 50 gal tank. That was going to $8k for a tankless Navien unit installed

We wanted a second opinion and called ER Tankless. Roland said he would come out the same day and assess the situation. After inspection he agreed that the lines needed to be flushed and also let us know that a tankless system would have to have a way to discharge condensation (which the other company never mentioned). His plan was to install lines for the condensation water and a p trap to discharge the water into the sewage lines. He also took the time to explain why the unit is not 'one size fits all' and we don't want a unit with a capacity greater than our 2 bed/2 bath 2000 sq ft house would need

Long story short he showed up the next day at 1pm and worked until 6:30pm at which time our lines were cleared and our tankless system was installed correctly for a fraction of the price quoted by the major plumbing service company we originally contacted

I will also mention that the major company's rep told us clearing the line would be an all day process where they would have to go to each sink and drain the hot/cold lines into a bucket (outside - in). Roland brought a compressed air tank and cleared the lines from the inside - out in a matter of 30-60 minutes!

Roland and E.R. Tankless Plumbing did a great job. Roland was on time, very responsive with no hidden costs. The first time we used them, they installed underground plumbing for the Casita we are building. Since then we have used him to replace our leaking water heater (not tankless). I couldn't be happier with the service Roland provided. I called him early in the morning the day after our water heater went out. Upon speaking with him we made an appointment for him to come by at 9am. Roland in turn showed up on time and after telling him what was going on with our water heater he provided me with my options and pricing which I found to be very competitive. Ultimately we decided to go with a tankless water heater as we had been thinking about making the switich to one. After making our decision on what water heater we wanted Roland advised he could install that day and all he needed to do was get in on order from the warehouse. Roland then left to pickup the new water heater and returned about 2 hours later and completed the install. Roland took his time and did a very clean install. We couldn't be happier with his professionalism and service. We've had out new tankless water for about a week now and the never ending hot water has been glorious. A bonus to the tankless water heater has been the amount of space it opened up in our garage.

One thing I truly appreciated was he made an acutal appointment for a specific time and showed up. Prior to calling Roland I called another plumbing company (The Plumber Guy) and the best they could do was provide me with a general time of 10am-4pm.

I’ve always been able to get an appointment same or next day. The technicians have all addressed my needs before they left. I have purchased 2 year service contracts for A/C Heating/Furnace and Plumbing twice now and it has been worth it.

Matt is a true professional. He identified my problem and gave me options for the repair. He didn't take advantage of my unfortunate plumbing situation. The repair was completed quickly and effectively. In my opinion, the price was better than fair. I will use Reddi Services again because of Matt.

Great service, very competent, Chris S walked me through everything and explained everything thoroughly. Didn’t try to sell me something. I didn’t need like every other HVAC company I’ve had out here. Total bill was $400 and was quoted over $3000 from everybody else telling me to have work done I didn’t need. Highly recommended.

Matt Mattox provided us with exceptional customer service. Our drain clog was challenging but he hung in there until he was able to clear it all the while remaining positive with a great attitude we highly recommend Matt for your plumbing needs!!

Bryant was terrific! We had guests coming in for New Year’s Eve who’d be staying in our guest house, so when the guest house toilet went out.on December 30, we were freaking out! That toilet is a very old one, so we worried that replacement parts might not be available. Bryant responded immediately to our call and was here about an hour. later. He quickly identified and then located the necessary part, which, fortunately, was in stock not far from our home. With the new part, the toilet is now working great and we avoided having to get a new one. We also had Bryant snake a troublesome drain while he was here. He was a friendly and courteous throughout, and his obvious expertise gave us full confidence. We will certainly call and ask for him for our future plumbing needs.

Matt H. Sudden water leaks in your home is never a good thing. Matt H. Made a stressful situation a very pleasant experience. He assessed the situation, inspected, explained and put me at ease on a Sunday morning. Scheduling was easy, Matt was fast in getting to me and I will definitely be calling them back soon.

We have used Reddi Services for HVAC and plumbing, since we bought our house back in 2018.

Thanksgiving 2025, I went to put groceries in our garage freezer and found our hot water tank was leaking. Turned out the unit had gone bad (for being almost 5 years old). The unit was replaced by the manufacturer under warranty and the plumbing connections were updated.

The week after Thanksgiving 2025, our heater wasn’t working. We called for an appointment and it was diagnosed that our HVAC was out of refrigerant which was causing stress on the compressor and the capacitor was starting to wear out, and there was a refrigerant leak! Chris S. was polite, professional, and answered all of our questions to help us determine if we wanted to do the repairs or a full unit replacement. At the end of the day, although costly, we decided to do a new HVAC unit for peace-of-mind and comfort.
