This was my first time using Plumbing Master’s and I was very pleased with the same day response time. Richard came and resolved my issue without hesitation. Friendly and knowledgeable, would definitely use them again in the future!

Outstanding Service from Rich!

Rich provided truly outstanding service when we were dealing with a concerning hidden leak. He approached the problem with incredible patience and professionalism, spending the necessary time—a whole day—to methodically detect exactly where the leak was coming from. He didn't rush or guess; he focused on finding the root cause.

Once the source was identified, Rich took great care to correct the issue in the proper manner, ensuring the repair was high-quality and built to last. What impressed us most, however, was his commitment to going the extra mile. He provided thorough explanations of the repair, double-checked the area to prevent future issues, and left the workspace immaculate.

We highly recommend Rich for any plumbing needs. His dedication, skill, and willingness to exceed expectations are truly rare.

Todd and Chase were awesome. The house had major plumbing damage due to a faulty water softener. They spent the entire day fixing everything to make our water safe to use and fixed issues missed by others before them. Would definitely call them again any time

Levi did an excellent job installing a new RUUD 50 gallon hot water heater…
He arrived about 8:30AM and once we discussed and decided on what we wanted he jumped on it and was finished by 12:30PM
He was very personable and pleasant to talk with! Always smiling…he appeared to love what he was doing.

Richard (Todd) came out to replace 2 toilets and did an excellent job and cleHe was very knowledgeable, detailed, and up front with pricing.
He also replaced the kitchen spin and grin strainer, which was leaking. My husband had just bought a new disposal, but, was not able to put it in, because of his back and knees. Rich was kind enough to do the work for us. I will definitely use Plumbing Masters in the future. Thanks again Rich, for your excellent work and kindness!

On February 26, 2026, Richard from Plumbing Masters came out to fix a very simple 10 minute P-trap problem. The website says it’s 4995 for a house call and he charged me $399. Then he told me all my shut off bowels were frozen and not to force them or they would all burst. He told me it would be $4700 to fix them! Then he encouraged me to join the “plumbers club“. I knew the guy was a scam! I tried to call the manager at Plumbing Masters to talk to them first before I wrote a bad review. Tried for two days, he never called me back. These guys are terrible!

Levi explained how the shower faucets work with the valve and did a clean, professional job installing the new one. He was both friendly and knowledgeable and someone you can trust. I'd definitely use Levi again on another job.

Todd and his apprentice Steve came by the house and assessed my needs and presented all of my options. After thinking about all of the information overnight, I called them back to install my new water heater. They where fast (2 hrs) and efficient and did a great job. I'd recommend them anytime.

Shame on Plumbing Masters.

We were clients of Plumbing Masters for several years and had them complete a variety of jobs, which we were always happy with. We later discovered a problem in our master bathroom and after Plumbing Masters began the work, they brought in a third-party company (Quick Restore), to do asbestos testing and abatement. They brought this company on site without explaining things to us or asking us if we were comfortable using them. They made it seem like this is the way things are done and that this was urgent; at that point (when we still trusted Plumbing Masters), we signed off on Quick Restore doing testing and abatement. Lesson learned.

Quick Restore burned through about $4k of my insurance money and did very little. They charged us per day for a big fan (part of the abatement process). The tarp they hung up was cheap and poorly taped and fell onto the floor. Then they no-showed twice when it came to finishing the job. We brought in another company (a reputable one!) that finished the job. At which point we had to pay for abatement yet again. I'd like to note that this reputable company did not charge for their fan by the day, as that seems to be a total scam. Plumbing Masters cost us a lot of money and I'm sure they got a nice commission from their friends at Quick Restore. But they have lost a customer.

On top of this, Plumbing Masters said the pipe under our house needed to be completely replaced as it had worn away at the bottom and was just dirt. They tried to have me sign for a huge loan on an iPad so they could immediately move forward with the work, which feels like a high-pressure tactic. Thankfully I got two other opinions, and another plumber verified that the pipe in fact was intact and while it could use a lining, it did not need to be replaced. He did explain how this could be an honest mistake by Pluming Masters, so I'm not claiming that they intentionally misled me. But they could have taken the extra step this plumber did (simply flushing the toilet to move water through the pipe) to verify if the pipe was in fact intact. Had I moved forward with Plumbing Masters, they would have dug up a hole in my floor only to then discover that the pipe was intact.

After several years of good service, I'm really disappointed with Plumbing Masters. The next time a company I've hired brings in another company without checking with me first, they'll be sent packing.

The best service I have received from all the plumbers I have ever dealt with. Plumber was very respectful and professional. Technician was very certain with his diagnostic and educated me from start to finish. I will recommend Plumbing Masters 24/7 I really appreciate the good experience I had with the plumber.

Abraham was pleasant, polite, professional, clean and well - uniformed. He arrived and worked on a timely basis. His suggestions were very helpful and made me feel that it was important to him that all his work was done with my best interest in mind.

Tech Richard Mousel was great! His wealth of knowledge is amazing, & I so appreciate his patience in educating me about various approaches. Although he presented estimates for several solutions, there was absolutely zero pressure to select any of the more expensive options. I'm 100% satisfied!

My hot water heater blew and I was so overwhelmed with the mess, cost, and after hours. This company was able to act fast and Richard Mousel was by far one of the best. He showed what true humanity is. He got to work right way, did a amazing job and stands by his work and no mess left from my disaster. I would highly recommend him and having quick restore come out as well at no extra cost, Nick Law also gets a shout out. Two honest men with so much knowledge. Levi was very polite, Friendly, and answered all of our questions. If there were more stars he would have gotten them. We will have some more repairs in another bathroom and when we are ready, We only want Levi. We also refer him and your business to all our neighbors and friends. You have a great and honest person working for your company. We trust him and that's why he is the only one we would like him to do any further repairs.

We definitely use Plumbing Masters again. James is an incredibly hard worker and made sure we understood every step of the process before he started. He was professional, tidy and worked quickly to get our kitchen back up and running.

Last Saturday, December 13, 2025 my water heater went out and I found this company online. It had a great star rating, and I'm happy to say they live by this rating. A person by the name of: Levi came to my home in Phoenix, and analyzed the problem. My water heater was leaking water, and told me I would need a new water heater. You always hate it when someone tells you that because your first thought is their trying to get more money out of you, but that wasn't the case here. Levi was willing to let me check with other companies if I felt they had another solution. Anyway, to make a long story short I went with Plumbing Masters and I am so happy I did. It was worth the money of a new water heater, and Levi did a great job of installing it. He stayed late into the night and never once complained considering it was Saturday. He never rushed and always answered my questions that I had as he worked on installing the heater. He was highly professional and aimed to please. It took him about a little over an hour to install the water heater and was now almost 8 o'clock at night. He cleaned up the area around him so nothing was left behind. He was friendly and professional to the very end. I would definitely use this company again for any of my plumbing needs. Thanks Levi again for your great work!

I want to start off by saying that if you're looking for a plumbing company that offers a clear and upfront price, Plumbing Master's is not it. Our shower handle broke off yesterday; we had expected another plumbing company to come do the job, but that did not go as planned. I was at work and my wife had just gotten home and was worried about our children showering tonight. Being the caring husband that I am, I wanted to ease my wife's worries away. I took it upon myself to google a local plumber and that's where I found Plumber Master's. Long story short my wife agreed to get the job done on her own self will and I do not disagree with her just wanting to fix the issue. The problem here is that when I got home at 5:30pm my wife told me what we were going to be charged. Come to find out the price was going to be close to $700 for just the cartridge to be replaced. After finding this out, I took it upon myself to speak with the plumber that had just arrived from picking up the replacement cartridge (originally arrived at 430p, returned approximately at 545pm with part). After a lot of back and forth with the plumber and me trying to get clarification on why we were being charged this amount, he tried to him justify to me that it includes fees on his experience, gas, mileage (to my location and to pick up parts), for dispatch, insurance and parts. After all this was said and done, I asked him based on his experience how long this job would have taken if he had the part with him and his response was $50 for the part and 10 mins to replace cartridge. I responded that the price wasn't reasonable to me, and I felt a job like this would cost about $300 to $400 based on the information he relayed. He continued trying to justify the reason why I was being charged so much and kept referring back to the cost of the company's expenses. I kept on reiterating to him that I was being worried about the job being done in my home and not the company's; and how it was affecting me and my pocket. I repeated multiple times that we were going to pay the full amount he asked for because my wife agreed, but that I was going to write a review to let others know of this situation in hopes to help someone not make the same mistake. It seems to me this is not the first time this has happened based on his reaction and debating demeanor. In my opinion this was unprofessional debating with a customer and not addressing the customer's concerns. Having experience in customer service when I run into a situation that is out of my control, I reach out to my supervisor for advice on how to handle the situation. My concern here was the lack of clear information regarding the work that was going to be done. I would've liked a break down from cost of parts to labor and other charges to be able to assess and have made a better decision. If my wife would've known ahead of time that she was going to get charged for a $50 part (that took him an hour to get) in a 10-minute job, she possibly would have looked for another company to have serviced our needs. There's a lot of information being left out, but the meat and potatoes of it all is that I feel you're going to get overcharged. So please ask for specific details on exactly what you're getting charged for. I will not be using Plumber Master's services again.

I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from both Chad and Saul this evening. Chad was very professional and knowledgeable. He was happy to help and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I appreciated his skills and good attitude. He is an asset to the company and should be rewarded. Saul was very friendly and personable with a great attitude. He took the time to explain the issue to me, gave me several options, helped me understand the process and discuss the payment- all in a very professional and courteous manner. His service is exceptional and he deserves recognition. Alfredo was the third serviceman who came to help resolve the situation. He explained in great detail all about my issue and even offered to provide books to explain things so I could better understand. He got to work immediately and his work was meticulous and very well done. Altogether, the three of them provided excellent service and I will be contacting plumbing masters for all my future needs. We needed a repair on our tankless water heater right away. He came out as soon as he could and fixed our issue. We will definitely use him for all of our future needs.
