My plumber was Chase he came out and did my re-plumbing of my house. He was courteous and extremely professional. His communication was excellent And he did my project in a timely matter as expected With no delays! I felt like he was extremely knowledgeable and I felt more than comfortable with his quality of work! I wouldn’t hesitate to use Plumbing Masters and Chase again!!!!

I recently called Plumbing Masters to help identify why my water heater shuts off randomly. Levi, the tech, was dispatched. He arrived on-time, dressed very clean, and upon arrival introduced himself. By the way, I received his bio with a picture prior to his arrival. That is an awesome business practice. He allowed me to explain what was happening, he asked to inspect it, but he was already familiar with the issues due to the make and model of the valve. He took his time explaining why it happens, what is happening, and what should happen. Once I inquired about the cost to replace the valve, he shared the cost and did not up sale anything. He was patient with my questions and online research. Thank you, Levi for your thorough communication, attention detail, and being so professional.

Levi Nunez Did a great job at my house identifying the source of a leak. Although the prices were a little steep, (no fault of his own) he worked quickly and was able to minimize hourly cost to the best of his ability and provided a military discount. Terrific service.

Regrettably, this company exploits its customers. Do not be misled by other reviews. We encountered an emergency, and they charged us for their service call and for unclogging for $90. When they were unable to resolve the issue, they proposed hydro-jet cleaning for $1,500. I said absolutely not and their price was too pricey! And I was right. I contacted other companies, and they quoted less than $200. They also wanted to charge for a camera scope to inspect the pipe $150 more. They concluded that we needed to open the wall and cut a pipe. Before they commenced work, I explicitly instructed them not to engage with the tenant! I made it clear several times that they should only communicate with me, the owner who is paying them. Yet, they continued to inform the tenant that they might not finish that evening and suggested she should find a hotel. All the while, I was waiting outside to learn what the plumber found so I could assist my tenants if they needed a place to stay. The plumber caused my tenant so much anxiety that she booked a hotel independently. In the end, they discovered the problem and completed the work by 6:30 pm, but it was too late to cancel the hotel reservation. The plumber ought to cover her hotel costsbut, of course they claim they are not liable.

I also communicated to them my desire to use a different credit card when it was time for payment. The plumber and his colleague or supervisor told me not to worry, as they could change the credit card and that they would send me a detailed bill of all the work they completed first. However, that was not the case! They charged my credit card right away, and I had to contact them numerous times to get a receipt, let alone an invoice. To my dismay, the invoice reads, "Estimate Best $2,000" for a job that was initially quoted at $40-90. I have reached out via email and phone trying to get a detailed report, but they seem to be either choosing to ignore me, indifferent since they have already been paid, or both. I will not be calling them again. This is entirely unprofessional!!

Hello I want to tell you I had the worst experience with Plumbing Masters. I had 2 gentlemen come to my residence as I was having issue with water pressure and temperature. They were here for 2 hours and came to me with estimates to upgrade my toilets which I didn't ask for or want and what they told me I needed was completely wrong! I called a competitor and they came to do a tankless water heater flush and adjust the thermo mixing valve. They recommended I just replace the valve when all I really needed was a flush and to turn the valve to WARMER. I spent $49 on the assessment and I was able to get the flush done for $199 with a much better company! DO NOT RECOMMEND Plumbing Masters unless you want to spend $20 k on something that didn't even need to be replaced.

I’m not one to typically write reviews but my experience with Plumbing masters, especially Chase was just phenomenal. It’s very evident he knows what he’s doing and has been trained very well! Plumbing Masters wasn’t the first company I got a quote from but it was the first to explain my issues to me in a way I could truly understand. Chase didn’t hesitate to answer any of my questions and was just super transparent throughout the whole job. I have found the one plumber I trust and won’t be going to anyone else.

Great experience working with Levi Nunez! He was super helpful and responsive. He worked very hard to get the job done in one day so we could have running water again. Also had very fair pricing and a good evaluation. Would highly recommend working with him.

From scheduling the appointment to final installation, the communication was excellent. Everything was handled promptly and exceeded my expectations.

Our plumber, Rich Eggert, was outstanding. His expertise and skill were a solid 10/10. He quickly diagnosed the issue, clearly explained my options, and helped me make the best decision. We chose to go with a waterless tank, and Rich completed the installation efficiently and with great attention to detail.

Rich and James worked with my busy work schedule and were able to provide me enough notice to get home from my office on time for the water heater install. Rich and James were both super friendly and Rich took the time to explain when and why to get maintenance on my water heater. They were able to install the water the very next day after my call and only took that long since my house uses a special size heater. Highly recommend this company. From the moment you call you are treated with kindness all the way from the amazing office staff to the wonderful technicians. Rich and James are rockstars

I am not one to write many reviews but after today I really needed to. I feel like plumbing is our curse that never lets up and we found a leak with quite a bit of water damage. Plumbing masters was our first call and Cody Yeager was our tech that came out and he was amazing! We were still recovering financially from our last plumbing disaster and he was truly so nice about everything. I feel like so many companies put so much pressure on you to go with them and spend so much money for something. Cody did not do that, he was honest and polite and so understanding to where we were and I honestly say I would be requesting him to work with from here on out. Thanks Cody!

Two great experiences with Plumbing Masters - both times with Rich. First with a water softener replacement and second with two water heater replacements. Called this morning and was able to have him out immediately and by the afternoon we have two new functioning water heaters. Highly recommend

More great service from Plumbing Masters for this repeat customer. Chase came out 2 days ago on Saturday to address an issue with a leak. The results were exactly as I'd requested, even better than I had pictured, and accomplished faster than I had expected. Service was rendered with a friendly and helpful attitude, which is always appreciated. Thanks.

Since we bought our house Plumbing Masters has been super helpful! Levi Nunez came to the rescue again 🙏🏽. He helped us before with our water heater and now our sink! We ask for him specifically! He fixes our plumbing problems fast and has great customer service!

We had a plumbing leak and our garage was flooded. We called around to a few plumbing services, but surprisingly a flooding garage was an important enough to have same-day service. We called plumbing Masters and the receptionist got appointment and confirm that appointment within a few minutes and Michael came within the hour.

We thought this was gonna be an expensive fix, but Michael pointed out the leak in our tank, ran to get the part, and had everything fixed within the hour the price was extremely affordable, and the service was phenomenal.

I don’t anticipate having major plumbing issues in the future, but if I do, plumbing masters will be my first call.

I called Plumbing Masters because they had great reviews and I needed same-day service. They were absolutely able to come out the same day, fix the issues, and Install a new water softener for me. They did such a good job that I asked Casey to come back to do some additional plumbing work. Casey was kind, professional and informative. He did a great job!

This is the second time we have used Plumbing Masters. Our technician was DAVID HEURING was fantastic. We had him out for what we thought was a small leak and he identified, and explained really well, a much larger pressure issue and another leak. He walked us through the issues really well, gave us a great price, offered a membership to increase savings and warranty, and then did EXCELLENT work. He communicated really well throughout the job and kept us updated. He even went above and beyond to double check things in the house after.

Levi and Casey were excellent representatives of Plumbing Masters. I’m very happy with results of their efforts. They explained what needed to be done and did phenomenal work. I’m a very satisfied customer.
