Jon and Aaron were amazing to work with! The main water line to my house had a leak and the water had to be turned off. These guys went so far above and beyond to repair my leak in less than 24 hours.... on a Sunday! They kept me completely informed through the entire process. Their effort has made me a customer for life!

I had a few quotes from other companies and they all made it seem like the pipes in my house were falling apart. TL;DR - They were not, so thank goodness for Flow Tech.

They came out, looked at everything, and their prices were so fair we were able to add more stuff that we wanted, rather than just what we needed. Not to mention the service was so much more enjoyable. They were fairly priced, to the point, and knew exactly what they were doing. Not to mention their work was clean.

Gas Connection for outdoor Weber. Aaron was my technician and he was extremely professional. Aaron answered all my questions about the project, ordered a connection for Weber as I wanted two quick connect locations, and left the work area spotless. EXCELLENT customer service starting with the front-desk person. Put self in a jam by trying to do my own work, but was not successful. Called Flow Tech for help, they got Jon Everett (plumber) out that same afternoon.

Jon was professional; patient in explaining what needed to be done; provided an "on-sight" estimate to complete the task, and when I agreed to the price, he got right to work. He was very HELPFUL with answering my questions/concerns, and RESPECTFUL of my home.

Aaron Everett from FlowTech Plumbing made a service call to my 93 year old mothers house in Sun City AZ today. My mom called Flow Tech and they came out “same day” to estimate a repair on her GE Dishwasher. My mother told Aaron a “Garbage Disposal “ was installed 2 days prior. Aaron spotted the problem within 2 minutes after looking at the Garbage Disposal installation under the sink and noticed the PLUG wasn’t removed, as it should have been. Aaron took a minute to “fix” the problem and told my mother he was done. I cannot say enough about Aaron’s expertise, his ability to diagnose the problem so quickly and his super friendly attitude. We would recommend FlowTech to anyone with a plumbing need in Sun City or anywhere they serve in The Valley. Thank you Aaron & FlowTech. My experience with Jon at Flow tech plumbing was great. Installed a water softener for me within two hours at a great price! Was a very clean and precise install. Highly recommend!

My cast iron drain lines underneath my house has reached its end of life and I needed replacement. I initially was thinking it was going to be a teardown mess because of the need to break-up the flooring and concrete underneath and lots of digging to get access to all the drain lines. I was pleasantly surprise to learned that there is an alternative way which minimizes teardown and it is called trenchless drain line replacement. There are different versions of this technology but I choose to install new drain line for the whole house. After research, I decided on Phoenix Pipelining Trenchless Drain Pros/Flow Tech Plumbing as they have excellent Google reviews and many happy customers. Working with Tyler from scheduling the job to completion end, I am pleased with the job completion results. Tyler is very knowledgeable, experienced, courteous, and he and his crew will do whatever it takes to make you comfortable in your house as the work is being done. Although the job by its very nature is messy, they took all the necessary precautions to masked all affected walls and flooring. The crew was organized and neat while performing their work. Clean-up was thorough. So if you are in need to replace an old drain line and looking for a company that is very experienced with trenchless pipe replacement and at a fair price, give Tyler a call and he will take care of you.

Plumbing Masters as a company was great to work with. They were quick to respond & very courteous when going over my issue. The technician that was dispatched, Chad, was awesome! He not only explained everything he was doing he went above & beyond ultimately finding that the issue was not clogged pipes but an issue with the sink drain stopper. Richard M built an elegant and compact bypass for my leaking water softener, in order to allow me to order a new one. Once I had the new one he replaced a defective pressure regulator and installed the new softener without leaks or issues. He is an excellent plumber and well worth the cost. Highly recommend him and Plumbing Masters for your tough plumbing needs.

I got a old house with cast iron and clay drainage. I knew it was only a matter of time before something bad would happen. Plumbing Masters worked on a neighbor's house recently so I contacted them to help me. Job was completed. I can only mention that the crew was outstanding. Particularity Manny and Neal. Manny keep me posted daily (this was a three day job) on the work plan for the day. Neal did the heavy lifting and provided team leadership. The whole team was outstanding. Plumbing Masters gave me a 15 year warranty on their work.

"After 10 years of faithful service, my gas water heater suddenly stopped producing hot water. I found Plumbing Masters online and they were able to send someone out that very morning! Lester arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed the problem. He tested several components and explained that due to the age of the unit (and my admitted lack of maintenance!), a replacement would be the most cost-effective solution. He clearly laid out my options, and I decided to go with a new Ruud Professional unit.

Lester returned the next day and installed the new water heater. He even replaced the 30-year-old pipes and shut-off valves, which was a great bonus. The whole installation looks fantastic, and I appreciate the solid warranty. He also took the time to show me how to properly flush the unit annually.

I rarely write reviews; I figure I pay someone or a company to do a good job or provide good service.
That said, occasionally you run across those who do excellent work. Tree roots compromised our sewer line. We called Plumbing Masters. Four technicians came out. All four guys were pleasant, courteous, clean, and knowledgeable, and answered all questions regarding the job. I want to thank Aaron, Miguel, Julio, and Vinny for a job well done. Additionally, the lady who answered the phone deserves kudos for her professionalism.

Rich Todd was AMAZING!! He came in very knowledgeable and explained things every step of the way. 10/10 will recommend and will be using Plumbing Masters for everything moving forward! (He even cleaned up after himself which our other plumber did not).
