My initial reason for asking the Plumber Guy out was determing if I has a resin leak in my water softner. He was through and explained everything in detail. My water softner was working well. I asked about the water heater. When cleanings are needed, and I was told yearly. At that point I had never had it cleaned. So, I asked to have this service done. They charged me $399.00 which included trip charge and tax.

Thank you to the Plumber guy. From start to finish an excellent experience. Mikayla was my first encounter on the phone, really set the tone, she was friendly, courteous, and so very helpful scheduling my appointment, I felt I had already made a good choice for service. Paul my plumber was the best. He too was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and honest. He steered me in the direction that would be best for my leaky tub faucet and would not drain my bank account, which I really appreciated, as this was an unforseen situation. Thank you to all of you. Great company, excellent service.

I filled out an online form at 7:00pm and they called me within 15 min and had an opening the next morning. They called before they arrived and Dylan was great to work with. Very professional, didn’t try and sell me anything, addressed what I needed very quickly and efficiently. Will definitely call them again. Extremely happy with the service and pricing.

Outstanding workmanship and professionalism. Was a pleasure to do business with Paul and Roxy. They removed and installed a bath tub overflow drain seal in a timely manner, checked out my hot water heater/evaporator and water softener, that was installed earlier this year by another plumbing business and gave us some preventive maintenance tips. Also, helped us navigate the Zell payment process. These two guys represent "The Plumber Guy" business, above a 5 Star rating. Came over promptly, gave a quote quickly, procured part in a timely manner, came back immediately and installed parts and had my shower working better than before. The price was reasonable but maybe a little high but honestly don't know these days. Overall a good experience and would recommend.

Josh did a quick efficient job. In addition to the items requested, he found a leaky pressure control valve installed by the plumber guy just 3 yrs ago. It was replaced-hop it lasts longer this time. Only issue i have is that he left with a half-bucket we supplied for water evscuation during repairs.

The service tech was great. However the price I was quoted was outrageous. I needed 2 tankless water heaters replaced. I was quoted $5500 per unit. So $11000.00 total. The plumbing is already there, the electric is already there. I found my exact unit online for $695. I’m having another plumber install them for $250. The service call was $265 for the tech to come out and unscrew the front panel, look at them and say “yup, they need to be replaced”. I understand things are crazy with this economy, but I feel like I’ve been had.

Chase was really great. Knowledgable and got the cartridge replaced. Have nothing negative to say about his service. The price I paid for the visit which didn’t even include the shower handle was in my estimation over the top. I now need to purchase a handle to finish the job which has been a challenge with the convoluted numbers these things give you. The result is a very expensive fix and a shower I can’t use yet.

Outstanding service! Roxie, the scheduler, was excellent with clear and consistent communication, making the entire process easy and stress-free. Myke went above and beyond by coming in on his day off, quickly finding a leak in our water heater, and getting the job done efficiently. He is reliable, knowledgeable, and truly excellent at what he does. Highly recommend!

The Plumber Guy plumbing company are awesome. Fast efficient, was able to get someone on my property the next day, for a leaking toilet and change out faucets. James did an excellent job!!! Everything was pristine, and top quality the way I like it!

We were ghosted by two other large companies first, to fix a urinal in our warehouse bathroom. McKayla answered the phone quickly and was incredibly kind and efficient. She booked a plumber next day, early morning, and didn't waste time.
Chase was the gentleman they sent out, he was on time, listened to the issue, and worked to find the least expensive fix first, and worked his way up from there. Told us every step he took and made sure we were entirely aware of all costs and time frames.
Something that took our team a month to get sorted, they started and completed in less than two days.
Would go with them again, for every issue.

Had an emergency situation where the main water line into the house was leaking. Home warranty didn't cover since it's right out the foundation. The Plumber Guy came out, evaluated, quoted, and fixed all same day! Prices were a smidge high, but given the speed, communication, and quality of service, I'm willing to overlook! Thanks all!

I can’t express enough how happy I am with the job these guys did at my home. Myke and Mark were professional, fast, and efficient In responding to my initial call for an estimate, to having the job completed the very next day. Their price was very reasonable. The customer service department was very helpful with any questions I had, and I didn’t have to listen to long recordings and push a bunch of numbers to reach them.This company went above and beyond and I highly recommend them.

I made an appointment for a new water heater estimate and they were available the next business day. Donovan was very friendly and polite. He seemed quite knowledgeable and professional. We were quickly given estimates for a new hot water tank heater, a tankless, a water conditioner and a flush. We are still in the process of getting other estimates so we aren't yet ready to make a decision.

Great customer service! Water heater went out at noon. Called them and they were able to come out same day and have it installed by dinner time! Have worked with Damon before on a leak in our shower and he was great and again with our new water heater.

Daniel fixed the toilet at our business and did a fantastic job! He got here quickly, diagnosed the issue and resolved it with ease, and was super personable and friendly! I had to call the office multiple times for billing issues on my end, nothing to do with them, and Roxie was really patient and sweet with helping me! Would recommend and will continue using them in the future!

Had a wonderful experience with The Plumber Guy. They literally got me on the schedule the very next day. Roxy and Makayla at the office were great at communicating with me.

My tech Dylan was on time, polite, professional, and took the time to educate me while he was fixing my plumbing issues. What I really appreciated was that he didn't try to upsell me into additional services. Pricing was very reasonable as well.
