I revently had a damaged pipe replaced in my front yard. I'm very pleased with the service provided by The Plumber Guy. Carlin S. Was professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. He addressed my questions and concerns. My yard looks much better. I have not had any issues at this time.

I have used The Plumber Guy a number of times and have always been satisfied with their work. This time they successfully diagnosed a water pressure problem related to a faulty softener. They replaced the softener in a very timely manner. Work was very well done area was cleaned up and it was done very professionally.

Customer service was Lacking! Management would not take ownership and will tell you they went to my house multiple times at no charge to address the issue for free, but couldn’t get it fixed. They are quick to take my $3000 from water softener. Buyer beware.

They help us with are laundry drain line but my hoa has to fix it. Josh are plumber was great he get the 5 star. As for the people in office I called Jan 13 to get the report and im still waiting for them to email me so I can send it into my hoa. Today Jan 26 finally got a hold of a manager turns out they had my email wrong. They sent me the report to send to my hoa and waited on the phone to see if I got the email. I was not made at them just frustrated with my hoa and not being able to get a email. They were super nice and helpful so different 4 stars.

I might have gotten lucky when I called today because they were able to come out the same day to diagnose and fix my shower faucet. Dylan was very thorough and kept me up to date on the process and had everything up and running in no time. It was a pleasure doing business with them and I will not hesitate to call them again when another plumbing issue arises!

Chase was so great and helpful. He did a really thorough job and was also so kind and accommodating. Top notch service and plan to pay them for further services.

The gentleman was very informative and I really appreciated that however, the cost was more than what I expected since I understood that everything/all the work they were going to do that day was all in the price I was quoted but that was not the case. The flushing was one cost and the repairs were another. When I was explained about the repairs I asked “will this include everything being done today” he said yes but I received a bill for the flushing of the water heater which I thought/understood would be included in the cost of repairs I was quoted. Considering what I paid I could have purchased a new water heater.

Called them to take care of a plumbing issue at my father’s place in Sun City when we were unable to be on site. They did a great job of communicating throughout the process, so that we felt good about the work completed. I would use again and recommend.

Dylan arrived promptly and knew what he was doing. My husband who retired from the trades and is highly critical, was impressed with his knowledge, workmanship and attention to detail. He was in and out as quickly as possible. On top of this, he has is friendly and has good people skills.

James was very friendly and my dogs loved him which isn’t an easy task. I would definitely use the company and would have James back again. Roxie was helpful and got me the receipt I needed right away away.

The plumber Paul, did an excellent job of new water heater installation. Paul, was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. Paul was very friendly and professional.

The Plumber guy was professional and to the point. Let me know what the problem was. He fixed the situation after we communicated. I felt heard and understood. I would definitely recommend them to someone looking for a plumber.

I had an emergency plumbing situation shortly after purchasing my condo, and I can’t say enough good things about the entire team. Damon did an amazing job at fixing not 1, but 2, leaks under my grandma's trailer house He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and I would recommend him to anyone! Crawling under there isn't fun, and many plumbers won't even do it! Pricing was very fair and I would absolutely call again if needed. I like that they text you a pic of who's coming, so you're aware. The office lady, Roxie, was very friendly on the phone. A++

Had Bryan come out gave me a quote to reline my sewer. When I was ready I called and said Bryan was no longer with them. I found him on social media and reached out. Found out he is with another company who the owners (Dignity Plumbers) worked there previously. Glad I reached out saved me $3000. The plumber guy did have great customer service, communication. But when it comes to saving I had to go with them.

They provided me prompt service to resolve my emergency issue. The tech was courteous and knowledgeable. The price was on the higher end but they were the only business that responded immediately- the tech was at my house in 40 minutes! Will absolutely go through them again for any immediate needs.

Paul from The Plumber Guy did a great job taking out the old water heater which had a roof top component to drain and cap off. Then he expertly installed a new Navien 50 gallon water heater with a heat pump component to help save energy costs. Would highly recommended this company The Plumber Guy.

Josh was great. He took the time to connect, explain pricing gave us choices. Yes it was expensive. Josh made it okay/ right. He was on time. He repaired/ installed my entire outdoor backflow system along with all the valves before and after (3). Replace a leaky shower stem and two shut off valves to the washing machine. He knows what he's doing.

The plumber they sent , Damon, was tasked oriented and efficient. He addressed all the issues I had and took care of them fast. He did a fantastic job and cleaned up after the jobs were completed.

The plumber guy came to our home today. We have a leaky shower head. He came in and took about 5 minutes to diagnose the problem. We need a new cartridge for our shower. He said they cost about 60 dollars in parts. He then went on to say the cost would be $545. We asked why it would be so expensive and he said for 2.5 hours of labor, his truck, gas, parts, insurance and warranty. Insane! We asked how long it would take to fix the problem and he said “not long”. He was paid the 50 dollar service fee. Didn’t even tell us what cartridge we needed and left. I was able to call Lee plumbing right after. He easily told us what cartridge. He said he would buy it ($60) and bring it to our house and replace it for $150.00. Total $210.00. I don’t appreciate being taken advantage of. I’m happy to pay people to do their line of work and for their expertise, but don’t take advantage of people. I would definitely not call this company. They will insanely over charge you. You might as well throw your 50 dollars in the trash.
