I can’t say enough great things about Kevin from Patriotic Plumbing & Rooter! He truly saved the day when we had to disconnect our washer while waiting for the replacement to arrive. We had an active leak and Kevin arrived quickly, stayed calm, and immediately took control of the situation. His professionalism, expertise, and reassuring attitude made a stressful moment so much easier to handle.

They offer 24/7 service, which was a total blessing, and we will be using them for all future needs. Kevin explained everything clearly, fixed the issue efficiently, and made sure we were comfortable and safe before leaving. It’s rare to find someone who combines skill with genuine care, especially on short notice.

Patriotic Installed liner in our 60 year old cast iron drain. Turned into a much bigger and involved job than anticipated but Patriotic got the job done and stayed within the $$ price of the original quote. Mark, Alex, Wyatt worked late into the night at times trying to get the job done and done right. Everyone involved was hard working, professional and very courteous. I highly recommend Patriotic Plumbing if you are in need of having some serious plumbing problems solved.

We recently had to replace the old cast iron sewer pipes in our entire home (not a small job!), and Patriotic Plumbing made what could have been a nightmare into a smooth, positive experience. From the initial visit to the final walk through, they were honest, responsive, friendly and incredibly professional. The crew - Eric, Alexander, Juan, Kyle, David, Eddie & Mike to name a few - worked hard, showed respect for our home, kept the site clean and kept us informed the whole way. They even took care to make sure our orange cat didn't escape! The work was done efficiently, correctly and at a fair price. We are beyond grateful and would recommend Patriotic Plumbing to anyone without hesitation.

I can't recommend Patriot Plumbing enough. To have a team of plumbers in your home for 4 days, making you feel like family while they tear out concrete, dig holes, cut out drywall...there aren't enough words of praise. Making a whole house replumbing job actually enjoyable says a lot. Eric, Robert, Junior and Juan were absolutely amazing! The care, efficiency, dedication, honesty and hard work are second to none!

We had a very challenging main sewer line replacement, and the owner, Jason, drove up (a two hour drive) and assessed the job himself. He explained the whole process and gave us a very good estimate. The two plumbing techs, Alex & Alex, were on time, courteous, hard working and NEVER gave up on a very tough situation. They kept looking for options and answers, and were never disappointed on all the tough challenges thrown at them. From boulder after boulder getting in the way while digging, to their hydraulic machine having wrong adapters, to having to replace the machine with a different, stronger one, to running into a retaining wall that just kept the job from being as smoorh as they were used to. They worked excellent together, and used the equipment their company provided them with, and the training they were provided, to the best of their abilities, to come out successful on this job. What should have taken a half day, took 3 full days and they NEVER gave up, or thought the job would not get finished...as we did.
I must say, we were skeptical because we had never hear of this process, but are now sold on it and on this great company that took incredible care of these two retired seniors living up in the mountains. Thank you Justin, Alex & Alex, and the two other techs that also came out to assist. This company should be very grateful and proud on the representation these employees have provided, including the young lady who answers the phone, very professional, understanding, and problem solvers.

We called Sunstate Plumbing this morning and they came out a couple hours later. They had to clear the main water line and gave us a quote before starting the work.
When they were done they let us know
they did not have to do as an extensive job as they thought, so the price went down considerably. They could have still charged us what they quoted, we would have been none the wiser. So thankful they were honest.

Ron Sorensen arrived on time for initial call. He diagnosed problem, had me call Raheem for part, and came back today to install part. A truly professional, customer centric service man. He is an asset to Sunstate Plumbing, and I would recommend him to all my friends and family.

I run multiple gym locations and we have plumbing problems every now and then and having SunState plumbing is like having a plumber on staff. Mike take my call every time and is more than willing to get me up and running asap. Mike knows that member concerns are number one with my company and he is always there to save the day. Mike arrived on time and immediately confirmed we had a bad water regulator. He replaced the bad one with another (better) brand which we hope will last a lot longer than the Apollo that came with the house. We have better water pressure now than we have ever had since being in our home 6.5 yrs. I also asked his opinion on why no water coming out of one of our guest bathroom spigots; he took a quick look and indicated why no water was coming through, afterwards my husband and I were able to fix the problem thanks to Mike’s expertise. Thanks so much, we now are enjoying life again!

These folks came recommended by a neighbor. The appointment was made and Mike showed up on time and ready to go. He fixed our hot water situation in no time and we now have hot water, on demand! Price was fair and the outcome was great. A Recirculation System was installed and its awesome.

When you have a plumbing emergency, do you say... OH NO! I wish we had a plumber in the family!!! Then there are so many companies out there. Who do you pick? If you're reading this, you don't have to look any further... I called Sunstate, and they sent Ron out right away. I was in a panic... my husband recently passed away, and I had no clue what to do except cry. For me, this was a husband thing. My hot water tank was spraying water everywhere! Ron was so kind and helpful that he stopped the spraying and me crying and walked me through what to do next. He sure was my hero! I will never forget his kindness. I truly felt like he WAS a family member who was a plumber...🙂helping grandma when she was having a meltdown. This company does treat you like a family. They are quick to the job, so kind, helpful, and honest. Most importantly, they don't come with dollar signs in their eyes like so many other company's do. Selling you things you really don't need. I called Sunstate Plumbing to look at a possible leak I had discovered. I did not know them and had never used them before.

Ron and Mike came to my rescue. They arrived promptly and diagnosed a probable slab leak behind my kitchen sink. They were both extremely polite and knowledgeable.

They arranged a leak detector to come out and also referred me to a restoration company to dry out my wall/kitchen and safely gain access to the area of the leak.

Ron and Mike provided me written estimates of the repairs that were likely needed once they got into the block wall and could see the leaks. Considering the amount of work required, I felt the estimates were very reasonable.

When we were ready Ron and Mike came out to make the repairs. We had a few complications due to my old house and the city's old cutoff valve. But they used their plumbing expertise to figure out how to fix my two different leaks in ways that were very effective and saved a lot of time, material and also for me money. The final cost for the leak repairs was way under their original estimates.

While they were here I also had them repair a drain which had become solid corrosion. They showed and explained the problems they found and fixed the problems for a fair price.

Based on the age of my house and pipes, I know I will be calling them again. (Actually they are coming out next week to fix my cutoff valve and install a pressure regulator to prevent future problems.)

I will continue using Sunstate as my plumbers and would recommend them wholeheartedly to others as being honest, knowledgeable and doing quality work for a very fair price. Also I liked both Ron and Mike. Thanks Sunstate!
