After spending $14k for sewer main from the toilet to the street and a 10 year guarantee they took a week to show up for a plugged sewer drain and when they finally did show up they found a pipe lose fitting in the liner which they said wasn't there fault even though nobody else has worked on it. They did reduce the bill for snaking the drain from $3500 to $1000 on there guaranteed sewer. It also took them approximately 5 trips and a few weeks to do the original job they said would take 1 day. The people they sent seemed to be under experienced all but one. It hasn't been a good experience. I have been a bathroom contractor for 40 years and never experienced anything like this. I think after months it might be finally fixed. Fingers crossed

Vicente called letting me know approximately his arrival time, which was pretty accurate. He was attentive about listening to our problem and immediately started to work on our water leak. I was worried it was the main water line but was due to a faulty irrigation valve. Vicente fixed the problem and explained how the leak started. He was amazing and polite. I recommend calling Patriot Plumbing, ask for Vincente, if he’s not available I’m sure others will provide excellent service. Thank you!

The plumber that came was very knowledgeable as to what needed to be done. I learned alot from him if I need to do something like this again. Based on parts and time, not knowing exactly what parts cost, I believe $1600 was excessive for 4 hours work, and plumbing parts that I will price at home depot, but if I would guess it would be no more than $200. I do want to say they were quick to respond and plumber was very cordial and professional and wanted to ensure we had water for the rest of the day

Bryce is lovely and helpful and taught me how to read my meter and where the shutoff to my home is. He discovered that we do not have a leak! YAY, We now have a “Guy” for our plumbing problems. We will call Bryce anytime!

I am very impressed with Patriotic Plumbing and Rooter. My hot water heater died and I purchased a new one from them. They came to my home the same day I called them to give me an estimate, the very next day they did the installation. My technicians were Robert Ayala and Kevin Perkins. Both of these gentleman were professional, courteous and respectful not only to me but of my home. I would highly recommend this company.

Devon did a great job of getting assistance to locate the underground leak, explaining the issue, and providing several resolutions. Ultimately this job proved to be challenging; however, Devon made sure everything was complete, clean, and working prior to me signing off on the scope of work provided. Utilized Patriotic Plumbing and Rooter for a complete replacement of my waste lines including laundry, bathrooms and kitchen. I started first by doing the standard of getting three estimates from plumbing agencies that are licensed, bonded, and insured. Have an A + with BBB and that are capable of both residential and commercial. I figure if a company can handle commercial, residential shouldn't pose any difficulties. One of the estimates came in at an astronomical amount plus they stated I wouldn't have the use of bathrooms for two days. That left patriotic and the other well known accredited company. After comparing both I went with Patriotic. Not only was the pricing absolutely reasonable for the amount of work I never had a day go by that I wasn't able to have access to a restroom. The plumbers made sure that throughout all the work they would temporarily connect lines at the end of the day so my family and I had a bathroom to use overnight. I know that means extra work for them but they did it without having to be asked. Throughout the process I was informed of every step. The crew was fantastic. They included Eddie, Alex C, Juan, Jatavious, other Alex, Kevin and Liliana. I have to give special mention to Eddie the defacto leader able to take lead to efficiently delegate task while literally getting into the trenches himself to lend his obvious technical skill to everything to piping, connecting, to precise brick work restoration. Also to Juan that kept moving along even one day when he had to work solo keeping the project schedule to the same margins while providing excellent service. Now Alex the individual that was part of the project the most working seemingly non stop, very personable, helpful, and providing above and beyond service. All the workers were great however I would be remiss if I didn't say the fellas in my special mention are the type of individuals that will keep customers flooding in. Due to them I will only now work with Patriotic Plumbing for my plumbing needs.

Bryce came to fix the outside faucet as it was not able to shut off completely. He did an excellent job at explaining why we were dealing with this situation and what would fix it. I need to know the "how" and "why". Thank you. Great job Bryce! You are definitely an asset to your company. And because of my first experience with Patrioti Plumbing I will definitely have your # in my phone to call when I need it and refer you to others needing a great plumber experience.

We woke up this morning to a broken valve on the stool. Called Patriotic Plumbing. They were able to be here within a couple of hours. Robert replaced the valves and since we were needing a new stool in that bathroom, he did that at the same time.
