I had a backed up sewer line to the street. Dan came out to clear out the blockage. He was here within the hour I called. I’m not sure if that is normal or they were not busy. I was happy for that. Dan was personable and professional. He was here maybe an hour had the pipe cleaned and on his way. Thanks Dan.

Ethan was courteous from his visit to quote and through out the install of my water softener. Very efficient and cleaned up the job site before he left. Follow up to ensure I was happy by both the tech and the office. Customer service is an A+! I will use them again.

Desert Water Pluming and their technicians were amazing. Flexible on scheduling, and they explained exactly what our issue was (a previous contractor before we bought the house had put some screws through the drain pipe for the Master Bath. All fixed now and the tub will be used soon!

Had our water softener and R/O system replaced by Desert Water Plumbing. Ethan did a great job helping us out and was able to return the same day to do the work! Did our homework and felt the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend this company and will be suing them in the future!

I recently had Desert Water Plumbing install multiple water heaters—including a tank-less system in the main house—as well as a whole-home water filtration system, soft water unit, and RO system. Mike and Dillon did an excellent job from start to finish.

Before choosing Desert Water Plumbing, I had three companies bid the job. What sold me was how much Mike truly cared about the project. He took the time to explain every detail, walked me through the options, and even showed photos of similar jobs they had completed. The other companies either quoted over the phone or didn’t take the time to see the home in person, which made a big difference.

I’m very happy with the results and highly recommend Desert Water Plumbing. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future.

Very quick response! Came out to replace our shower handle that broke…. Fixed the same day, which involved cutting the shower stall to remove the old one! Jose had the replacement parts in his van and worked diligently to get the valve replaced quickly & the water back on. We will definitely call again in the future.

So great! My valve from the house broke and I couldn’t shut the water off. I called and they had a plumber at my home ( on a Saturday) in two hours. Replaced the old frozen valves and everything is perfect.

We bought a water softner through them. They were so attentive and moved my appointment up because our old water softner was leaking. Very informative and knowledgeable. Ethan was great. So nice and very helpful.

I can’t speak highly enough of the team Desert Water Plumbing sent out. Hector was great to work with, explained everything, super upfront and honest. Answered all my questions to a T. They showed up on time and worked quickly to remove a 4 foot section of root! Not only that, but they worked extremely clean. That massive hole they dug was put back (including the heavy landscaping rocks) like it never even happened. The cost of the work is VERY reasonable. Hire them.

Mike, Dillon, and Joe came out and did a great job mitigating the slab leak we had in our guest bathroom on the hot water side. Very professional, clean, and organized. They made sure to take the time and explain everything and to show me any details of the job. This is the second time Desert Water has come to my house and would gladly have them a third time.

I had Jorge come out and give me a quote on a water softener he was incredibly friendly and professional. I had gotten a few quotes previously which he looked through and actually told me to go with a one of the other companies which let’s be honest who does that. I was super impressed with his honesty to the point where any other work I willl definitely be giving him a call. I highly and I mean highly recommend him if you want a friendly, honest, and professional person doing your work. Also my dog absolutely loved him which also says alot haha.

This Phoenix Metro Valley firm is INCREDIBLY professional and competent! I had my annual tankless water heater flush accomplished. Ask for Jose as your service technician .... he provides detailed explanations of what his detailed service will entail, what his service will accomplish, how long it will take, and what the expectations will be. I got 5+ quotes for a new water heater. Dee (in the office) was the best at answering questions and super friendly. The price was one of the lowest so I thought there might be additional service “suggestions” when the installer came out - but nope. The price quoted was the actual price.
