Quintin ~ was absolutely amazing and I was very stressed out having a water leak in my garage. I was very concerned about the cost. They came out right away. I evaluated the situation and I’m very impressed that they’re not charging an arm and a leg especially for a weekend service they did an excellent job with great customer service and very reasonable prices. Quintin did a great job!! We first got a quote from Home Depot Parker’s and sons and it was astronomical. We called trident plumbing who came highly recommended and they came out, gave us a great quote and installed the next day! We are very happy with it all!

I had an issue with a bathroom sink faucet. Leaking from the tap, it was original parts that probably came with house back in the 70's. Needless to say Trident sent out a courteous and knowledgeable technician named Quintin. He did a great job! From Shelby answering my call to Quintin fixing the problem it was a great experience. Polite and friendly people with a great company that values their customers.

I needed to convert my tub shower into a shower for my disabled grandmother. I called Trident Plumbing and they came out right away to give me a quote (which was very reasonable). Quintin and Scotty were very friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable in converting the drain to fit my new shower pan. They worked diligently in making the necessary repairs. Excellent, honest service! I called because the washing machine started leaking as I was doing laundry and then a toilet began gurgling at almost the same time. Tried flushing another toilet and was appalled to see the water rise and sit near the rim before draining very slowly. Trident Plumbing & Drain arrived promptly and carefully checked outside and indoor plumbing, then explained that the toilet gurgling and washer leak were caused by a soft blockage that had already cleared on its own. Tyler made sure my washing machine could finish its cycle and that all toilets were flushing safely before leaving. I really appreciate their thoroughness, professionalism, and integrity—so reassuring to work with a company that doesn’t push for unnecessary repairs. I have worked with Trident before and highly recommend them!

My Hot waiteHeater had a blow out at 10pm NYE, amd Trident had a plumber out afternoon on NYD and I had Tankless continously water heater installed by the Jan 2. Sergio.our Plumber was professional, courteous, and able to show me everything about the tankless system a.d how to control the temp and turn off when needed and I signed up to have them. Ime and flush it annually due to the extreme hard water even with our water softener. I highly recommend.

From the moment Tyler arrived, his professionalism and respect for our home were evident. He meticulously assessed the situation, disassembling the shower mechanism to investigate the potential sources of the leak. Unlike some contractors, who might have taken shortcuts, Tyler was thorough and careful, clearly demonstrating his expertise in pinpointing the issue.
After ruling out the shower control knob as the source of the leak, Tyler thoughtfully examined the possibility that the problem lay in the drain. To my relief, he was able to confirm this by showing me where the water had been seeping through a crack in the tile/stone flooring. He cut a small hole in the ceiling, and pointed out the drip that had been causing problems for months, providing visual evidence to support his diagnosis.

I was having a problem keeping the pilot lit on my water heater. Trident was recommended to me on a neighborhood community page. I am so grateful for that recommendation. Tyler from Trident was prompt, friendly, professional and honest. He was able to get the pilot to light and stay on. I have an older water heater, but he didn't push to sell me another one. I will definitely call Trident Plumbing and Drain again for plumbing issues.

We had our water softener replaced. Was able to schedule quickly. Everyone was very polite and helpful. Tyler the tech was great. Did a wonderful job on the installation and explaining the system.

I love that they were able to come out so quickly for a free quote, especially since I had quite a big job. Garrett took the time to assess all the issues, and I liked that I was given a detailed invoice with photos before and after the work. I was also happy they were not booked out for weeks, and they try to get jobs done same day or when the customer is available. I had quite a lot to do, including changing out four bathroom taps. They look so good, and I’m thrilled they did all the work in one day.
