Fast, transparent and quality work! We had a leak caused by a busted valve in our kitchen. Alex came by on a Sunday evening in about half an hour from my call and quoted me the price on the phone beforehand. I will definitely be using his services going forward!

Great job done by Alex & Bros Plumbing! My son hired him first for a busted faucet outside. My son & family had to turn off all the water to the house so it was a big issue. Alex showed up quickly and got things running again. My son said that Alex was the best plumber he'd hired and was telling his neighbors.

It was a short time later that I needed to have a hot water heater replaced. Spoke with Alex on the phone. Very professional and gave me the information I needed. We set the appointment and he was able to get that changed out. I can see why my son said he found the plumbing company he would always call for future plumbing problems. Awesome company!

Had some emergency plumbing issues… you know how that goes, with gallons of water flowing into the walls and utter panic setting in.

Alex arrived what felt like a minute later. He was prompt, communicated well, and did an excellent job.

No one WANTS to need a plumber, especially in an emergency, but Alex was the best person for the job.

I called Alex at almost 12am last night Saturday, I was so surprised that he answered right away and said he would come out early Sunday morning to help take care of my drain clog. This morning, the clog was clreared and everything appeared to be normal, I thought the liquid disolver that I had put in the night before did the job, so I canceled the appointment Alex. Later this afternoon, evrything got clogged up again and even worse. I called Alex and he came an hour later and quickly helped to fix the problem. He definitely knew what he was doing and was very patient to answer all my 100 questions. I am very happy that Alex helped me to get this taken care so quickly. Before I called Alex, I had tried some other places and the earliest they would be able to come out would be Monday afternoon. My family would be in big trouble if the clog wasn't fixed by Monday. I highly recommend Alex ' s service and will definitely call him again if I'd need help in future.

Alex, arrived on time and did a fantastic job replacing my broken water heater. Would highly recommend as his work was maticulous and cleaned up very well after he was done!

Unbeknownst to me, I had a major water main leak from the city valve coming to my house. I had an appointment with a local plumber who canceled our appointment the morning of the appointment. I did a quick internet search and called Alex and Bros. My call was placed about 6 am and Alex answered the phone. By 8 am that morning he was at my house and quickly assessed the situation. He gave me a fair price range and went to work. Thoughout the repair he would call me out to show me things he discovered while doing the repair. There were multiple leaks which he did show me and we decided to replace the entire line. In all, Alex was up front about the price, he continued to work until the job was done despite having to dig about 15 ft of trench. He was very friendly and was not sketchy like some individuals in this field can be. He explained the repair and made recommendations but still considered my concerns. I am very happy and satisfied with his work and I would urge anyone with plumbing issues to give him a call. I have nothing but praise for Alex and his work ethic.

Alex did such a great job! He came right on time, and was very knowledgeable. He quickly fixed my issue which was not a typical plumbing problem. He went above & beyond and did extra things for me. I called. No one answered. He called me back within 15 minutes. Sent him pictures of my old destroyed water heater. He quickly sent me back a quote for parts and labor to install a new water heater. Asked a few questions about warranty, time etc. Asked what time could he stop by and install the new water heater. The time he scheduled me was the exact time he showed up. He took a look at my situation and got right to work. He did an amazing job. He also installed a good brand water heater as replacement. Alex is a very respectful man and does professional work. Will recommend to anyone in need of plumbing service to call. Prices are very reasonable and fair.

Woke up to toilets and showers all backed up. Called on a Friday night, came within an hour and immediately got to work. He identified the problem and fixed it in less than an hour. He even spent extra time testing to make sure everything was working and ok before he left. Would highly recommend and will definitely be my first call for any future issues I have.

Never a fun time when you have a leak, but one good thing came out if this. I have a new plumber on speed dial. Alex was able to get over in an hour and stayed till nearly 9pm on a Friday to repair the leak, then came back at 9am to wrap some finer details in the daylight. I've been remiss in posting a review for Alex. He has been amazing, so glad I found him. He is a consummate professional, amazing to work with and super detailed (does great solder joints as well). From a complete water heater replacement, to fixing bad water main valves, and emergency service, you cannot go wrong. Every time, he's the man and on-it! (Thank You Alex!)

Alex of Simon plumbing came out to my house to fix a water leak - he was personable & knowledgeable. Alex saved me thousands of dollars when he determined it was actually the responsibility of my HOA to rectify the leak. I am always fearful of leaking water as I have experienced the problems it can cause first hand in the past. WHAT A RELIEF! I am so grateful to Alex for coming out & diagnosing the problem & even more grateful it will not cost me the 1000’s of dollars I had feared! I highly recommend this company!

When you have a plumber like Alex, that is what you get. 10:30 on a Saturday night, my hot water line to my kitchen faucet broke. After shutting off my Main water line, I started looking at Yelp reviews.
First 2 plumbers I called went to voice mail. I left messages and waited till midnight for a call-back. Proceeded to call Simon’s plumbing, they picked up the phone! Simon referred me to his brother Alex who is closer to my house.
Called Alex the following morning, he listened carefully to my description, made some suggestions as to the problem and then gave me a window of arrival. He arrived promptly at the time he gave me, diagnosed that I needed a new faucet and we rode together to Home Depot to pick one out.
Alex replaced the faucet, showed me the problem with old one, Hooked up everything including my water filter which included another trip to a nearby Ace hardware for a part due to the new faucet.
The entire transaction was pleasant, I was charged the quoted price, even with all the extra bits and Alex even looked at 2 other plumbing concerns of mine.

Alex was an important part of the process of getting new vanity tops in two bathrooms. He disconnected the existing plumbing prior to the install, then installed the new sinks and faucets and redid some problematic plumbing to avoid future problems.
Alex communicated in a timely manner, arrived exactly when he said he would, thoroughly explained what he was going to do, walked me through the job when it was finished.
He was friendly and the final cost of the job was true to his estimate.
