I have used Alex & Bros for services ranging from new water heater installation to upgraded angle stops for faucets and toilets. Alex is timely, courteous, and a very good communicator. I particularly appreciate that he takes the time to explain clearly the work being performed and the pros/cons associated with a particular course of action.

Alex showed up promptly and was very professional and did an excellent job for us. We have used him before and we will use him again. I trust him and I’m happy with his service.

I called Alex Sunday evening and he showed up within 30 minutes to our townhome in Peoria. The water heater was old and leaking so it needed to be replaced. He came out the next morning with a new heater and got it all replaced. Very pleased with his responsiveness and quality of work. Highly recommended!

Alex is awesome! He came to look at my water heater that was acting up yesterday and realized I needed a new one due to leaking from the body. He gave me a quote and said he would be back with another one the next day, but better quality than the one that was in my home. He came on time, early even, and started work. He noticed the brand new heater was denied during shipping so he told me he would be back in 45 mins with a new one. Once he was back, he finished up the work and even rerouted some pipes that were wonky. New ball valve and copper fittings, along with a pan underneath that will run water away from the walls in case of a future leak. I woukd definitely recommend Alex to friends and family and will call him for anything I need in the future. Thanks Alex!

Alex was hired to investigate a toilet clog. Our toilet was very slow to drain, and some water started coming up in the bathtub. Alex was called and arrived on a Saturday and when we couldn't locate the cleanout, he recommended a guy to send a scope through our sewer pipes. It turns out the cleanout was paved over years ago and not accessible. Then, over several days Alex removed tree roots from our toilet and sewer pipe that filled several plastic grocery bags. He also created a new cleanout in the wall behind our refrigerator. Alex did a great job, spending hours removing roots. The amount of time it took meant it would not be a cheap job, but the cost was fair. Alex was transparent (we agreed on price before the work was completed). He was very friendly, personable, and enjoyed explaining the plumbing situation. We look forward to hiring Alex again in the future should the need arise.

I hired Trident to come out and fix a leak in my master bathroom and to install a garbage disposal and replace the plumbing underneath the kitchen sink. Tyler was amazing, as always (he’s been here a few times to do various projects for us), prompt and got everything back to working order. We called Trident out for a leak in the kitchen ceiling. They came out same day and found the issue. The tech was very informative and helped with the process and then came back and repaired it quickly. We are very happy with them!

Cannot recommend this place enough… Beyond the fact that they were there immediately to help me with urgent plumbing problem, staff were absolutely amazing. Shelby the girl that answered the phone IMMEDIATELY was so sweet and so helpful and so calm while i was hysterical. The technician Sergio was the absolute sweetest guy and was super efficient and completed job without a hitch. Will definitely be my go to from here on.

Trident came out quickly to help repair our shower! They were so friendly, fair, and responsive! We will definitely use them again!

Trident is awesome, I’ve had nothing but great experiences with these guys! Shelby answered first thing this morning when I expected to get an answering machine and was able to get a tech out even earlier than anticipated! Tyler was great, answered all my dumb questions and helped me with some other questions. Highly recommend!

Update 8/20/25

We used Trident again to have them do some camera work in our septic and RV clean out. Quintin came out and he was so knowledgeable and such a friendly guy. He answered all of my questions and also recommended a future service that we're interested in. Can't say enough good things about Quintin and Trident!

We used Trident for a water softener system installed, as well as, reverse osmosis in the kitchen and fridge, a utility sink install and water lines run to a hose reel. Our experience with the Trident team was phenomenal start to finish. Mike was great during the consultation, very thorough and definitely knows his stuff. Shelby was so friendly and patient during the scheduling process. They are very accommodating around available dates and times and we didn’t have to wait weeks to get on their schedule. Mike and Chris did our install and they are not only incredibly skilled guys, but also communicative and nice to work with. That’s important when guys are working at your home all day. Cannot recommend Trident enough. We’ll definitely be a life long customer!

I had a great experience with Quintin! My shower drain was badly clogged, and after trying to fix it myself without luck, I gave them a call. They showed up quickly, were super professional, and got the drain unclogged in no time.

They explained what caused the issue, made sure everything was working perfectly before they left, and even cleaned up afterward. I’ll definitely call them again if I need a plumber — highly recommend!

Trident plumbing was great. They booked me in next day and Quintin came and repaired the slow leak I had. His suggestion were helpful I will use them in the future

Had a plumbing problem - woke up to water covering my garage floor - called Trident plumbing and they sent Quintin Goldsberry out within 30 min and hour and half later he had fixed. I would recommend Trident to all my friends and family . They were fast , efficient and the price was great.

Trident has been out to perform annual service on our water heater and has replaced both our water heater and water softener. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs. Quintin is great to work with and does not try to up sell or push things on us that we don’t need.
