Trident provided excellent service from start to finish and a high quality water heater as well! We called late on a weekday and they came out that evening to replace our hot water heater. I would highly recommend them to everyone. The man who helped us was very nice and professional!

Super happy! I was able to text and make an appointment the same day as I was having a leaking faucet. The gentleman that came out was very nice, efficient and helped me out. Not sure on pricing as this is the first time I’ve had to use a plumber here. I would definitely use this company again.

Quintin is the man. Got here quickly after an emergency call out, was very efficient in his work and informative with any questions that was asked. Removal of the old and Install of the new water heater went beautifully with zero issues. Really cool guy, extremely respectful. Highly recommend this dudes service if you’re calling trident.

Trident has been great! Came across them when we’re moving houses last year and they moved our RO system for us and got it hooked up in the new house! They have been available for emergencies and super easy to get on the schedule for regular work as well! We recently had Trident Plumbing install our home water treatment system, and the experience was top-tier from beginning to end. From the moment we reached out, the level of professionalism and care from the entire team was undeniable.

Quintin, our lead technician, was incredibly knowledgeable, focused, and respectful of our home. He got right to work and clearly understood the job at hand. His attention to detail and no-nonsense approach made us feel confident we were in good hands. Tyler also showed up to lend a hand and helped ensure everything was completed quickly and efficiently without cutting any corners. The two worked seamlessly together to get the job done right and in a timely manner.

We did encounter a minor issue during the initial installation with another technician from Trident, but what stood out most was how the situation was handled. We contacted Shelby (receptionist) and Jared, the owner, and their response was immediate and sincere. They showed genuine concern and were clearly committed to making things right. Without hesitation, they had Quintin scheduled to come out the very next day, and he resolved the issue with precision and professionalism.

I called Trident to set up a an appointment for a quote on a new laundry sink supply, faucet and drain install. The price was reasonable and they were able to take care of it right after. The work was done well and the whole experience felt professional. This is my first time working with Trident plumbing and I believe I will come back to them for any future plumbing needs.

I recently underwent surgery and during my recuperation, there was someone at my front door. It was a gentleman I've used on and off over the past few months, wanting to know if I had any work for him now in March, before he was scheduled with me in April, I told him, not at this time, but before he left, he pointed out a leak (with standing water) at my front hose bib, and then he said he could fix it for me for $xxx, and that he'd buy all the materials, no charge.

I told him, I would call around and see if I could get someone who specialised in JUST plumbing. So I gave Trident a call.

Shelby helped me right off the bat. I didn't need "emergency" service today. I could wait until tomorrow, since the copper line with the pin-hole leaks fed my backyard, not the house proper, and its ball valve was currently closed.

Sergio arrived early in the schedule window. I showed him the line that needed to be replaced, and he started getting ready. He shoveled the stones out of the way, dug down about a foot, and measured the distance for the replacement copper line. He isolated the line at the city valve, then made the first lower line cut with his close-quarters cutter and heated the coupling to finish removal. He came back with a new piece of copper pipe measured out with insertion lines for his swaged connectors.
Once in place, he made the 4 swages with the swaging tool, opened thd closed ball valve, and slowly opened the city valve. No leakage. Job completed satisfactorily. He filled the hole back in, raked the rocks evenly over the dig and coiled up the hose.

A simple, straight forward, professional installation from the very start.

Sergio was courteous, knowledgeable and a skilled, professional tradesman who is proud of his work, and it showed!

I'll call Trident every time I need work done that matches their services.

In my opinion, they're an organization who provides quality workmanship at a reasonable price.

Good quality work with a sure solution! The last couple of water bills went up dramatically. Desert Water diagnosed the problem as a leak in the pipe from my water meter to my house valve. Within the week they came and replaced the pipe within a six hour window. I couldn't be happier. They are friendly, professional, and experienced. I recommend them highly. I will definitely call them again for a plumbing problem if needed.

We had a water softener system and reverse osmosis system put in to our home. Ethan who did the installation was very friendly and professional. He worked clean and neat. I needed an estimate for a water softener and found a local company online. It was Desert Water and Rooter. Jose texted ahead of his arrival and showed up on time. When I showed him my 20 year old system he did not jump in to say it needed to be replaced. He did the proper tests and told me all the steps to see how the old unit was doing. It did need to be replaced and I was very happy with the pricing, work done and communication from both Jose to and the company. I highly recommend them.

The reason I give two stars is that the worker who did my bathtub installation and the supply line for the shower did not do it correctly, which made the tub faucet installation very difficult. All of the shower fittings (shower, hand wand, and tub faucet) had the same size and length male fittings. However, Michael installed the female fittings at different depths, which required a great deal of extra work on our part. The shower fitting was fine but the wand fitting was too deep (required an extension) and the u-brace for the tub faucet was too close to the outer wall, which lead to us having to do rework to get the fitting installed. He was shown all the fittings prior to starting work.

Wonderful family owned company. From the moment I called until the tech left it was 5 star service. I called in need of a complete water heater replacement and they showed up an hour later and had everything replaced. If you are looking for a trustworthy plumber, this company is your go to. Absolutely wonderful!

1.21.2025….Serviceman Dan came out. Extremely knowledgeable. Got my new water heaters working and rooted out clogged drain stand pipe for washing machine.

Helped with water pressure issue and had great advice for water softener.

Dan was very professional, straight outta central casting….thought it was Paul Newman’s brother (and I’m straight).

Serviceman (Joe) was very polite and knowledgeable and solved my problem. Only gripe (I’m the general public so you knew there’d have to be one) is the min call fee $195.00. Little steep. But i am way out in C Creek on other hand issue was a plug left in new disposal 10 min fix. Will I use them again….yes. Satisfied. Pay for knowledge and Joe was very sharp.
