Have used them in the past to repair a leaking walk-in tub. Since they did a great job on that, we figured we'd give them a call. They were able to get someone out quickly to fix it. They were really helpful - I wanted to get a tankless water heater installed in my house and they were very responsive, got me on the schedule quickly, and walked me through the installation. I was happy with how it turned out and they were able to figure out how to get it where I wanted because I had some specific plumbing requirements. They did the whole installation in one day.

I had Mike and Dylan over to do some gas line work and they were wonderful friendly and knowledgeable no pressure at all. They took care of everything I needed and even went the extra mile to make sure my stove aligned perfectly and removed a piece that was totally unrelated to the job they of course asked before doing anything. As a first time home owner I had never used a plumbing service before so when my water heater broke I googled plumbing companies nearby and saw that desert rain had 5 stars on google. I called them immediately and they were able to come out same day. Jose was amazing!!! He couldn’t replace my water heater same day because it was under warranty but he worked the next day, Saturday, on his day off so he could get it replaced for us ASAP. Best customer service I’ve ever received!!!!! Cannot recommend them enough!!

My contractor used them during the remodel of my home, so when it was time for some basic maintenance, I decided to call Desert Water again. First, they are very responsive, and my plumber actually arrived earlier than anticipated, which was great! I explained everything to him and he got right to work. He was very efficient and professional and explained everything to me. I thought the price was very reasonable for the service I received. I also like that this is a family owned business.

Called them on a Sunday to have a water softener installed. It was scheduled for Tuesday the same week. Ethan arrived on time and was very professional. Install of the softener took less than 1.5 hours. They also had the best price around. Would highly recommend for your plumbing needs.

I had Desert water out to my home to do a routine service on my tankless hot water heater. I basically found them through searching and reading up on different companies. So I had no idea how well they would do. I was beyond pleased. everything was off the charts Jose the tech was amazing, knowledgeable, friendly, and just did a great job from start to finish. Very professional. We had a reverse osmosis system with alkaline installed under the kitchen sink. The system works as it should - water tastes great. The new water faucet matches our primary faucet nicely. I was a little nervous about cutting a hole in the quartz counter top and that went well. (They assured me they had insurance to replace the quartz but have never had to use it.)
Over all a great company to work with from scheduling to customer service.

AZ Desert Water & Plumbing just completed a bunch of services at my new condo. They repaired my water heater, put in a new inlet tank, installed a brand new toilet, put in a brand new kitchen island sink, installed reverse osmosis water tank in the kitchen…..cleaned all pipes too! Combined, it came out to $2,100 (tax included). I saved a boatload. Also, everything was done in one visit & they warranty all their work for any unforeseen future issues!

Friendly, clean, punctual, thorough & professional. The office mgr, Rachel was soo pleasant to deal with…..didn’t have to deal an automated bot machine. This is why I enjoy working w/smaller family-owned businesses. You already know they’re gonna bend over backwards for you.

FYI, I’m not gettin paid a single penny for this review. I’m just surprised that there’s still a few licensed companies out there that are actually honest and affordable. Giv’em a try! U won’t be disappointed!!

I had Desert Water install a water filtration and RO system. The process from quote to install was exceptional! Everyone was very kind and professional throught the process. The quote and setup was easy and not overbearing with sales tactics and very honest approach. The install and finish product was smooth and very clean.
