Sunstate is fabulous! They offer estimates without making you pay a ridiculous service fee. Both Ron and Mike are so helpful and knowledgeable and spent a significant amount of time answering all my questions. I highly recommend Sunstate and will be using them again for all my plumbing needs.

I called in about my water heater not working. I was told Ron and Mike would be out the same day. They arrived on time and went to work right away. The problem was dealt with quickly and taken care of. They will be my go to plumbers from now on.

Great service Ron and Mike responded same day I called. They came out unclogged my toilet next day was back out to replace the toilet and had it done less than an hour.

Due to a pending surgery I had an urgent need for a hot water heater replacement. Ron Sorensen, and Mike McIntosh of Sunstate Plumbing delivered.
They clearly provided me all of my options and the cost of each. My validation of their analysis with Consumer Reports confirmed everything they said. Verification of the Navien brand was with a long time friend (A former plumber) Who said he had just put two of them in his new house.
As promised, Ron and Mike showed up the next day and installed the equipment. From a layman standpoint, it appears a very professional and complete job, and we are appreciating working with Sunstate And there technicians.
I recently took Ron up on their offer to go through the one year Maintenance process. Again, he showed up timely And not in a hurry for something for which there was no fee involved - you don’t find that much today.
If Ron is a reflection of all Sunstate employees, I would highly recommending their company.

Mike did a great job of diagnosing the problem and quoted me a great price. He was personable and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond by explaining that the new parts he installed had a 2 year warranty and if my toilet had any problems in the future to give him a call and he would check it out.

I gave the above review several months ago after my first repair with Sunstate Plumbing.
This last week I had to call them again concerning a second toilet that was having problems. I asked if Mike would be available to do the service call.
Mike arrived and, just as above, he diagnosed the problem, which was more complicated than my other toilet, quoted me a great price. There aren't enough words in the dictionary to give adequate praise for this man. If the Olympics had a event called "Plumbing" Mike would be on the podium with a GOLD Medal!

Had to call Mike again to come to my rescue on Dec 31st in midafternoon when business were closed or closing for New Years Eve. I turned on my shower & could not turn it off - had to finally shut off the water to the house. I called Mike and he was at my house in less than 30 min. Found the problem immediately - put in a new part - and all was done in approximately an hour and a half. This man is unbelievable - great personality - his knowledge about his profession, I'm in awe of! As always he goes above and beyond to satisfy his customers! Thanks Mike & Happy New, Year.

Before noon as I was washing dishes I
reached underneath my sink for dish soap & felt water spraying. I discovered a leak & immediately picked up the phone to call my favorite plumber, Mike.
I was desperately hoping that he would be able to have time to work me in today!. He was solidly booked, but told me that he would be by as soon as he could. We turned our water off and waited for our "Superman" of Plumbing.
As I've written above , in other reviews, Mike never disappoints. He appeared within
the hour & found the problem within 5 minutes. He had all the equipment needed to complete the repair in his truck.
I've said it before & will say it again. Mike is unbelievable - great personality - his knowledge about is profession - I'm in awe of! And, as always, he goes above & beyond to make sure his customers our happy & satisfied! We call him "Our Hero" when it comes to Plumbing problems!

Mike did a great job of diagnosing why the recirculating pump on the hot water heater was not working and made sure it was repaired correctly. He came back a few days later to make sure it was, in fact, working properly. Every interaction I’ve had with Sunstate, has always been pleasant, friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend Sunstate Plumbing and we will definitely be using them in the future for our plumbing needs.
