Mike was very helpful. We just moved to Arizona from Wisconsin and wasn’t aware of all the chemicals that they put in their water. He came out cause we smelt an odor from our toilet and Mike took a look and explained what it was. I asked how much we owe and he said “nothing” very professional and easy to talk to. Would definitely recommend Mike and this company to friends and family and any other plumbing issues we may have in the future!

Ron came out to give an estimate on a job, basically determine source of a leak. He was very thorough on his investigation. His proposal was complete and very detailed. Not the cheapest, but not the highest, either.a very pleasant experience altogether.

Ron was amazing. What I thought was either a slab leak or hot water heater drain issue turned out to be the neighbors irrigation lines. He showed me how to flush my water heater and provided information about the maintenance of the system. He cleaned up after taking care of everything.
Reasonable rates as well. I'll definitely be using them in the future.

I am a senior who is a first time home owner. So I am very nervous about finding contractors for major repairs. I got 3 quotes for a new water softener and chose SunState. Not only was their quote very competitive, the technician Mike was very kind, patient and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions and to build my confidence and understanding.

Update: I am so grateful to have Mike’s number. I woke up to a leak under my kitchen sink. Mike immediately came out and helped me determine what to do until he could get back later in the day for the repairs. Again, he was very kind and patient with all of my questions and the repair costs were fair and reasonable.

I asked Sunstate to send a plumber to check our tankless water heater that would not turn on. I was fully expecting to hear I would need to replace the heater. Instead, the plumber, Ron. S., blew me away with his honesty and integrity. He took the time to call the manufacturer's support line and have them decipher the error code being given by the heater. All we needed to do was press a reset button on the heater! Problem solved! All we paid was the base trip charge, which was more than reasonable.
Sunstate - and especially Ron - are our new forever plumber. We will call them to work on other projects we are planning.
BTW - He likes dogs. So do we.

Mike was so pleasant, efficient and honest. He arrived on schedule (actually a little early) and promptly did what he came to do. In addition I had a flush valve that was screeching- he tinkered with it and discovered the shut off valve was not fully open and because I have high water pressure it was causing the screech. He did not charge me for that! And gave me a senior discount for the other work! I’m a happy camper.

Our tankless water heater had leaks on the heat exchanger which was under warranty. One company told us that we needed to replace the entire water heater with a new one because it would be difficult to get a warranty replacement of the heat exchanger and it might not fix the problem anyway. Ron at Sunstate did not try to upsell us on a whole new unit, got a replacement heat exchanger quickly, and fixed the problem saving us thousands $$$. It’s nice to work with a company that is honest, prompt, and cares enough to help even though they are not making a big sale.

Mike and Ron both came out to assess my situation of a broken water heater. They were very nice to deal with, explaining every detail of changing from gas to electric. Mike came out a few days later and replaced the heater in a quick and efficient manner. We discussed future issues as I know I’ll be using them again. Would definitely recommend!

Ron Sorensen did a very professional job installing new efficient toilets. Was very pleasant and the only reason I did the job with Sunstate plumbing. Communications very difficult, because I am deaf. And they do not respond well to text and email only. Would use Ron anytime for work just be prepared for communication problems if you are hearing impaired.

Paul & Roxie are both good efficient techs. They did the required work/repairs in good time. Everything was explained in detail before any work was done. Fine job!!!

Plumber was on time. Worked fast but thorough. Was very personable, A real asset to the Plumber Guy organization. Price was pretty much what I expected. Would have saved 20 percent if I had read the ad properly and mentioned the ad when booking the appointment.

Derick is personable and very easy to talk to. He does an amazing job and is very particular. He cleans up after everything. He installed this laundry tub next to my washer and dryer. I really appreciate his work.

I was in another state so all my dealings were over the phone, and that all went well. Have used The Plumber Guy before and have always been happy with the service. My son dealt with Joshua.
