$1000 to clear a drain. Unauthorized charges. Poor follow up. Wouldn’t recommend there are better honest plumbers out there.

Hot water heater keeps going out. Want me to pay $150 every time to fix it-not even three years old! I have had them here several times. No hot water today.

A total disaster! Go elsewhere. Sent a teenager who spent his whole time with the master plumber on the phone. We wasted the whole day for this kid to finish. Then he said that we couldn't raise the water level in our toilets but we went to YouTube and found a simple solution.

We had a problem with our car wash water system and needed immediate attention, called the main office they then referred me to their commercial account person Charlie. He came right out evaluated the problem we had the vault pumped dry and he fixed the problem all in the same day, which was great because we were unable to wash customer's cars for them. Have used Beebe in the past and will continue to do so in the future, thank you.

Worst plumbers ever! Very harassing toward women! Will try to make you feel uncomfortable in your own home and then won’t leave until you threaten to call the cops.

I scheduled the appointment window, was informed about the estimated cost and was called 30 minutes before as promised. Alex was professional and fixed the issue to my satisfaction within the estimate.

Referred to me by another customer. Called them out for a for a major Gas Line install. They tapped into existing gas lines set for my furnace in order to connect a gas range, a second line for a gas clothes dryer, fixed all of my water heater connections, and even offered to leave a valved / capped line for me to hook up my BBQ near the meter. Not only more knowledgeable than other companies that came out, but offered better solutions which resulted in a bid that was less than half the price with more service. The tech, Mark, was friendly, on time, and honored the bid despite some difficulty with the install. He even apologized at the amount of drywall repair that would be needed was more than he had thought (though I was prepared for the worst and it was within reason for the work done). I recommend them highly. They are worth the call and have earned my business for future projects.

I thought my garbage disposal was broken, but it was just jammed. The tech reset it and showed me what to do the next time it happens. He was here less than 5 min and didn't charge me. I will definitely be calling them when I'm ready to change out the fixtures in my bathrooms. What an awesome experience!

Beebe plumbing recently installed a new cast iron tub with all the required plumbing in our second story bathroom. They sent 4 young men to move the 300+ lb tub up the stairs and install it. They were quick, careful and professional. The plumbing job is 1st class and no nicks or dents in the process of moving the tub upstairs. They also showed up on time and finished quickly charging us less money than the bid price. Besides that they were very courteous and polite.

Bother-in-law's house had leak at house connection to water meter on a Saturday afternoon. Eric was there in 2 hours and had it fully repaired in an hour. He also took care to restore the rock and area around the meter, you would never have known that there was a leak. He was very courteous. Thank you so much for your quick actions!
