We called on Thanksgiving morning and not only did he answer the phone but he took the time to check for a part out on his truck and made himself available so we could come pick up the part. He wasn’t even going to charge us much for it and was so kind! Definitely made things infinitely easier for us on a holiday weekend where we would’ve had to wait four days to have anywhere be open.

Owner was able to come to the house late night on a Monday and provide a temporary emergency repair to keep my family with water. Walt to the rescue again! Came out in the brutal heat to find and repair a leak in the main line to the house after I got a surprise $500 water bill. Dug out the gravel, replaced the copper, replaced the hose bib, and cleaned it all up so well you'd never know anything had happened. Highly recommend.

The owner of this company truly went above and beyond for my family. He cares about his customers, a hard quality to find these days. He does excellent, high quality work. He took the time to be very thorough and honest about what needed to be done immediately and what could wait, guiding us step by step through a very difficult situation. We will never call anyone else for our plumbing issues.

Purchased a new home and contacted smiley plumbing to install a garage sink and discuss soft water options. Walt was on time and did an amazing job on my new sink and I couldn’t be more happy with the service. Will be using again for our soft water install.

Walt was very professional, told me the choices I had and with an 11year old water heater so I decided it was time to replace and he gave me a price which he stuck to. He stayed on the job until he was finished which was 7:15 pm ( he started at 2 pm because that was when I was available). I was not charged overtime either. He had to drive an hour away to get the heater I preferred so that was part of the time too. He cleaned up everything. I’m very happy with his work.
