I called this morning and spoke to Tracie about my brand new barbeque keeps on flaming out if I turn on more than two burners. He took time to explain to me it was most likely my regulator. He gave an estimate for him to replace it and also told me if I am a handy and capable to do it myself. Good guy. I would highly recommend him. I will let update this review at a later date if I have to.

Great service ! Great results

Our Turbo grill was in dire need of TLC and repair. Tracy quickly diagnosed the problems and ordered new parts (after checking that he couldn't get the parts locally first). After getting the grill running again he spent a great deal of time getting it cleaned. The grill now looks better than it did when we moved in to our house 10 years ago! My only regret is that I didn't call Tracy earlier. Highly recommend!

Tracy cleaned my Grand Turbo grill in November 2017; He did an excellent job for a very reasonable price. Additionally, a few months later I had a problem with one of the burners. Tracy came out twice to evaluate the problem and fixed the burner again for a reasonable price. He pays attention to detail and does not try to sell you something that you don't need. I highly recommend Tracy for your BBQ grill cleaning and repair needs.

Tracy is amazing and I will continue to use him! Can’t believe how amazing it looks when he’s done! Would recommend to anyone!

One of their vans tried to run me off of the 101. If their service is as bad as their operatives driving then avoid.

poor service . takes for ever to get a "tech" to service your equipment and then maybe you get one that knows what they are doing . so they get the job done the first time around if your lucky. would not recommend

This company fixed my handle that broke on my 50 quart mixer. We agreed to have the guard installed since they won't work on anything if uts been altered.. they are incredibly expensive and my handle and pulley is so hard to rotate up and down now. It's so unpleasant. I feel like they expect high pay for mediocre work and not excellent service. I feel like they could have worked alittle harder and making sure it was working in full best capacity.. for paying well over 2,000 dollars I feel my handle should be working alot better.. disappointed.

If I could give ZERO stars I would! We called customer service yesterday to schedule an appointment to have our dishwasher serviced. The customer service rep made it sound like it would take weeks to get someone out because of our hours. We said we had no problem coming in before opening (3pm) and asked for a notice when a tech would be available since we live an hour away. We got an email at 7:50am the next morning and a phone call that he was there at 9am. We rush to get someone there and the tech had to call and ask what he was supposed to fix. Communication with this company is horrible!!!

Had one of your drivers drive off the road and slung rocks all over peoples cars. When I confronted him about slinging rocks toward my vehicle, he smiled and flipped me off.

From past reviews sounds like they only have terrible rude drivers techs that aren’t addressed or clearly don’t take complaints about their drivers on the road seriously. They will address it when someone gets hurt. You’re driver whipping around in a work van like he does that often,

Absolute Scam Company

Hobart Service Phoenix is a total scam. They sold my business a beat-up, clearly used dishwasher for about $400, and it broke almost immediately. Constant error codes, water leaking everywhere, and it ended up damaging my business floors. This thing didn’t even last as long as a cheap home dishwasher.

When we called them to fix the junk they sold us, they had the nerve to quote $260 PER HOUR plus a $250 travel fee just to show up. The repair cost was more than buying a brand-new commercial dishwasher. Completely outrageous.

This company preys on businesses, sells worn-out equipment, and then tries to bleed you dry with insane repair fees. This is terrible, unethical business practice. I will never work with them again for any of my businesses and strongly warn others to stay far away unless you want to be ripped off.
