Our washer went down full of clothes and we were in a panic! Toto Appliance Repair was friendly and efficient and fixed the problem quickly! Avoided purchasing a new washer! We highly recommend their services and will definitely call them again!

Prompt, great communication with the customer, explained everything he did and educated on what to expect after the fix. Put everything back after he was finished. Kind and polite. I would definitely (but hope not to) use his services again.

Called for dryer repair - the dryer was making an awful noise and I couldn’t figure out the problem. Service was scheduled the next day and the problem was fixed in no time. Pleasant, professional and quick experience. Highly recommend. I will be calling for a few other things needed around the house soon.

Udi is awesome and always helps me when I'm in a jam or need help in a crisis! He's come out to help me a few times when the lock to my commercial space isn't working, and even helped me with a safe when I lost the key! I'd highly recommend hiring him. He's honest, fast, and knowledgeable.

Very happy with our experience with Toto. Even though we were not able to get our fridge fixed (it would have been more expensive than buying a new one) we appreciated how quickly and professionally the diagnostic was handled. Udi was very kind and prompt, and the price was fair. If we have appliance issues in the future we will most certainly call Toto again.

I highly recommend Udi G. with TOTO Appliance Repair. Udi arrived on time, diagnosed my washer problem, and fixed the problem within a few minutes. He made sure my washer was operating before leaving my house. I will utilize his services if I have future appliance repairs. He was honest with his diagnosis which I greatly appreciate; however, I did find the cost on the high side for what was done and what is listed online for washer service calls, especially since no parts were needed to be changed. I did not negotiate the price prior to his arrival nor did I ask what is the cost of his service call. This is my mistake. Other than that, I was happy to have an operating washer and Udi was very courteous.

I was looking for someone to come and fix a dryer at a rental house 1000+ miles away. I read these reviews and they are spot on! Udi is fantastic!! I called a Udi, came that day to check it out. He called me and told me all that was needed and that the dryer was still in great shape so fixing it would be better than buying a new one. He got the part and came back a couple days later and fixed it! My son says it runs perfectly and now they have dry clothes!! 😀. I would recommend this company to all my friends and family in Phoenix. A++

Everybody's nightmare is finding that your freezer is no longer working and everything is melted. Wasted food and expensive repair or replacement of the unit is almost inevitable. This was us yesterday. The bigger bummer being that the Samsung Bespoke fridge was only 3 months out of warranty! I immediately searched Google for appliance repair. The first company I called, no answer, leave a message. The second company, Toto Appliance Repair, answered on the first ring. Udi, the technician, put me on schedule and I thought it might be several hours before he would show up. He was at my door in just a little over an hour! Ultimately, I didn't have a huge repair and Udi accurately determined that the issue was with the defrost mechanism. The freezer is back to 100%. Toto's fast and knowledgeable and friendly service is certainly great. It seems that good customer service is hard to find these days. I can't promise your repair will be as simple as mine was, but I can attest to you being in good hands if you call Toto. Thanks, Udi!

Our dishwasher needed repair and TOTO Appliance Repair was able to come out the next day, and had it fixed that same day! Udi did the repair, he quickly found the problem and got the replacement part. Udi was very friendly, provided fast and excellent service. Realized my refrigerator broke down and stopped cooling on Sunday morning and Udi from Toto Appliance Repair was able to come over in the same day and replaced the fan. Udi was very polite and friendly, he diagnosed the issue less than 15 minutes
and Now my refrigerator works and and even cooling better than before.

Fantastic quick service! Udi was able to come see my broken fridge the same day I called. Even though he had to order a part he was able to come back 2 business days later and install it. We were fridge less only a couple days. He was very quick and very nice to work with. Highly recommend!!
