Devin was really nice and done the great job, but a few hours later I noticed the lights inside my Sub Zero (glass door) never goes off now and temperature and other controls stopped woring at all. Hope he comes back promptly to fix those free of charge. Then I will ad a few stars to my review.

Devin returned promptly and informed us, the panel was not working, because he re-programed the software and changed some part and our control panel was of an old type and had to be changed for the newer one for additional $500. Why he didn't know it from the beginning and didn't inform us ahead of time and left us with not functioning panel is still an open question. But at least he fixed the fridge so I am giving him extra 2 stars.

Josh was very thorough. Explained the problem with ice maker. Very professional. We know we will always get top notch technicians with Trinity City.

Jon was amazing, fixed our convection oven issue immediately, and also helped us with other questions we had on our wolf range, subzero fridge, and microwave. He also noticed we were missing a shelf in our fridge and got that ordered to the house. Highly recommend Jon and Tri-City.

A very bad experience. My service technician looked at my Subzero freezer and said problem was a condenser fan. He said he could not repair it because if he removed the compressor refrigeration unit, the top portion would collapse. This made no sense to me. So he charged me $195 for diagnosis but was unable or unwilling to repair it.
I then called Appliance Works and they came to my home, diagnosed and replaced the fan motor with no issue. Problem solved!

When I was building my new home and shopping for appliances at Central Arizona Reserve, I was steered toward Sub-Zero Wolf over Thermador, Dacor and other professional brands because of the supposed level of service. That has not been my experience, they are certainly no better than any other high-end appliance and I would dare say no better than any of the mainstream appliance brands except that you are paying a premium price. I spent well over $50k on the appliances in my new house and within less than a month the ice maker in my sub-zero freezer just suddenly broke on Thanksgiving Day with 8 guests on their way to my home. My frustration is that I was sold on this exceptional service with Sub-Zero/Wolf but I had to wait 4 days to even open a service ticket and then had to call Tri-City Appliance repair twice, after not receiving a call from them, to get an appointment scheduled - 10 days from today. This is my second appliance to suddenly stop working in a month and because Wolf/Sub-Zero contracts solely with Tri-City Appliance, they are the only game in town, and they know they have you over a barrel. On both occasions of these breakdowns, it is taking more than 10 days to get a technician out to even look at the broken item. Bare minimum, I would expect to be able to start a service ticket the day after a holiday, with a "skeleton crew". The skeleton crew does absolutely nothing but tell me to call back on Monday. It's disappointing.

Brian from Tri-City Appliance went above and beyond during my service! He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was working perfectly before he left. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about their work and the customer experience—Brian definitely does. Highly recommend!

Recently was the first time that Tri-City Appliance ever serviced an appliance of mine (Wolf Steam Oven). My oven light bulb died and they offered to send a service tech over to replace the bulb for me since the appliance was still under factory warranty! Wow! I’m not sure I’ve experienced that level of proactive service. The company was incredibly good at keeping me informed and eventually called me to see if it was OK to show up early. Devin, the service tech, was not only very knowledgeable but Inlearned he was a chef at a prior point in his career so he knows the business end of these appliances, not just a tech. I needed something fixed out-of-warranty in the future, I don’t think I would want to work with any business other than Tri-City.

It took a while to get an appointment, but once I was in the system everything proceeded smoothly. They have a good communication system in place telling you when the technician(s) will arrive. The two technicians who came to my house were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Very satisfied with the service provided!

Jan 2026: Needed another visit, this time for the ice maker. Josh was our technician again and provided the same great service as last time. All the required parts were on the truck so it was a "one and done!" Everything is working great now. Thanks again for the fine service

Sep 2025: All the techs from Tri-City are great. Today we had Josh and he took it to another level. He quickly took care of the issue, showed us tips to prevent recurrence and provided education on SubZero features and maintenance we weren’t aware of. Super job! Constructive suggestion: Tri-City’s scheduling department could benefit from additional resources. I should never be sent straight to voicemail (has happened multiple times) at a company dedicated to servicing elite level products (SubZero, Wolf, Cove).

He had to do 3 trips because of parts needed but got the job done. He also helped me get discount from manufacturer for the parts that helped with final price.

We bought a brand new Wolf speed oven, but had a problem where the door didn't want to close all the way. Called Tri-City in August and they said it needed a new hinge. "No problem, it's covered by warranty. We'll order one."
A week goes by and I don't hear anything so I call them. "Oh, it's on backorder from the factory. We won't have it until December." Really? Did you maybe try looking elsewhere for the part?
Ok, December comes and I haven't heard from them, so I call. "Oh, it's pushed to January now."
January comes. Still no communication. I call them. "Oh, you're part is in. Would you like to schedule the service?" We'll crap, it's a good thing I called or I might still be waiting.
Bottom line - they did good work, but their communication is non-existent and I feel like they didn't try at all to get it done faster. Six months is a long time to wait for a hinge for a brand new (expensive) appliance.

Robert was the best technician we have ever had. He looked at our Wolf gas oven and knew within 30 seconds what was wrong. What was more amazing … he fixed it in 1 minute. So a pleasant, hard working man!
We need more service people like him!

I appreciate that the company was able to provide a next-day appointment. Unfortunately, the remainder of the experience was extremely disappointing.
I paid $195 for a diagnostic visit but did not receive a clear diagnosis. My Sub-Zero freezer had stopped working, and I simply wanted to understand the cause of the failure. The technician, Jon, repeatedly stated that the “cooling system” was broken, without identifying which component had failed.
Initially, I was told the freezer cooling system needed to be replaced at a cost of $4,000. Within minutes, this changed to replacing both the freezer and refrigerator systems for $8,000. I was then encouraged to purchase a new Sub-Zero unit from the company for $15,000 with a 5% rebate. The constant changes in recommendations, without supporting evidence, were confusing and concerning.
The visit lasted over an hour and consisted largely of repeated explanations and shifting conclusions. When I specifically asked which part of the cooling system was failing—such as whether there was a refrigerant leak or low Freon—the technician refused to check the refrigerant level, stating he did not want to use his gauge. After a lengthy discussion, he finally tested it, but only reluctantly.
Throughout the visit, I felt spoken down to and not treated with respect. The technician’s demeanor was dismissive and unprofessional, which added unnecessary stress to an already frustrating situation.
Overall, this was a very stressful experience. I expected a professional diagnostic service and clear technical information in return for the diagnostic fee, but that was not provided.

I bought a Samsung oven in July 2025 brand new, by October it had stopped working! I called Samsung the best thing they told me they could do was give me a partial refund… doesn’t really help I needed an oven more than the refund lol. So I looked around for a local technician, and I found Authorized Appliances! Thank god I did because they were a huge help. I am so beyond grateful they fixed my oven! It was simple, easy, and they are very caring. The part I required was on back order and they always made sure to update me about the status of the part. Overall great customer service! Thank you guys!
