Ramon came out to look things over as I had no AC in the vents. He was very thorough and kind. Then Omar and Sanchez came and completed the repairs. Again thorough and kind. Can't recall her name, but scheduling was great, and she was extremely customer service oriented. I would recommend Platinum Refrigeration to all.

I had an incredible experience with Platinum Refrigeration! Their technicians came out a couple of days ago and did a phenomenal job from start to finish. They installed sensors in two rooms that were consistently too hot, and now the temperature is perfectly balanced. They also performed maintenance on our Coca-Cola refrigerator out on the patio, and it’s now running flawlessly—our beverages are cold and refreshing again!

The technician was exceptionally respectful, clean, and courteous throughout the entire visit. He also installed a new AC panel that works with the sensors and took the time to help me download and set up the app to control everything. He explained everything clearly and even walked me outside to show the maintenance work he completed on the fridge.

You can tell they take pride in their work. I’m extremely happy with the service and highly recommend Platinum Refrigeration to anyone looking for quality HVAC and refrigeration services. Outstanding job!

Service was great from the get-go. From the moment I placed the call to get info, the staff was very friendly and answered all my questions. The turnaround time was quick to get a technician to our location and once he arrived he informed us that he would be able to fix the issue the same day! Technician was friendly, respectful and knowledgeable, I believe his name was Uriel and he was bilingual which is a plus.

Oscar was excellent repairman! On time, nice, professional, fully explained what was going on with freezer & took time to problem solve frig, buying more lifespan out of it! Highly recommend this company AND Oscar‼️ Thank you!

Platinum Refrigeration is amazing! They are always quick to respond, provide excellent customer service, and their work is top-notch. Their prices are very reasonable, and they’ve done a great job on all of my repairs. I highly recommend them!

They have come out to our shop now three times and every one who has worked on our equipment was very professional, knowledgeable and honest! We have had two repairs and one maintenance service. Prices are reasonable and they are always quick to get us on the schedule, even today on Christmas Eve 😊
