Just sharing my experience... I did not get an appliance repaired. Google Maps shows Phoenix Uline Repair between a Sacks and a First Watch. I'm pretty sure it's not there. I canceled an appointment because I didn't like the lack of transparency in their pricing. I know enough about refrigeration to ask them to quote these certain things and they couldn't tell me if they estimate hourly, as a percentage of the parts, or based on the difficulty. I got a call back from the tech assigned giving me a price. The price was in range of what I expected but a little on the high side when I considered everything. He also said the company name was Appliance Repairman. I found the mismatch shady so I didn't keep the appointment.

I highly recommend this company. They are knowledgeable, caring and HONEST. Jose and Oscar really have your best interest at heart and want to do the right thing. Words can not express how much they helped me. Thanks to Platinum Refrigeration for a job well done.

These guys are the real deal. They have repaired our fryer, walk in refrigerator, a/c units, ice machines, cooking line warmers, and the list goes on over the years. They are always honest, fair, and quick to save the day. I have used them for commercial and residential both areas they have been fabulous. I seriously cannot recommend them enough.

The tech Nate professional in his delivery of the issues with my A/C. He explained what was wrong and what was needed to fix the problem along with the associated pricing. When I made the appointment the pricing was explained to me upfront. I would recommend them to anyone for A/C work.

I am very impressed and satisfied with the service provided by Oscar from Platinum Refrigeration. He had my AC unit fixed and cooling within 15 mins. He even showed me exactly went wrong with part he replaced and made sure to take several temperature readings to make sure my unit was cooling properly. Oscar was also very pleasant and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend Platinum Refrigeration!

Excellent service by kind and knowledgeable technician. Omar serviced my refrigerator and was clean, quick, quiet, and professional. He was able to find a recall on my refrigerator and was able to fix it at minimal cost to me. He kept me informed at all times and even made a call a few days later making sure my appliance continued to work properly. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Dealing with Platinum refrigerator was a true NIGHTMARE! I first contacted them by email January 1st to get a quote for two new replacement units. Sent them my address, phone number for contact. I called in the next day since I had some time available. Talk to Jose he said he would send over Thursday that same week at around lunch time easy enough. I called at 3 pm since no call no update. They said someone would be out the next day. They did show up the next day and nice guy said would work on a quote.

A week later I text the initial contact I had which was Jose asking if I would be receiving a quote soon he said I would have over the next day and guess what NOTHING. I text again about a week later no reply. It is now the 23rd a three weeks later and I got a reply from Jose when I ask for a follow up. His reply was “We are not taking any new clients” . So just be aware. Go elsewhere I was waiting to compare to another quote I got to see which would be the best deal.

Thank you for replying I should have known better when you did tell me you would not be able to help. I figured when you sent the tech and he said he would sent I quote and then you again said you will sent the quote you were serious. I got your number from the coleman website they will also be notified of your lack of professionalism. I am sure they are not wanting to associate with unprofessional companies like this.
