THE WORST!!
Ilya is so rude and not very helpful. My fridge had a 10 yr warranty for my issue.. warranty for item was fully covered (whirlpool was amazing!!) having no fridge in Phx summer unacceptable! Several Weeks later, I had to buy new fridge due NO RESPONSE FROM URBAN!! Stay away from this company!!!

Dishwasher started making some loud noises, I called Urban Appliance and they were able to send someone out next day to look at it. Jaleel quickly identified the problem, was able to get parts ordered and come back a couple days later. He was very professional and provided prompt service, as well as communicating via text to confirm our appointment and let me know when he was on the way. Highly recommended!!

I was hopeful about this business! Ilya came out twice and tried to repair my fridge - he was quick to make the repairs. Unfortunately neither repair worked and while he initially offered to refund part of the payment he became non-responsive when I followed up and I never received my partial refund.

We were having problems with our Whirlpool freezer evaporator freezing over. Ilya came out the next day (Sat) and determined what the problem was. However not having the part on hand, he came back later in day and replaced the part. Very professional, friendly and at a reasonable price! Would recommend highly.

I have NEVER worked with a more unprofessional place. For starters.. whoever answers the phone should NOT be. ZERO personality and very rude. It has to be the owners kid or I can't believe they would have this person interacting with potential customers. That said, we have been promised multiple times our technician would be at our home to repair our refrigerator. We take off work... NO SHOW... NO CALL... and when I call the "store" I get "RUDE GUY", and he tells me he is the only one there. UH WHAT??? So now I am waiting for the "manager" of this fabulous place to call me.

Ilya was very nice and competent. He was able to identify and fix the issue with my refrigerator on the same day. He happened to have the spare part in his van. Outstanding service, and very nice guy. Very reliable!!! I will definitely use Urban Appliance Repair in the future if I need to.

Used this company for LG front loader washer 2x. The pump needed to be repaired. I called on Tuesday and he sent someone out right away. They ordered the part and fixed it the next day. Trustworthy, fast and reliable!

These people could care less about customers. It took them weeks to find a part for my DW. They installed it and it doesn't work. I called back and there is nobody available to come out and said it will likely take a few more weeks to get the parts. If you want to hand wash your dishes for a few months, call them

Ilya arrived as scheduled and went quickly to work. In short order he diagnosed the problem as electrical in nature and recommended an appropriate solution. Simply an excellent and highly skilled professional.

Called them about my subzero refrigerator the tech came out next day he ran diagnose ended up saving me thousands on a new refrigerator. He ended up replacing some parts and the fridge has been running emaculate without any problems. ilya the tech was professional and efficient explained everything and got the job done. I was very impressed with how quickly I was able to get someone to come to my house as I called Saturday night about 6:pm and the rep/technician was able to come out on Sunday by 11:00 AM. I received a text when Ilya was on his way and a text when he arrived at my home. I explained the issue I was having with my refrigerator, and Ilya was extremely knowledgeable about the issue and what needed to be done to repair my fridge. Ilya was able to give me a quote on the spot and returned today with the part to fix the fridge. It was refreshing to have a technician who knew what he was doing, who was very personable and efficient. I highly recommend Urban Appliance Repair and I've given Ilya's information to three friends today because you never know when something goes wrong, and you need someone quick. While Ilya was here, I had him look at my dishwasher because today when I went to load dishes, I found standing water in the dishwasher. He knew what the issue was and once again was able to give me a quote on the part and labor. Another thing I like is this company is located in my area and I like to support local businesses especially those that hire excellent and personable people.

My refrigerator/freezer decided to quit working on a Sunday morning. I was able to get an appointment for the same day with Urban Appliance Repair. The technician, Ilya, gave me a three hour window that he would be able to show up and repair it. Within an hour and a half he was at my door. He was very respectful and polite. He knew exactly what he was doing and within 10 minutes had diagnosed the problem. He had the part that was needed on his truck and 20 minutes later my refrigerator/freezer was back up and running. He cleaned up the few parts and left the area clean. If, and when I ever have another issue with any of my home appliances, I will definitely be contacting them and asking specifically for him. I was very happy with the service and everything they did to get me up and running again and would recommend to anyone.

Stay Away!

This company charged me an $85.00 trip charge whether they fixed my issue or not. I figured that was just business and the $85 would be applied to the repair.

After a week and a half of no communication on the repair process and renters asking me when my oven would be fixed.

Nope! We can't find the part so we can't do the repair. We're going to keep that $85 though. Thanks so much for doing business with us!

Won't be using them again.

Ilya Uvaydov from Urban Appliance Repair was amazing. He drove 45 minutes late one night on an emergency basis to fix our built-in GE monogram freezer, very complicated. He had the part on his truck and had it humming in no time. Since we had a big day planned the following day he truly saved us, I would ask him again.
