Ilya came out the same day I called and had diagnosed the problem within ten minutes, and in another ten he had it all fixed for a very reasonable price. I would definitely use Urban Appliance Repair again.

Ilya was an absolute lifesaver! Woke up on a Sunday morning to a completely dead Subzero fridge. Ilya came same day, no additional upcharge for a weekend visit. On Easter Sunday, my dryer stopped getting hot. I called that evening expecting to leave a message, but to my surprise, Cisco answered and had me an appointment the very next day. The timeline I was given was between 5-7pm. The technician called me at 4:30 to let me know he was on his way, and he arrived promptly at 5:00. Within 30 mins, he had diagnosed the problem, replaced the part, and was on his way. The price was very fair and I would use this company again in the future.
