I recently had the pleasure of working with Jose from Platinum Refrigeration to fix my pool heater at my home in Laveen, Arizona. I cannot express enough how impressed I was with his service.

Some high quality work here. Had a technician come out in April when my unit stopped blowing cold air. It worked fine for awhile and then I just noticed the same problem. Took a look for myself and it looks like the condenser wires caught fire with the cardboard used to space them out. Human genius.

We had our AC go out during the worst possible time here in Arizona, the middle of summer. We contacted Platinum Refrigeration and they had one of their technicians come out in a timely manner, turns out our old unit has seen its last day, so we decided to take the opportunity to upgrade our whole system, and the fact that they offered financing it was super helpful for us. Platinum was able to get all parts ordered and we got our installation scheduled. They took great care of us and made sure everything was professionally installed and working. Working with Platinum Refrigeration was a great experience and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Regular, annual A/C maintenance on two units.
Thurman this time instead of Urial or Able. Still great! I can always trust their analysis and suggestions. They don’t try to sell unneeded services or system additions like many others do. I wish they still worked with my home warranty company which is how I found them, but I will continue to use them for any uncovered services. They have also worked on my dishwasher and oven as part of warranty work. A great small business.

The guys at Platinum are very honest and knowledgeable. I’ve had them out a few times and every time they fixed my issue even if it was user error but they let you know what the issue is and how you can avoid that same thing from happening again. Platinum was an amazing choice me and my wife made for an HVAC Company. They went above and beyond when our AC went out in the middle of Arizona's infamous summer heat. The estimate came in fair to service 3 ice machines but soon tripled. Workmanship was terrible and customer service is even worse. Then, they charge my credit card and cashed the business check and refuse to return numerous phone calls,
