Did work for me and was supposed to set up a secondary appointment. Well didn’t happen. Done with these guys. First appointment was still a little pain. Never using them again. Yes I tried and they said they would, I’m just eating my loss. $800 down the drain.

Called Monday evening, had a technician out on Tuesday morning. Fixed my dryer on the same visit. had all parts in their van. Office girl Monica was very nice and technician was very courteous.

This company is excellent! They are very familiar with Trilogy and I highly recommend them.

Alex arrived he was pleasant professional and replaced the power cord on my refrigerator in no time at all. He also checked to make sure it was working properly which sadly it revealed a problem with the compressor. He recommended calling Samsung as my refrigerator is still under warranty. Highly recommend!!

We had a great experience with integrity. Not only were they the lowest for service call fees, the technician, Alex, was very knowledgeable and professional. Though we didn’t end up moving forward with fixing the issue because it made more sense to replace the dishwasher, we had another issue with a different appliance that he had the part for and went ahead and replaced it, which helped make the service call fee worth it. We will definitely use them again in the future:
