He gave us four different quotes with options.
● New replacement part from maker of the appliance.
● Rebuilt Replacement part from the maker of the appliance.
● New off brand Replacement part.
● Rebuilt off brand Replacement part.
All options had limited warranties available.
Our Washing machine was repaired in less than two hours.

Excellent service. He also left me zip tie to clean out my gasket. And trick to use 1/2 cup backing soda in drum for wash. Also he reminded my my salt was empty in my water softener! Richard is the BEST.

Richard was so quick to respond and help us with both our washer and dryer. He responded right away and showed up just a few hours later. Upon arriving he found issues quickly and resolved problems with both of them. His prices are very reasonable and I would definitely use him again.

A honest repair man. Richard arrived to replace a washer pump and discovered other issues with the washer. He showed and explained all the cons and recommended to buy a new washer. Richard could have replaced the pump and not advise of other issue and make all his money.

Richard is incredible! It’s easy to take advantage of people who are not an expert in your field these days, but Richard still has integrity and it’s refreshing.

He helped me troubleshoot an issue with a dishwasher a few months ago over the phone, and didn’t even make me pay to come out as he knew immediately it wouldn’t be reparable.

Well now, my washing machine is having issues. He came out and instead of recommending a million new parts, he was honest and recommended just a new washing machine all together.
